Reporting vandalism on JustBugsMe.Home Page by jordanasquith, who added the text "NIGEL ROLFE IS GAY" above the index listing. I have reverted his edit, but it can be seen on the page history here.

Hi, tvtrope lurker here... I'm trying to find a trope usually used in television crime procedurals wherein the cop acts sympathetic to the villain in order to manipulate or get information from them. It's more than just a friendly good cop, they act like they understand or even share the bad guy's motivation, especiallly if the perp in question is mentally unbalanced. Usually pretty obvious to the audience but also pretty creepy if it's done right. Is there anything that sounds like that?

On the Critical Research Failure discussion page, Super Saiya Man is trying to preserve the Real Life examples removed by an admin for natter and fighting.
Isn't that against the rules?

I first noticed Alex Sora 89 when he made a Take That! redirect aimed at Square Enix (Square Enix Handheld Syndrome) that points at Doomed by Canon. He is also using first person remarks and This Troper in the main wiki.
here's his recent edits.
I've put the redirect on the cutlist, and recommended it be put on Permanent Red Link Club to stop this sort of thing.

I'm taking a gender class in college, and we just talked in class recently about how elderly people are not expected to have and/or want sex. Do we have a trope about that? I feel like there must be something. I checked the Gender and Sexuality tropes and the Sex tropes and didn't see anything, but I might have missed it.

"Where on TV Tropes do they cover 'Unlike airport bars, spaceport bars are packed with colourful characters who all know each other'? I guess 'colourful characters' could strictly speaking fall under Amazing Technicolor Population" - Anonymous comment on "How To Write A Generic SF Novel" by Paul Mc Auley
a) Are most "spaceport bars packed with colourful characters who all know each other?" If yes, b) do any tropes talk about this? If reading, c) have you heard of the rule of three?

Can you delete another troper's Troper Tales example, even if it's badly written? Or accuse anything in the TT page of being natter and deleting/changing it? Because if not, I'd like to show you guys this. I've told him (gumbal1, doesn't have a page) to be careful with that stuff, because I'm not sure if it's forbidden or not.
