The Lazy Bitch
's Looking from the Outside In is a Reborn! (2004) all27 fanfic taking place post-canon.
The story follows Lisa, a psychologist hired by the Vongola to stalk— sorry, analyze the future Decimo and those with whom he associates. An interesting take on character relationships and personalities.
There are several OCs, but the fic stays focused on the canon characters. The only OC that's prominent is Lisa, who fits in well with the KHR cast.
The Lazy Bitch has been updating fast so far.
Tropes:
- Covert Pervert: Chapter 3 is basically Lisa trying to find out whether Mukuro's one or not.
- He is. For Tsuna, anyway.
- Expy: Lisa to Alice from Alice in Wonderland. Both are blue-eyed girls with long, bright blond hair who are curious about something and looking into it.
- Fangirl: Megumi is this for Gokudera and Yamamoto. Lisa is not amused.
- Genki Girl: Lisa's a very cheerful person, even at the age of 25.
- Head Desk: Lisa starts banging her head on a wall when Megumi fangirls over Yamamoto and Gokudera.
- Japanese Politeness: Lisa was confused as to why the other students call Tsuna 'Dame Tsuna' because she's heard that Japan stresses politeness.
- Ironically, Lisa, who's Italian, is the politest character shown so far.
- Lemony Narrator: The Lazy Bitch has chosen a somewhat strange writing style to convey Lisa's thoughts.
- Meta Girl: Lisa. She reacts to things the way most viewers would.
- Oblivious to Love: Tsuna. He doesn't notice the many, many people who want his butt.
- Older Than They Look: Lisa's 25, but uses her Mist Flame to make herself look like a pre-teen to access more information.
- Only Sane Woman: Lisa is this to her classmates, probably because she's really 25 years old.
- Shipper on Deck: Chrome for Mukuro/Tsuna.
- Bianchi for Gokudera/Tsuna
- Stalker without a Crush: Lisa. She stalks the gang only because it's part of her job description.
- Stepford Smiler: Lisa thinks Yamamoto used to be this because of teenage hormones, but he's OK now.
- Supporting Protagonist: Lisa's the main character, but the canon cast is the focus of the story.
- Troll: Chrome trolls Lisa in chapter 3, albeit accidentally.
- Tsundere: Hibari's a mild one. He's cold at first, like he is in canon, but a certain event changes his behavior slightly.
- Yaoi Fangirl: Lisa is either this or just finds puppy love in general cute.
- Chrome ships 6927. That may just be because she wants Mukuro to be with the person he likes, though.
- Bianchi ships 5927, but her case is similar to Chrome's.
