Mimics are living creatures, which would normally mean that Derin could just reshape (or "fleshweave") it's body into a form where it can't fight, but considering that it's...well, alien, and he's never encountered anything like it, he'll won't be able to do that. Still, though, Derin can simply attack with his Fleshweaver skills instead. He could probably simply just restrain it with a web of razor-sharp tendons, and use said tendons to rip it apart.

Well, to even give the dwarf a chance, lets assume he has steel armor and a silver warhammer, and is fairly good at combat. Diamond, contrary to popular belief, is able to break relatively easily compared to other materials. Yet the golem is 20 ft tall, and dwarves are really short. So the dwarf will probably just give it a stubbed toe as it crushes the dwarf.

The Best Worst Psychonaut
Well, as far as I can tell, Mr. Sousuke (the family name comes first in Japanese, right?) is a Badass Normal who's very skilled with guns and explosives.
Meanwhile, Urien prefers to fight with his fists but can also shoot electric spheres out of his arms, coat his body in metal and summon Aegis Reflectors whenever he wants (in cutscenes, anyway), and he has Super-Strength to boot. Tough call.
I suppose victory for either character would ultimately depend on the range we're working with and what weapons Mr. Sousuke has on him.

I guess it depends on what range they start the fight. IIRC, Lucy gets knocked out by a near-miss from 12.7 mm round. Warspite has six 381 mm rifles. Her armor is made to deflect shells of similar caliber. That said, she's not much of a melee fighter and will be overwhelmed in CQC. Her best bet is to keep the distance (which is a bit hard for a warship on land) and bombard Lucy with constant stream of shells.
