IIRC, in the movie the line is spoken only once.
[EDIT: Oh welp, no. There's also Felix. But Ralph only says it once.]

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you! What, Rise Of The Guardians wasn't nominated!? That was my other big favorite animated movie of the year. Oh well, I give it to Ralph, then

Actually*, Santa gave his movie's own nomination to Ralph, as a late Christmas present. Why?
(Beat)
Because only Ralph can... (Glasses Pull)... Wreck the halls.
(Quip to Black; cue Collective Groan)
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!It was a great movie. The King Candy/Turbo twist I did not see coming.
The sad scenes seemed like other Disney movies, like the racers trashing Vanellope's makeshift kart remind me of Cinderella's stepsisters tearing apart the dress and Ralph wrecking the new kart reminded me of Triton destroying the grotto.
You listened to Ralph's Christmas album, didn't you, Alex?
I wonder if the Turbo twist would have been guessed by anyone who saw Foodfight: "...you introduced that once as a throwaway example! What a fucking dumb twist!"
Nope, the pun was accidental... *Dramatic Pause*
... because they wanted to Make It Look Like an Accident.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-Killed Mid-Sentence (nope, I'm just going to bed)
[EDIT: No, wait! Wait, I got another one! It wasn't just a fantastic twist. It was... *Horatio Caine routine* Turbo-Tastic. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-you know the drill, goodnight -_- ZzZ]

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!Oh, I was hoping you had comments on how Ralph chose to sing a major fifth above the accompaniment.
Augh, I've missed quite a bit on this thread. School's started and all that, bleh.
Omigosh, Pokemon X and Y. I'm super excited! Can't wait to pick this one up! (Xerneas and Yveltal look pretty silly, though.)
Also glad that WIR got an Oscar nom, although it was to be expected. I don't know if I want it or Brave to win more.
Brave seemed like a step down from Pixar's usual quality IMO, but still good.
That said, I hope Ralph wrecks the other nominees.
Crackfic idea: Turbo tries to hijack X-Com 2012 as an operative. Cue Chryssalid Terror Mission. Cue Turbo's horror at being right at the frontlines "where he wanted to be" when the Chryssalids run up to his face, even with Chitin Plating on.

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!@Alex: Great puns, as usual.
...Foodfight: The Movie?? I didn't even know this existed! Quite an all-star voice cast, too. The animation looks terrible, though, like something out of a Video Brinquendo.
I'm just preparing my ammo, just in case Wreck It Ralph gets award-snubbed; if it happens, I'll storm wherever* the ceremony is held with a Hurricane of Puns, to avenge poor Ralph. After all, if Ralph doesn't win his oscar, well...
... he'll be a wreck.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!...I think the universe wants me to see this film cause everywhere I go inside or outside my house I see something related to it and I just feel horrible for ignoring it.
I MUST SEE THIS MOVIE AND COMPLETE MY DESTINY.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.YOU CAN'T FIGHT DESTINY!
Hm, this ad is for the Polish version, but there are no voices, so it doesn't matter.
So has anyone heard about the "8-Bit Lane" promotion going on at Brick Lane in London this weekend? I found a few videos and news articles about how they're decorating the place with blocky figures to look like an old video game. One building even has the front of Niceland Apartments stretched across it, which is supposed to become 3D and turn into yet another version of Fix-It Felix, Jr. if you view it on a smartphone with something called "Blippar". I think it's good that they worked Niceland in there, because otherwise someone might mistake it for viral marketing of the feature film of Pixels instead.

Aww, that ad's pretty cute. It's also interesting to have voice acting-less footage, if only for the sake of Gag Dubs with the characters' VAs delivering their lines from their more mature shows. Jokes aside, there's the worldwide coverage aspect of the movie, and it's great we're still talking about dubs.
Go see the movie. You'll thank us later.

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!Damn, this movie is cute even without dialog. That ad just made me notice how lifelike the characters are. Great job, and yeah it deserves to win.
R: My Neptunia/Ralph crossover- I'm almost done researching the former, and I've noticed something: despite the huge amount of fourth-wall-breaking moments -mostly puns- in the game, it strikes me that the characters don't actually think of themselves as video game characters (they do talk about people who play games, and even make fun of them) plus the backstory to their reality is kinda vague, and also, more serious than Ralph's, to the point it might be argued it's not really a Video Game universe- or at least, that they aren't aware it is. This will require some more consideration it seems...
Okay, here's one thing about me - I always find out about stuff (read: news on the net) later than I'm supposed to.
Which brings me to the question - is it true? Really Seth Mac Farlane is going to host the Academy Award ceremony? Because given his constant jabs at Disney, I don't have a good feeling about it... :-(

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!Yes.
Yes he is.
You know that Disney is in one of the least important categories, and Seth doesn't present or decide the awards, right? He just introduces people after giving a monologue at the start of the show. The barbs will be aimed at stuff like Daniel Day Lewis, and Zero Dark Thirty.
I know, but... you know, simply put, even just hearing Mac Farlane blurt out some of his opinions on Disney is a scary thought already. Then again, given the important role he's given, I think his professionality will prevail anyway.
On the brighter side on things, it looks like someone uploaded a clip before Disney's official Youtube channel did. Now, the question is - was the digital release leaked even earlier than we thought or...?

I'm from Piedmont. No relation with Piedmon, mind you!Seth Mac Farlane has a go at almost everything, if he has a go at Disney in the Oscars, I wouldn't mind because I could see it coming. I don't think it's that big or important. I don't see how it can even be bad.
I'm even slower than you at the news, Alex. I hadn't even heard of that yet! (Though I don't care much bout that one- I'm NOT a fan of Seth Mac Farlane's kind of humor. "Ted" was one of the worst movies of 2012, in my opinion.)

Thanks to looping, I believe "I'm gonna wreck it!" was spoken more times in the first trailer than in the movie itself.
