Debastian Sebeste is a YouTube channel uploading fanmade Ace Attorney animations. Many of the channel's videos focus on filling in the gaps between events in the series, presenting What If? scenarios, using canon characters to tell original stories, and more.
The channel also makes regular Community posts that cover topics from certain events in the author's life to discussing progress in the development of upcoming videos, as well as holding polls asking about the audience's favorite characters out of a given category, gauging what kind of content the audience would be interested in, etc.

Debastian Sebeste's channel contains examples of:
- Big Damn Heroes:
- In Accusing the Judge of hiding the murder weapon (with a twist), after Phoenix has his penalty bar depleted for claiming the murder weapon was under the Judge's bench and the Judge renders a guilty verdict, Franziska confronts him, deeming his behavior suspicious and demanding he allows his bench to be searched. As it turns out, the murder weapon was there, to the confusion of both Phoenix and Acro.
- In Redd White attacks Mia (with a twist), Diego Armando recovers from his coma early, and arrives at Mia's office just in time to stop Redd White.
- In If Phoenix Wright appeared in Investigations 2, Phoenix and Maya interrupt Miles Edgeworth's PIC hearing. Subverted; due to being on short notice, they couldn't investigate and had no evidence to argue against Courtney, so they're thrown out and the hearing goes on to play out just as it did in canon.
- Epic Fail: After getting tired of not winning any polls, Jacques Portsman creates one where all of the options are him. However, in Poll Results: Jacques Portsman, it turns out that the winning option is the one with his breakdown as the portrait, which Debastian Sebeste had added behind his back, causing him to get furious instead due to feeling trolled. That's right: even in a poll where he was assured of victory, Portsman failed to get his way.
- In Spite of a Nail: In If Phoenix Wright appeared in Investigations 2, Phoenix and Maya intervening during Miles Edgeworth's PIC hearing ends up having no effect on the plot. They try to take the case to trial, but fail to present evidence for their arguments because they had no time to investigate, getting them both thrown out of the meeting room while the rest of the hearing plays out the same way it did in canon.
- Jurisdiction Friction: The Ace Attorney detectives collide has several of the detectives throughout the series argue about who has jurisdiction over a crime scene. The whole thing is rendered moot when it turns out that no crime was committed and the "victim" was just playing dead.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Poll Results: Best Investigations 1 Smuggling Ring Member reveals that Jacques Portsman rigged the poll's portraits so it would show his confident pose and everyone else's breakdowns in an attempt to get more votes. He gets his comeuppance in Poll Results: Jacques Portsman, where Debastian Sebeste goes behind his back to add an option with his breakdown portrait to the Portsman-only poll, and it wins, which Portsman furiously interprets as trolling.
- Living Lie Detector: Deconstructed in Keeping a secret in Ace Attorney, which establishes how chaotic everyday life at the Wright Anything Agency would realistically get with everyone's powers going off at the slightest things. Trucy breaks a teacup and tries to hide it only to set off Athena's hearing, Apollo's bracelet and later Phoenix's magatama, with the former two aggressively trying to get her to speak up. Then Phoenix figures out what happened and tries to sweep the whole matter under the rug, only for him to set off his colleagues' powers, starting the conflict all over again.
- Mirror Match: Exaggerated when Debastian Sebeste posted a poll where all four options were Jacques Portsman (each with a different portrait). Hilariously enough, in the video for that poll's results, Portsman is still dissatisfied with the outcome because the option that won was the one with his breakdown portrait.
- No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: In Poll Results: Best Investigations 1 Smuggling Ring Member, after Jacques Portsman lets it slip that he rigged the poll in a bid to get more votes, the other smuggling ring members get furious at him and accuse Debastian Sebeste of enabling his cheating, before proceeding to beat both of them up offscreen. Herlock Sholmes appears alone in the outro, saying that Portsman is "currently not physically able" to appear in it.
- No-Sell: In Keeping a secret in Ace Attorney, when Athena and Apollo try to use the Mood Matrix and the bracelet on Trucy, she negates them by sending out Mr Hat, who misleads the Mood Matrix and results in no readings because he's just a prop; meanwhile, Trucy's complete lack of body language while Mr Hat is active renders Apollo's perceiving ability useless.
- Ripple-Effect-Proof Memory: In Loading the save after presenting wrong evidence, Edgeworth eventually confronts Phoenix on his Save Scumming, revealing that he's aware of it and remembers every time Phoenix has reloaded the save file. Maya reveals she's aware as well but had never said anything about it. The Judge is not aware, though, leaving him confused.
- Save Scumming: Loading the save after presenting wrong evidence is centered around this trope, with Phoenix repeatedly presenting the wrong evidence and reloading the game. Edgeworth eventually calls him out on it, with him and Maya revealing they have Ripple-Effect-Proof Memory.
- Secret Secret-Keeper: In Miles Edgeworth meets with Gregory Edgeworth, Miles, afraid of talking to his father, pretends to be an associate of himself. Gregory sees right through it, but plays along until Miles leaves.
- Wins by Doing Absolutely Nothing: In Edgeworth faces the ringleader of the smuggling ring (with a twist), Miles Edgeworth, being one penalty away from losing, decides to defeat the Final Boss by... doing nothing. He simply idles about in the Rebuttal screen without pressing statements or presenting evidence, noting that as long as he doesn't do either of the above, his opponent cannot leave. Eventually, the culprit gets tired of waiting and has a breakdown right then and there, saving the day. Then Franziska berates and whips Edgeworth for forcing her to wait through the whole thing as well, demanding he simply do his job better next time.
