The bulk of the film centers around the characters portrayed by the third-billed Mckenna Grace, the fourth-billed Madison Iseman, and the fifth-billed Katie Sarife, with Farmiga's and Wilson's characters only appearing at the beginning and end. The two appearing atop the cast list is particularly odd considering that they're billed last on the poster and the title credits, where they receive "with" and "and" attributes.
