Tovarich is a 1937 American film directed by Anatole Litvak. The film stars Claudette Colbert, Charles Boyer and Basil Rathbone.

Russian Prince Mikail (Boyer) and his wife, the Grand Duchess Tatiana (Colbert) flee from the Russian Revolution to Paris. Destitute, they are forced to take jobs under false identities as butler and maid of a wealthy household. The new servants gradually excel to their employers, but when their secret is finally exposed when one of the guests at a dinner party, Soviet Commissar Gorotchenko (Rathbone), recognises them, they must face new — and formidable — responsibilities.
