• This show has its fair share, this being a world of Rule of Cool and all, but a special mention has to be made when Prince Ulraj tries to avenge his father's death by destroying Argost.
• In "Eterno", when the titular villain manages to touch Doc's leg and start turning him to salt, what does Doc do? He smashes Eterno's hand with his Power Glove and continues to fight him, dragging along his salt leg. Do not touch Doc's family!
  • The sigh that Eterno makes borders on the Most Wonderful Sound as he drinks the sap. Anybody who's ever been truly desperate with thirst will understand just how satisfying it is to have your thirst finally quenched.
• In "Once More the Nightmare Factory," Doc is lead to believe that his family has been killed in Weird World. He then proceeds to go on a Roaring Rampage of Revenge, culminating in singlehandedly curb-stomping both Munya AND Argost!
  "You like making nightmares come true?! Welcome to yours!"
• Zak and Fiskerton's battle against Argost and Munya in the season finale Kur Rising, in which the brothers have been armed with mom's fire sword and dad's power glove. It eventually ends mano-a-mano between Zak and Argost.
  Argost: This is Kur, boy! Its power has laid waste to civilizations! And who are you?
  Zak: I'm the guy who's going to stop you.
• Zak's Batman Gambit in "And Your Enemies Closer" counts: he knows his deal with Argost is coming to an end, and that Argost intends to separate him from his family - so he's had Tsul'Kalu, the world's greatest tracker, hunt him down so that he can lead his family right to him.
• The series finale, "War of the Cryptids," has plenty of epic scenes.
  • Zak saving Washington from Argost.
    V.V. Argost: That was my MOMENT!
  • Ulraj, the Kumari, and the atmospheric jellyfish all working together.
  • Wadi and her father riding on a Grootslang.
  • Tsul'kalu vs Munya.
• Van Rook's Heroic Sacrifice. And the fact that the show ends on his funeral.
• As Zak lies dying, since Argost is stealing his Kur powers to boost his own, Zak gives an impassioned Reason You Suck speech, and delivers one final taunt through the soundproof glass.
  Zak: Oh yeah. And you never were a very good scientist. You know why the world went all crazy every time Zak Monday and I got too close? Matter and antimatter don't play well together. Have fun learning that lesson.
