Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Bickering Couple Peaceful Couple Pending Launch was recently launched and ~Pistols At Dawn brought it up here.
Obviously the "Pending Launch" in the title is an accident and it just needs to be unlaunched so it can be relaunched with the correct title. It had nine hats at launch.

Toxic Holy Grenade appears to be going on a launching spree. He just launched several tropes that were sponsored by other tropers, some of whose sponsors still appear to have been actively working on the drafts (as in, editing the draft within the day of the launch). More importantly, he seems to have launched them without doing even minimal checking of the drafts—All Canadian Police Are Mounties still included the boldface Zero Context Example markup on several ZC Es from the draft.
The other drafts he launched are Disgruntled Chef and Jerk-to-Nice-Guy Plot—I have not yet looked over those in detail to know if there are problems or if they were genuinely launch-worthy, but I think the pattern is concerning, especially since he also appears to be trying to ram some of his own drafts forward regardless of feedback.

He just launched Masculine Girl Masculine Boy, which had 5 hats... and 6 bombs.
There isn't a single example with context and the comments are nothing but saying "don't launch this."
Seriously, he needs a suspension since he's happy not listening to tropers.
We should probably unlaunch everything he's done on principle and then decide if any of them are worth keeping.

I just found The Big Blue which was created back in 2013, but has no tropes on the main work page. Looking though the related page shows only one possible trope to add (Revised Ending) and the rest are Trivia items.
@5334: I think this is another piece of evidence that the current launching system being dependent solely on hats really makes no sense at all.

I fixed up this page that was created from four years ago, and it seems to be Not Thriving and missing some things, like how it is used in settings, and stuff. I merely fixed the namespaces, italicized, and categorized the examples. I have some things to do, so I'm just gotta leave the rest of the cleanup to you guys.
PS: Also, I think the proper name of it is Romeo And Juliet Overture, since the overture is often played in love scenes.

Presumably not new, but I just randomly stumbled upon Manga.I Dream Of Mimi and between its two subpages, there's literally two examples that even approach not being a zero context example (said examples being Take That! on the main page and Technology Marches On on the Trivia/ page).

- Well, looking it up on Wikipedia, reveals some things that could be used to fill it up.
Buttobi CPU, also would be need to be moved to Manga / Anime / Whatever, as right now it's a Main redirect, and we don't do that no more.
- Buttobi!! CPU is an Excited Show Title, so there's that...
- The evil gynoids are made by Nackintosh, so that's the Take That!...
- The OVA's parts' titles are: Extreme Access, Hang Up Gently, Elegantly Reset, so that might fit Idiosyncratic Episode Naming, as they are all electronic / computer themed?

About GMA Network:
I was about to put it on the Needs Wiki Magic list, but then, as I (how do I say this...) thought of it, I dug deeper and stumbled upon the now-deleted page of ABSCBN; which was deleted three years ago because of gushing and other things. Unrelated
From that, I rethought of that the same way about GMA Network. Although it has no gushing, it's still a stub, the article is very Wikipedia-ey, and I discovered the page was created by the same user as ABSCBN. I tried to ask for help on the Filipino Tropers thread on that matter, before discovering the latter part, but no one replied.
I'm considering on cutlisting this, since this hasn't been edited for three years.
