Cassian will bump into someone from the Solo cast
The series happens roughly five years after the film, they could bring either Alden Ehrenreich's Han Solo, Donald Glover's Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca or Emilia Clarke's Qi'ra back, even for a short scene.

The Phase II clone troopers are a flashback to Cassian's childhood
Since Cassian had been fed Separatist propaganda since the age of 6, he had engaged in hostility against Republic forces as a child.
  • Somewhat Confirmed, except they're not Republic troops, they're early Imperial troops (or possibly post-Order 66 Clone Troopers) after Cassian was adopted and brought to Ferrix.

There will be some action on Tatooine yet again
To make it a Running Gag with the three previous shows having been there already.
  • Alternatively, a character will suggest going to Tatooine, only for someone else to shoot that down as being a terrible idea. Bonus points if someone makes a comment to the effect that nothing interesting happens on Tatooine and that no one should ever want to visit it.

The final episode will end with Cassian going off to rescue Jyn from the Empire, as seen in the beginning of Rogue One
Cassian won't meet K-2SO until Season 2, so it could happen at the end of that season.
  • Apparently confirmed by showrunner Tony Gilroy; after the Season 1 finale, he revealed in an interview that the planned closing scene of the series will be Cassian boarding the transport to go to the Rings of Kafrene, where he'll get confirmation on the Death Star from Tivik.

Cassian will use parts from a critically damaged B2EMO to reprogram K-2SO
The fact that B2EMO isn't in Rogue One suggests it was destroyed at some point prior to Cassian's rescue of Jyn. B2EMO might even have been damaged by K-2SO in the process of deactivating the Imperial droid, then Cassian uses parts from his fallen mechanical comrade to make the enemy droid into a new servant, so a part of B2EMO would stay with him.

The flashbacks in the first three episodes are Pre-Clone Wars
The crew of the ships that crashed landed on Kenari wear sigils on their uniforms that closely resemble that of the Confederacy Of Independent Systems, but are later identified as Republic officers by Maarva. This could perhaps indicate this is before the Clone Wars, and that those men were part of a Republic aligned corporation or exploratory guild, and that particular symbol didn’t always represent the Separatists. This way, the show doesn’t break previously established lore which stated his parents, whom we now know adopted him, were aligned with the Separatists during the Clone Wars, which we could see considering there are Clone Troopers in the trailer. It’s worth pointing out, previously established lore on Cassian stated he was from Fest, which the show revealed was part of a forged identity that Maarva created for him.
  • Confirmed; the episode guides on the official Star Wars website explicitly date the scene to pre-Clone Wars, and also pre-Separatist Alliance. Cassian is stated in the Star Wars Databank to have been nine years old when he was adopted by the Andors, which still does not contradict previously established lore about Cassian growing up anti-Republic and being in this fight since he was six- his birth parents or greater Kenari society could've still been around at any point in the past three years for him to be a Child Soldier dropping rocks on Republic troops from overhead.

Aldhani has Kyber deposits
It could explain why the empire took an interest in the planet and drove its inhabitants south.

Mr. Mothma will betray his wife, revealing himself an active Imperial loyalist
His having dinner with members of Palpatine's inner circle is because he is trying to join them. His suspicions about Mon's private activities will lead him to sell her out to earn their favor. It will not end well.

Leida is hiding something
During the two parties she always seems nervous. Why focus on this twice? It seems something about the guest just gets to her. Maybe, she doesn't like crowds, or she is afraid something she doesn't want to be known will slip out.

There is a prison break already in the works
Considering one of the prisoners on Cassian's level is signaling to another prisoner who appears to be from one of the other levels, there may be a big plan already being worked on to which Cassian will be brought into the loop.
  • Jossed: The hand singles were just how the different levels communicated with one another. However, it is now likely that they will start to plan a mass prison break now that it is clear that the prison is never going to let anyone leave.

If/When Syril and Cassian meet once again, the former will finally be forced to realize how little he matters when Cassian reveals he doesn't remember him.
Most likely, Syril will have Cassian cornered and launch into a speech about how Cassian's actions ruined his life and how he'll finally regain his honor, only to be completely deflated by Cassian being confused, possibly down to asking who exactly he even is. This will force Syril to realize that, in the grand scheme of things, he really was just some low-level grunt and not the grand hero he believed himself to be.

Syril's stonewalling by the Empire will lead him to a Mistreatment-Induced Betrayal
At some point, the sheer amount of put-downs and embarrassments and things he finds insufferable will finally break Syril's faith in the Empire and its systems and lead him to join the nascent Rebellion, as a foil to Lt. Meero and her utter loyalty which is instead being rewarded in better circumstances.

Blevin is a spy
He constantly is countering Dedra and withholding information from her, as well as his attempts to publicly discredit her in front of their peers.
  • While not strictly jossed, the fact that a different character has been revealed as the rebel mole in those scenes makes it extremely unlikely.

Syril's mother is either a rebel or just doesn't like the empire.
It's why she's so hard on her son-she doesn't like how much of a bootlicker he is towards a system she is actively trying to disrupt. She may have even arranged for him to get a boring job in hopes of fostering resentment against the Empire in him.

Luthen is connected (maybe even a member) to the Shadow University
The Shadow University is mysterious organization introduced in Doctor Aphra. They have shown to have interest in artifacts and invovment in criminal activity. It would explain how Luthen got all those artifacts, sith and jedi holocroms among them even though empire has searched for and/or destroyed most of them and openly outlaved study of the anything related to the Force.

The Empire will blame the Rebellion for the Narkina 5 prison break.
What's easier for a totalitarian regime? Acknowledge that a prison break was due to a combination of callous mistreatment of prisoners, carelessness on the part of the guards, and hubris? Or blame a shadowy insurgency, especially once they check records and find that prisoner Keef Girgo is in fact Cassian Andor, who the ISB is hunting for in connection with the Aldhani raid? And what would they prefer to believe? That they threw a person of interest such as Andor into a labor camp under a false name without even realizing it? Or that a Rebel agent infiltrated the facility to disrupt whatever Narkina was producing and recruit prisoners to their cause?

Mon Mothma will accept the arranged Marriage, ruining her relationship with her daughter and potentially her husband.
While she initially refused Davo’s offer, it was clear she was thinking about his offer. She’ll probably realize she’ll have to “make sacrifices” and arrange a marriage between her daughter and Davo’s son. When Lieda finds out about it she’ll understandably be pissed and potentially run away or Perrin will put his foot down and leave her, taking their daughter with him.
  • Semi-jossed. The marriage does end up taking place and Perrin is established as being rather open-minded in regards to Chandrilan tradition, but it turns out that Leida is a traditionalist herself and much more willing to participate in the wedding than either Mon or Perrin (presumably) are comfortable with.

Luthen is an ex/fallen Jedi
In the most recent episode one of Saws rebels grabs what looks to be a lightsaber hilt and his ship has two red lasers that come out of it. This could hint that he was once a Jedi and is painfully aware of how far he’s fallen.
  • The hilt is the sword Luthen used during episode 3, so it can not be a lightsaber. Not to mention the fact that he has a kyber crystal.
  • His description of everything that he's sacrificed for the Rebellion lines up quite well with the idea of a Jedi who had to give up everything the Jedi stand for to fight the Empire.
  • Going off his name alone, it's possible he's Rael Averross, who is unaccounted for after Order 66.

Cassian's name was changed from Kassa due to an error.
Perhaps in the Kenari language, "I'm Kassa" or "My name is Kassa" sounds, to Basic-speaking ears, a bit like "Kassa yin", which sounds somewhat like "Cassian".

When Cassian makes it to Yavin 4, he'll meet C-3PO and ask him if he speaks Kenari.
And this show being what it is, there's no possible way the scene won't be sad. Maybe 3PO doesn't know Kenari because it's too much of a minority language, and Cassian thanks him anyways. Or 3PO does know and Cassian gets to have a conversation with someone in his mother tongue for the first time in over a decade, which gets him thinking about everything he's lost. Or, the saddest option, 3PO starts talking away in Kenari and Cassian quickly gets lost, and he realizes he's forgotten his own native language, and has lost yet another piece of himself and his fallen people.

Luthern and his entire organisation will have to die. So the rebellion can live.
Luthern has said it himself. There's no happy ending for him. But there isn't one for Kleya, Vel and Cinta either. For the rebellion to succeed it needs to unite and become a militarised one. Cassian will eventually become Captain Andor, Rebel intelligence. But the Alliance has no place for terrorists who are independent minded.

Since Andor is concurrent with Rebels, events from the latter series could get brought up.
For example, someone bringing up an incident where a cell of rebels blew up Tarkin's flagship, causing the Empire to be ever more vigilant.
  • Somewhat Confirmed, in that Tony Gilroy has confirmed that Season 2 will adhere to many previously established canon events in the timeline, so we'll probably get stuff in Season 2 like Mon Mothma's defection from the Imperial Senate, or references to the attack on Atollon or whatnot.

Extending on the above, since Mothma is already shown advocating for the Ghormans in the senate chamber, we may get further clarification or even see their future massacre down the road.
And in that case, Cassian and whoever's with him at the time could be shown watching her Declaration of the Rebel Alliance further down the road.

Season 2 will feature Syril as an ISB agent
The leaked Season 2 trailer shows Blevin talking to Syril about how something is happening, and that he doesn't know the half of it. It's likely that after saving Dedra, she helped get him a spot in the ISB, and that's why he's now casually talking to other ISB supervisors.
