Poof doesn't have any playmates his age. Timmy hosts a party and turns the fairy guests into babies, but has to keep them hidden from his parents.

- Ambiguously Gay: Cupid, as always, exemplified with this line:Cupid: I am in love with Jack... flapjack, that is!
- Baby Morph Episode: Timmy organizes a party, invites Jorgen, Tooth Fairy, Juandissimo and Cupid and then wishes for them to turn into babies so that Poof can have fairies his age around to play with. It goes well at first, until Cosmo decides to turn himself and Wanda into babies as well, which leaves them unable to change back.
- Chekhov's Gun: The "Lookie Lookie's Lunchbox" show proves to be quite effective at keeping the babies at bay and Timmy imitating the show even manages to convince them to turn Cosmo back into an adult.
- Easily Forgiven: It turns out none of the other fairies are mad about being turned into babies, just that they didn't get to finish their flapjacks first. They even acknowledge that Poof needs companions his own age and agree to occasionally turn young for him to play with.
- Excrement Statement: Mr. Turner claims to have done something on Dinkleberg's lawn.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Dr. Bill is a clear parody of Dr. Phil.
- Parental Bonus: Dr. Bill claims that the signs of a child becoming despondent are when they use a lot of paper towels, spend too much time in their room and ask their parents not to bother them.
- Used to Be a Sweet Kid: Apparently. Jorgen, Juandissimo and Cupid, who are all prone to be quite the jerks, turn into perfectly friendly and happy babies who are enthusiastic about playing with Poof. That said, they still show signs of their eventual adult behavior, such as when Jorgen suddenly poofs up muscles and beats up Cosmo when he tries to take away his binky or when Timmy finds Juandissimo staring at himself in the bathroom mirror and only gets him to stop crying by giving him a hand mirror.
