Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

And seems like it might be as old as March 14th 2018. Or older.
Although I can't find it on the launches list.
What was the earliest edit in the history?
Or does mod history only tell you there was history, not what that history was?

Epic Launch Sequence was launched only three days after being proposed, with unclear distinction from Fighter-Launching Sequence and some people suggesting that they hold off... Not a rogue launch though.

Also, regarding it not showing up in the launch list... Are you sure that cutting an article doesn't remove it from the launch list?
EDIT: Uh, guys? Beacon Of Hope's TLP page appears to not exist. I cannot find it with the site's search engine or Google's own.

Voldemort Origins Of The Heir was created on the 27th of September; almost two months ago, yet has only 2 trope examples.
I messaged the troper who created the page, 9 days ago but they have not responded.

Preemptively mentioning Dread Zeppelin which has an awesome name, even though it seems to be "(the nebulously defined) airship tends to be used by villains, and let's ignore when it isn't." Plus a few other problems I mentioned.
My one little bomb seems pretty insignificant to the 12 hats.

While we're on the subject of problems with unlaunched TLP drafts, X Marks the Spot came up in an ATT query not long ago when it turned out that people were linking to it as though it were already a trope.note Its name violates No New Stock Phrases (which wasn't in place when it was first proposed in May 2011) and some examples are just references to the phrase and not actual examples. While the draft is pretty old, it was updated this month.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
Bringing up Romantic Pseudo Fantasy. It was created almost two years ago by Poe Dameron - who was also banned from this wiki two years ago for reasons unrelated too this page. And doesn't appear to have gone through the trope launch pad.
The page appears to be a genre page, but reading the page it just seems to be a more complainy version of Paranormal Romance. It was also originally in the wrong namespace being created in Literature before being moved to main, with the Literature page being turned into a redirect. Despite being almost 2 years old the page has only 11 wicks, with 9 of them from when the page was created. And looking through the page history the only work done to the page is too correct misspelling and word formatting.
It was previously brought to this threads attention shortly after it was created, with most tropers voting for it to be cut. But it never was.
It was then brought up again last year in august, and more tropers thought it should be cut, but still nothing was done about it.
