Awesome / The Secret Circle

• In "Loner," the full Circle working together for the first time to take down Zachary.
• In "Slither", Cassie's grandmother pulling a Big Damn Heroes entrance to stop the possessed Melissa.
• In "Masked", Cassie being able to do dark magic and killing Luke with fire.
• In "Darkness", Cassie busting out of a magically-prepared coffin using that same dark magic and nobody else's help.
• In "Witness", John Blackwell killing the witch hunters who massacred the first Circle, turning their own fire against them.
• In "Return", the Circle's Big Damn Heroes entrance to save Jake from Eben by throwing the latter into a tree (sadly, it didn't kill him), then working together to stop a Brainwashed and Crazy Cassie from killing Blackwell.
• In "Curse", Blackwell breaking up Adam and Cassie by making them think their love is a curse that will kill Jake unless they drink a special elixir. Kick the Dog or not, he was magnificent about it.
  • In that same episode, Faye thinking on her feet and managing to get her power back from Eva by breaking Lee's totem. Made even more impressive because she earlier enlisted Diana and Melissa's help to no avail — this is proof she can look after herself when she doesn't let her ego get in the way.
• In "Sacrifice", Blackwell delivering a fatal Shut Up, Hannibal! to a cocksure demon by using his remaining magic to blow said demon's host the fuck up.
• In "Family", there are several of these. First, Faye uses her restored solo magic to break herself free of her chains and easily kick the ass of a witch hunter who mocked and taunted her as a "helpless little girl". Second, Jake finally kills Eben in the name of his murdered family. Third, Charles uses his mother's magic to pull the demons out of Eben right before, then jumps into the water in hopes of drowning himself and them — however, he's still alive, albeit spelled into a pseudo-coma, at the end, leaving a chance that Redemption Equals Life Rather Than Death. Fourth, John Blackwell reveals and comes this close to achieving his true plan — to kill every witch without dark magic and form a new Circle of his six children, including Cassie and Diana — only to be topped by the fifth Crowning Moment of Awesome, when Cassie unleashes Diana's dark magic by nearly killing her, then reverses the Crystal Skull's power with her help, killing Blackwell. Just...awesome. It's a shame the series has been canceled, but at least it went out on a high note.
