Blythe, Youngmee, and Zoe must try to rescue a cocker spaniel from three criminals. Meanwhile, after Russell accidentally deletes the season finale of his favorite show, the other pets try to reenact it for him.

- Break the Cutie: Poor Nutmeg has it really hard, especially knowing that she lost her voice.
- Comically Missing the Point: When Nutmeg is trying to warn Zoe about the criminals (albeit having lost her voice), Zoe interprets it as playing charades.

- Russell's favorite show, "The Duchess of Lancashire Lane" is brought up for the third time after "So You Skink You Can Dance" and "Back Window".
- Tootsie, Mary Frances, Scout Kerry, and Digby all make reappearances.

- Never Say "Die": Averted for the only time in the show when Blythe outright states Nutmeg's owner passed away.
- Tears of Joy: Sunil cries these at the end of the episode.
