- Arthur's reclaiming of Excalibur from the stone, serving as a sorta Awesome Moment of Crowning cementing his return, with everyone around kneeling as he draws the sword... even though the sword seemingly loses its powers after a few seconds of being retrieved. One can see why Alexandre Astier decided not to have this scene Played for Laughs.
- Arthur finds a way to coordinate the hopelessly moronic Burgundians with music, enough so to turn them into an effective siege force to take the castle of Kaamelott back. Mass "Oh, Crap!" ensues from Lancelot's side once hurled stones start hitting the castle.
- Arthur's sword duel against Lancelot at the end. Before the swords clash, Lancelot points out that Excalibur has lost its powers... and, just like that, a small lightning bolt strikes from the sky onto Arthur, and reempowers the sword. A few sword clashes later, Arthur disarms Lancelot and makes him fall on the ground, and a tragic flashback prevents him from delivering the Coup de Grâce.
