As its name would suggest, Xana's "Tyranny of Dragons" Mod is a modified Tyranny of Dragons campaign for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition DM'ed by Kingxana 0.
As with the source material, our story begins with the main party meeting in the town of Greenest, which is soon promptly attacked by the Cult of the Dragon, a religious movement that hopes to bring about the return of Tiamat along with the end of the world. It is up to this group of six to help bring them down once and for all, and perhaps learn what living truly means in the face of possible death.

This campaign contains the following tropes:
- Crazy Enough to Work: While negotiating with a roper in exchange for the dragon eggs he's guarding and planning to eat, Rhea offers to teach him how to waltz. The roper accepts the offer as Rhea and Rosz serves as his dance partners. Keep in mind that ropers don't even have any legs.
- Fake Relationship: When the party splits up to infiltrate the camp that's keeping the blue dragon's eggs captive, Setsuna has a run-in with her stepfather, the chieftain of their clan. To allay suspicion, Rhea poses as Setsuna's wife, with Alexander as their pet. Somehow, it works.

- Angelic Beauty: Rhea is an aasimar, a race of humanoids affiliated with the celestial. She is the most canonically attractive and charismatic member of the party.

- The Ditherer: Primarily of the "Insecure" variety; she can make decisions in the heat of the moment, but will inevitably doubt herself in the aftermath and constantly seeks reassurance from anybody nearby that she considers a moral authority.
- Girly Bruiser: Openly enjoys makeup, loves animals, and maintains a very feminine appearance. Also bashes the bad guys with a warhammer.
- Money Dumb: Rhea is awful at saving money, mainly because she keeps giving it away.
- Not Used to Freedom: As the penniless ward of a noble family, she spent her adolescence adhering to rigid standards for appearance, behavior, and communication, and having most of her decisions made for her. - Reluctant Warrior: Rhea worships a goddess of peace, and tries to avoid fighting whenever possible. She refuses to land killing blows, and has been known to leave behind wound care instructions on the bodies of incapacitated foes.
