This thread is meant to be a place for people to ask questions and request discussion about existing page images they have concerns about; this can be used to determine if a thread should be made to replace an image.
For example, questions about Just a Face and a Caption concerns, whether a picture requires additional context, whether a picture demonstrates all of the necessary aspects or a trope, or whether a trope better demonstrates a related trope can be asked here.
What's going on in Freemium Timer?
That is more extrapolation than I ever got around to doing, I just kind of stared blankly

From the "0/5" and the trope description, I'm guessing the player ran out of some resource to tug at the vines and has to wait for the resource to recharge. But it doesn't appear to show the "wait to recharge" part. Unless that's what the timer at the top represents? But 1) it's tiny 2) given its placement next to "Escape the Devil's Snare", I thought it was a time limit on the task, as in you have that long to escape. Now I see there's some symbol next to it which may be an energy symbol, but it's so tiny.
No clue. Too many different symbols and controls on the image to figure it out.
Needs to be swapped with something that prevents you making progress because you lack Stamina Points for a day. I'll think if there's anything from Gacha Games category, but such precise screenshot may be difficult to find.
e: Got something, but slots are full.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupMy suspicions a while back were correct, the Kaa image on the Snake and Serpent Tropes collage is a photoshop that I was able to find on the internet (a word of advise, do not Google Kaa, you’ll see things you wish you could unsee). Since the image doesn’t quite show the full picture, is it okay to keep it, or should we replace it with a screenshot of the character from the actual film?
This account is now inactive because the actual Fivey (my sheep who I loved dearly) passed away and it feels wrong to use her name anymore. If you've found it, may as well link it (I believe this is the source link). Also, I believe we've talked about this regarding Hypnotic Eyes but don't remember where that conversation ended.
Anyway, I'm looking at the movie footage, I believe Snake and Serpent Tropes is not using a real image and instead a DA fanart.
e: Ready to swap in, just need a few okays.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupDA’s links rarely work for me for some baffling reason (I merely saw it in the images section of my search) but I do know Kaa’s head comes from a slightly shot in the film (I believe it’s when he first goes near Mowgli). Anyway, I think the replacement works well. While my Disney knowledge is slightly rusty, I believe the image on Hypnotic Eyes comes from a children’s book adaptation of the film.

This account is now inactive because the actual Fivey (my sheep who I loved dearly) passed away and it feels wrong to use her name anymore. It's an infamous moment in the game (iirc it actively drains your energy when the plant grabs you, directly forcing you to either wait or spend money when your character's in a crisis) but it's real damn hard to see the trope in there.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. It's got a thread now. I was squinting at it on mobile; I understand the pic a lot better on my largescreen monitor because I can actually read the text, but we shouldn't need largescreen monitors to understand pics
Does Chekhov's Gun actually illustrate? Don't we need a panel showing it being used like it's supposed to be?
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessScroll down...
Ah. It's one of those pages. Eh, alright.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessWhere is the pic of Death by Irony from? It's on the paintings image source page but names no specific painting.
Yeah, I remember that now. I've been in so many of these threads that that one sort of slipped from my memory.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessWe have a separate thread to ask about image sources but the (semi-recent) answer to that question is we don't know.
With a Foot on the Bus just seems like, well... someone waiting at a bus-stop. According to the tag, it was just sort of chosen at some point by the Image Suggestion thread, but the actual post isn't linked.

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI get that it's part of the "Bus" series of Literal-Minded pics, but this doesn't really feel like it fits the trope literally or metaphorically.
It's a guy with a sword in a corporate setting, looks like this trope to me. Maybe a zoomed-in shot would be clearer?
I think that takes the trope name too literally.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.In Cyberpunk fiction, it often is a literal samurai.
It's pure JAFAAC, fire it and blast it out the window.
It's fine on that front. The black and white blunts it.
