Green Lantern (John Stewart) has a beard and mustache, just like in the Justice League cartoon.
Martian Manhunter is based off of his Justice League design.
"In and Out" has Beast Boy wear a red and white uniform like he did on the Doom Patrol and in the George Perez and Marv Wolfman era when he infiltrates the Hive Five.
In "The Best Robin", Classic Robin is based off of the original depiction of Dick Grayson's Robin, the red-haired Robin is Carrie Kelley, the edgy Robin is Tim Drake but with Jason Todd's personality.
In "How 'Bout Some Effort", one of the background messages is "Artemis + Wally", referencing how Artemis and Kid Flash are an Official Couple in Young Justice (2010).
During the summer camp arc, Bumblebee joins the Titans as their Sixth Ranger, similar to when she worked together with them during the HIVE arc in the original series.
In "What We Learned At Summer Camp", Zatanna poses with the rest of the Young Justice kids (obviously minus Robin), referencing her status as a Sixth Ranger in Young Justice (2010) Season 1.
Amethyst also posing with the Young Justice kids in the same scene is likely a reference to the Young Justice (2019) comic run, where she's a member of the group.

The cameos of new characters include Miss Martian, Artemis, Superboy (all with appearances based off of their Young Justice (2010) designs), Princess Amethyst, Donna Troy (who is not only sitting near Wonder Woman in the theater, but she is also sitting close to Aqualad (Garth), Speedy, and Kid Flash — her fellow original Teen Titans), Supergirl (who is sitting next to Batgirl), Green Arrow (with his Young Justice (2010) design), Krypto the Superdog, Jonah Hex, the Spectre, Swamp Thing, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Captain Marvel/Shazam, Animal Man, Black Lightning, Red Tornado, Detective Chimp, Steel, Detective Chimp, Booster Gold, Zatanna, Black Canary, Parasite, Kilowog, Tomar-Tu, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Deadman, Arsenal, the Global Guardians, and many more characters from throughout the DC Comics universe.

Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) has his Young Justice (2010) cartoon design.
Artemis is based on her Young Justice (2010) incarnation and has her design from there.
Supergirl has her hairstyle (hair band) from the DC Animated Universe.
Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz) is a playable character.
