CORELINE: A Terrific Summer's End
is a one-shot story that occurs on the Coreline Shared Universe. It features Justice Society of America member Dr. Maria Vincennes aka Miss Terrific trying to enjoy her vacation in Cape May, New Jersey. Unfortunately, the Agni Kai Triad has other plans...

This story has the following Tropes:
- Aliens in Cardiff: While the Core Timeline has a lot of examples all over the place, it is still pretty surprising for Maria (for a couple of seconds) to be smack in the middle of a Firebender attack on a New Jersey beach.
- Celebrity Survivor: Aside from Maria, the person (and Mon) who kicks the biggest Triad ass of the whole party crowd is the Alternate of Mimi Tachibana (a pop singer) and her Digimon.
- Closed Circle: The Agni Kai Triad soldiers which are stealing from the partygoers make sure that nobody will interfere with their raid (from the outside, that is) by activating a forcefield that surrounds the party's perimeter.
- "Die Hard" on an X: Basically, this is Die Hard on a Beach.
- End of an Era: Minor example: Maria feels a bit of forlornness from knowing that the summer season (and her vacation) is bound to end soon.
- Heroes Gone Fishing: Miss Terrific is just trying to relax and enjoy the end of her summer vacation by attending a concert. Unfortunately, the Agni Kai Triad cuts her enjoyment (and the concert) short.
- Jump Physics: One of the things working in Miss Terrific's favor is the fact that she spent part of her summer with some friendly monkeys, learning to "jump good".
- The Knights Who Say "Squee!": After everything is said and done. Miss Terrific makes a point of getting Mimi to autograph one of her T-Spheres.
- Mob War: It is mentioned in passing that the Agni Kai Triads are trying to muscle in on the New Jersey underground... which means that they are getting quite a lot of resistance from the Soprano crime family (which is one of the most powerful criminal organizations of the state).
- Sequel Hook: Turns out that the Agni Kai Triads used Time Lord technology for their force field, which intrigues Maria. This same renegade Time Lord provides the technology that the Weather Wizard uses on CLINE Storm Warning.
- Spanner in the Works: Miss Terrific serves as this to the Agni Kai Triad. They really weren't expecting a superhero to be in the crowd.
- Walking Swimsuit Scene: Aside from Her Miss Terrific mask and jacket, Maria spends the entire confrontation (and story) running around on a bikini. She even mentions to a police officer on the aftermath of the fight that no, this is not her regular superhero uniform.
