Sukaraiti (スカライティ Scalaity) is a Seinen Slice of Life manga created by Hibi You. It began serialization in Shogakukan's Gekkan! Spirits magazine in March 26 2022 until it was concluded on January 26 2024. It was released with a total of eighteen chapters that were compiled into two volumes.
Sukaraiti Tropes
- After the End: If the first volume's cover isn't obvious enough, the manga takes place after an unknown apocalypse ravaged this world a century ago.
- Blue-and-Orange Morality: Due to being an android Ars' morality is centred on detaching herself from humans and wanting to "kill" them to take their bad memories out, of whom humans actually find her mentality completely bizarre at its best.
- Humanity's Wake: Discounting the immortals who lived on Earth, no other humans existed on Earth after the apocalypse in this story.
- Killer Robot: Played for Laughs. Ars non-hesitatingly declares to kill any human she encounters partly due to her inhuman programming, but most of the humans she encountered simply don't take her threats seriously.
- I Cannot Self-Terminate: When Gabi accidentally fell herself to her death at a very high place 100 years ago, she turns out to have survived the fall with her injuries instantaneously healed. Turns out that she's immortal.
- Outliving One's Offspring: Inverted as Gabi outlives her ancestors, including her grandparents. Justified as she is immortal.
