Nemo's head and the girl on the right's head are facing the same direction in a very similar pose. Also, their left eye isn't visible (Nemo because his eye's blocked by his bangs and the girl because her eye is closed [Winking]).
Their outfits would also be black and light if the picture wasn't just red (The commission ended up being only one color).
