On her own, even with fully-charged Shinra-Koketsu Ragyou might find it difficult to effectively combat either incarnation of Gamera. He just seems so... unbreakable(as any other protagonist Kaiju, I imagine). If she had COVERS at her disposal however, I imagine she might use them as a giant restraining cocoon for Gamera via Absolute Domination and then cherry-tap him until the latter breaks out or dies. Ultimately however I think it's gonna be Gamera's fight.

Assuming he is farmed, Jax uses his Counter Strike to absorb incoming damage and stuns the MUGEN characters, then beat one or two of them to pulp with his high attack speed and damage. Then he gets ganked by the rest and dies.

Might provide a slight challenge, but Thane will still win quite easily, being a Deathless and all. He'd freeze the Pursuer first, then hack and bash away on it with his BFS and shield. That's not counting the fact that he's also as tall, if not taller than the Pursuer.
