Here's the place to inquire about pages whose images aren't potholed to anything.
Google Image Search and Tineye are good resources.
Images Without a Source lists the pages that have been discussed in this thread but haven't been sourced yet. Once a source is found for an image, please add it to the appropriate Image Source pagenote and remove it from Images Without a Source.
About Images and Copyright covers our general policies about image use; see here for more details and Image Pickin' forum policies. It's always a good idea to link images to their original versions and (when available) providing a link to the artist's site when they are located, especially if we're given permission to use an image.note

I don't think that should be potholed to Superman.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Then would you rather it just link to nothing?
Unless the source work is identified, sure. It's definitely not Superman, though.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. It's a shoop of Superman that is not connected to any bigger fanwork.
In my opinion, though, it goes into the same sourcelessness as other shoops of stock photos.
Media Watchdog is a thoughie too.
That looks almost like stock clipart or something.
Check out my fanfiction! It's straight up in the filename: Star Castle
Remind me, can the same image be used on a work and a trope page?
It's highly unrecommended. We try to make images on work pages and trope pages distinct.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Replacing either the trope page or work page pic with this◊ would fix the issue.
Cat Concerto looks like a real challenge — Google found nothing beyond the TV Tropes page.
Edit: My bad, the Image Pickin' thread mention that it's an old postcard. Please disregard.

The Caligula (actually a picture of Nero) is hard to place; it's way too common on the Web. I'd like at least to tell whether it is classical art or a recent illustration...
Where does Gonky Femme's image come from?
Macron's notesPopeye; the example's listed on the page. I added the wick to the pic.
Yep, that looks like the father welcoming back the prodigal son.
Formal Full Array of Cutlery - A google image search only turns up the trope page and it's YKTTW draft
Judging by the Disney logo in the corner and the mediocre-looking CG, I'd have to guess Sofia the First.
Actually, says so in the page itself:
"Sofia the First. Sofia's first dinner at the palace (pictured above) embarrasses her so much..."

Resized the pic and added the wick.
Given how frequent Parody of Evolution pictures are on the Web, nailing down the source for Humans Are Special is tough...

Fortunately, its fame worked in favor of finding it.
Cyber Ninja is unsourced.
That's Gray Fox from Metal Gear series. Unsure which exact game, though.
Actual image search leads to some Deviant Art account, description on it seems to imply it's using models from Revengeance (in which he doesn't appear as an actual character, just a model)

Cool, thanks. I've potholed it to Franchise.Metal Gear since the character appears in more than one game.
Is it okay to pothole Übermensch to Superman? Or is that image specifically from something else?
Also, anyone got a source for Young Gun?
