Neon: The world Keiwa created with all the DGP's victims brought back to life...
...ended up as a world where violence is used to rob others of their happiness.
As a result, I was kidnapped and held for ransom.
However, my father, Kousei, came to my rescue and transformed into a Kamen Rider.

Michinaga decides to confront Keiwa to atone for what he's done, but the latter is now well beyond the point of listening. With everything that's happened, his heart has been plunged into darkness.

The Kurama family, on the other hand, has made a way to start looking towards to the future. With her powers restored and new Raise Buckle in hand, Neon steps up as Na-Go once more, ready to confront Beroba!

Tropes

  • Armor-Piercing Question:
    • When Keiwa declares that nothing else matters beyond his family's revival, Tsumuri asks him if that will truly make him happy.
Keiwa: Of course it will! Why wouldn't it?!
Tsumuri: Then why do you still look so miserable?
    • Michinaga gets in on it as well, asking Keiwa if it’s okay for a world where he’s the only one happy.
    • Keiwa ultimately gives his response to Tsumuri, showing that he isn't blind to how things have Gone Horribly Wrong.
Keiwa: What's the point if my own world doesn't get to be at peace...?
  • Big Damn Heroes: Ace defends Neon from one of Beroba's attacks to allow her the chance to transform again.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Neon's new Fantasy form is unstoppable against Beroba and she thrashes the latter in Premium form.
  • Divide and Conquer: Zitt admits to Tsumuri that keeping Ace's allies away from him will help weaken him, which is why Keiwa was led astray and Neon's return to Rider status is a significant setback for them.
  • Hypocrite: Leaned on as Keiwa calls out Michinaga on this when Michinaga says how Keiwa's going to rob people of happiness, though not explicitly bringing up his misdeeds such as his participation in the Jyamato Grand Prix in the "Lamentation" arc or Desire Royale in the "Yearning" arc.
  • Internal Reveal: Michinaga relates to Ace what he learned from Daichi.
  • Irony: Both Tsumuri and Michinaga question Keiwa's motives by asking if having his family will truly make him happy. Meanwhile Neon bonds with her family and that makes her truly happy.
  • I Shall Taunt You: Michinaga shows up and taunts Beroba for her wish of wanting the ideal misfortune, indirectly pointing out that her own misfortune would fit the bill and make her disappear.
  • It's Personal: Michinaga specifically asks others to leave Keiwa to him as atonement for his past deeds. After being defeated by Neon, Beroba has this. Keiwa also decides that the time has come to settle things with Ace.
  • Karma Houdini Warranty: Neon finally gets the chance to give Beroba a much-needed ass-whupping, as well as much needed karmic retribution as she now is feeling despair with Michinaga bringing up the delicious irony that she cannot take what she dishes out.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Neon finally gets a chance at Beroba for all the suffering she's caused to her.
  • Losing a Shoe in the Struggle: Irumi loses one of her high heels when she trips and falls while running to meet Neon in the hospital. She keeps on running without it.
  • Poor Communication Kills: Michinaga decides to inform Keiwa about the possibility of saving Sara through Ace's master plan. Unfortunately, he's the worst person to deliver the message, between his seeming lack of remorse for killing Sara, questioning Keiwa's motives for wanting to save his family, as well as his own bullheaded nature, causing Keiwa to merely double down on his mindset.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: Kousei manages to defeat Brali and avenge Akari, but not without incurring severe injuries of his own that force him to retire and hand Neon his ID Core.
  • Rage Against the Reflection: After seeing her Laser Raise Riser getup peel back from her face in a mirror after getting beaten by Neon, Beroba decides to destroy it, her vanity certainly hurt.
  • Rule of Symbolism:
    • After successfully saving Neon, Kousei has a vision of Akari hugging him as a sign he's ready to move on.
    • Additionally, to further signify Neon truly making peace with her family and origins, one of Na-Go's Fantasy ability involve her phasing through stuff, as if she exists and doesn't exist at the same time, practically embracing her origins in said battle, and her final Rider Kick against Beroba manifests two flaming cat tails behind her, invoking the image of a Nekomata.
  • She's Back: Neon's wish converts Gya-Go's ID Core into Na-Go's, allowing her to transform again and fight, complete with a new Golden Super Mode.
  • Take Up My Sword: Kousei hands his Gya-Go ID Core to Neon, and while it's a symbolic gesture at best Neon's wish combined with Ace's powers transform it into the Na-Go ID Core.
  • Taking the Bullet: Kousei takes a shot aimed at Neon from Premium Beroba.
  • Two Lines, No Waiting: Plot A deals with Neon's return to being a Rider while reconnecting with her family, while Plot B deals with Keiwa muddling through in despair as the future people continue manipulating him for their ends.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: When Michinaga discusses what he learnt from Daichi with Ace, they point out that reviving Sara from the Tree of Knowledge might have been possible had Keiwa not reshaped the world and caused a more permanent death for his family as a result.
