* CoolLoser: He's dirt poor, but Chapter 90 is dedicated to showing how cool he is. Everything he does emits a declare of "He's Prince Charming" from the group, even if they give off a different, more negative response when somebody else does it, with Koro-Sensei saying that cool people just naturally make whatever they do seem cool. Nobody's unable to put it into words exactly why they have such admiration for him.

* BuxomIsBetter: During the Kyoto Trip arc, the boys rank Yada as the second most popular girl after Kanzaki on account of her boobs.

* TheCutie: Kurahashi is one of the smallest members of Class 3-E at 149cm (4'10"), being only barely taller than Kayano and Okano, and her sweet, innocent, childlike looks and personality make even the most socially inept of her classmates (such as Hayami, Terasaka and Hazama) feel at ease around her. When the girls' popularity with the boys was ranked, she came in 3rd, losing out only to [[BuxomIsBetter Yada]] and [[YamatoNadeshiko Kanzaki]].

* BuxomIsBetter: He sees a love of large breasts as a bond between all men, including himself, Koro-sensei and Itona. It's a good thing he doesn't sit next to [[ACupAngst Kayano]].

* NoPronunciationGuide: Many characters had the kanji for their names released without the correct reading specified for a long while. As of Volume 5 all readings are confirmed, but some websites still list them by the translator's early guesses.
