Piscatella has infiltrated the prison, and is picking off Red's family one by one, meanwhile Red is certain that he's coming, but can't convince anybody else of this.

- Die Hard in a Women's Prison: Piscatella launches a one-man siege on the prison, but it plays out more like as if he were Jason Voorhees.
- Dwindling Party: One by one, a number of featured inmates get captured by Piscatella. The episode as a whole plays out much like a elimination-style horror film, fake outs and all.
- Groin Attack: Blanca slams a wrench into Piscatella's crotch allowing her to climb on his back. It doesn't work out.
- Leaning on the Fourth Wall: Black Cindy responds to a creepy phone call in a way that only makes sense in the context of the episode being one big horror parody.
- Parody Episode: The entire episode is a parody of the horror genre, with the main focus being on Piscatella's one-man raid, but with various fake-outs and side-stories presented in a genre-typical way. The name is also a parody of various horror film names.
- Prank Call: Leanne and Angie prank call Black Cindy, though they're too stupid to keep it going and she's Seen It All.
- Shout-Out: To horror movies in general, and in particular, The Shining and When a Stranger Calls.
- Flaca calls Maritza Scooby-Doo when the latter suggests them splitting up to search for a phone charger.
