- Character Catchphrase: Boss uses the term "Good Girl" whenever Iris doesn’t resist and does what she’s told. She also uses "We just/barely started" whenever Iris tries to back out.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Possibly. Boss still adopted Bibi in this canon, but so far she’s only used her as a manipulation tactic to get Hitomi to trust her with Iris. Iris fears she might be a victim of Boss’ sexual abuse herself. When the two interact, Boss seems to genuinely love her, but calls her "Good Girl", which is the same term she uses for Iris when she does what she’s told while being assaulted.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Iris thinks Boss has this, as the only reason she agrees to stay with Boss is because she believes Boss wouldn’t molest her in front of her adopted daughter. Boss does molest Iris in the car to keep herself from doing anything when she thinks Bibi is around, and only gases Iris after learning Bibi will be at a friends house for a few days, but it’s up in the air if this is pragmatic or not.
- Faux Affably Evil: Boss wears the mask of a chill, laidback Reasonable Authority Figure, but in truth is a sexual predator.
- Gaslighting: Boss does this to Iris a lot, often using the unwilling pleasure Iris feels while being molested to excuse that she actually enjoyed it.
- Good Parents: Hitomi is a loving and concerned mother to Iris, unfortunately she’s manipulated by Boss into letting Iris stay with her.
- Knockout Gas: Boss hits Iris with this after revealing her daughter will be at a friend’s for three days.
- Manipulative Bitch: Boss is good at Gaslighting Iris and manipulating her naive loved ones into letter Iris be around her.
- Stepford Smiler: Iris tries to continue to be her idealistic and cheerful self after Boss starts molesting her, but cracks start to show.
