Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage
- Butt-Monkey: His appearance, personality, and hip problem make him a great source of mockery. It's this specific reason that Sarutobi tried his hardest to prevent the Oogakari from meeting him for as long as possible.
- Sarutobi bluntly told Onoki that if he gave any of the Oogakari (barring Waltz) to him they'd be at war in a week. If he gave him Waltz, then Crypt would have to go with him. Then they'd be at war in three days.
- Dirty Old Man: Like you wouldn't believe. At seeing the numerous perverted possibilities/escapades of Konoha during the Chuunin Exams (which include Ino's ranting about having a male harem and Ghost's "training" of Naruto), he ostensibly declared he would moving to Konoha, a village his own had been at war with many times, once he retired.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Sarutobi tells him the secret to defeating paperwork.
Roshi
- The Alcoholic: The man loves his booze.
- Can't Hold His Liquor: This too is true.
- Dirty Old Man: A trait he shares with his old teammate Onoki.
- Spared by the Adaptation
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Onoki certainly hoped he would when he realized that he had no possible successors for the title of Tsuchikage. Roshi promptly told him no.
Han
- An Arm and a Leg: His confrontation with Naruto costs him his limbs.
- Ax-Crazy
- Hypocrite: Often accuses people of cowardice when he himself is a coward due to his reliance on his armor.
- It's Personal: His attacking of Naruto's friends pretty much ensured that the conflict had become very personal on both sides.
- Kick The Son Of A Bitch: Naruto deals him an epic beatdown. Bastard deserves it an worse.
Kurotsuchi
- Bitch Alert: Shortly after she appears she starts making plans to kill a twelve year old boy for his father's actions.
- Magma Man: Has a Lava Release
- Revenge Before Reason: Was on a fast track to this once she realized Naruto's heritage, but Onoki's intervention, for the most part, stopped it.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: After the Han fiasco she told the anti Konoha/Namikaze faction that she is cutting her ties with them.
