The Hate U Give: Starr has a discussion with Khalil about Tupac's continued relevance shortly before Khalil is murdered, as Khalil is a big fan of Tupac and Starr good naturedly ribs him about not staying with the times. By the end of the book she makes a mental note that Khalil was not wrong.
Throughout Kendrick Lamar's album To Pimp a Butterfly, Kendrick recites the lines of a poem to someone that doesn't speak until the very end, which turns out to be Tupac, seemingly from beyond his early grave. In the final moments of "Mortal Man" (and thus the album as a whole), Kendrick and Pac exchange words on the past, present, and future state of black society, with the latter's responses being sourced from actual interviews he gave while he was still alive.
"I gotta holler just to be heard" is a reference to Tupac Shakur's "Holler If Ya Hear Me".
In "The Adams Administration", "Sit down, John, you fat motherf—" is one to the opening number of 1776, in tune as well as words (at least until Hamilton goes off-script and starts shouting profanities). The latter part is also a nod to the beginning quote of Tupac Shakur's "Hit 'Em Up".
In Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion, Off the Hook member Marina wears an outfit that's directly designed after Tupac, complete with his signature headband. In addition, her coworker, Pearl, wears an outfit directly designed after Biggie Smalls.
