Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.

I found another page that has two quotes. Do-It-Yourself Plumbing Project. It seems fairly obvious to me that the first one is better. It's shorter, and it accurately describes the trope without context. Does anyone else agree? Disagree?

I made the change on Do-It-Yourself Plumbing Project. However I stumbled on another page with two quotes. This time I'm not sure which one's better. The page is Forgot to Feed the Monster.

I prefer the first. It's shorter and the second seems to be two people talking not to each other.

I think the second one is clearer, actually. There's nothing in the first one that indicates that "the league" is the same things as the monsters mentioned later; when I first read it, I thought the monsters had killed the league.
Though on second though, neither are particularly good, as the second one is a deliberate action, not an accidental one.

Expanded the simpson quote to make it clear that it's the "League of Evil" they are talking about. Does it work now?

I think we could probably do a lot better than the current page quote for Dating Sim. It may be a character's opinion, and not an endorsement of that opinion by tvtropes, but I think that a page quote which conveys disdain for or dismissal of the medium is more suited to the Darth Wiki than our main page for that medium.

Pulled. I'm not a big fan of the quotes on the quotes page. Should we try and find another one (The World God Only Knows might be a good spot), or just call it a day?

That might be a good source. I don't know of any good quotes for the page, but I'd rather see it get a good replacement than have the page go without one.

I feel like Gas Chamber needs a new quote, or no quote, even. The current one is not good.
From my post on the discussion page: Can we change the quote? I mean, it's not a very good quote about gas chambers (doesn't actually describe them at all, other than the 600 pound person farting on the face bit), it contradicts the mood of the description ("whizz" and "doodoo" in a description that's about Nightmare Fuel and crossing the Moral Event Horizon), and I have no earthly idea who that quoted guy is.

I would say that's a cut the quote. I think no quote would be better than that one. If you can find a better one, go ahead and swap it out.

Doomed by Canon shares a quote with Saved by Canon, which is the opposite of DBC. The quote doesn't really belong on the former.
