- Department of Redundancy Department: Dos.0 states he is "Fixing the stupid robot so our stupid creator can get himself killed...stupidly."
- The Dog Bites Back: After being Enraged by Idiocy by the Reds, Dos.0 uploads himself into Cici's body and goes on a shooting spree.
- Driven to Suicide: Implied with Dos.0. When Lopez tells him that if he reactivates Cici she will probably kill everyone in the canyon, he responds with a simple "I don't care," implying he is fine with dying with everyone else. But as soon as Lopez states he can give him her body instead to make sure they are never ignored again, Dos.0 changes his mind and decides to take her body himself and kill everyone else.
- Face–Heel Turn: Having finally suffered a Rage Breaking Point from the insanity and stupidity of Sarge and the rest of the Reds and Blues, Dos.0 officially goes rogue and decides to kill everyone. He even betrays the original Lopez, who has been nothing but a mentor to him.
- Failed a Spot Check: Nobody notices when Doc vanishes when he is caught in the blast from the future-cube Grif throws, and doesn't reappear when he throws a new one. To be fair, Lopez realizes it eventually, but only after several minutes have passed.
- From Bad to Worse: First, Dos.0 goes rogue, then Locus on his troops arrive.
- Inventional Wisdom: Both Grif and Simmons don't understand why the land mines they have only work above ground and have red warning lights.
- Put on a Bus: Doc vanishes after being caught in the blast of a future-cube. He doesn't reappear when Grif makes the crate he was taken with return. Nobody except Lopez notices.
- Significant Wardrobe Shift: Wash, having spent the series since the end of The Revelation in Church's colors, repaints his armor to his original color scheme.
- Too Dumb to Live: Sarge wants Cici reactivated so she can be used in the battle against Locus and his army, despite how she sees everyone as a hostile and almost killed Red Team. Sarge's stupidity on this, as well as how he decides to do it himself since he can't trust an "idiotic robot" with such an important task, is the straw that breaks the camel's back for Dos.0, who finally realizes that Sarge and everyone else is insane and turns against them.
- You and What Army?: Grif asks this to Locus at the end when he attacks. He quickly regrets it.Locus: Surrender now and I promise to only kill the mercenary.
Grif: You and what army?
Locus: (as Fed soldiers uncloak behind him) The Federal Army of Chrous.
Grif: Well, I guess I walked right into that one.
