Originally I was Windweaver 19. Don't ask why I picked it, it sounded good at the time. Due to some weirdness with my computer I had to change my name on here but everything else is basically the same. I've been wasting time here for a looooooooong time now and figured it was time to go ahead and let you people know exactly what type of psycho you attracted.
Since I stumbled across this place I've been thinking about a list of tropes that apply to my measly little existence. The list will get longer I'm sure.
These are the tropes that best fit me. It is by no means an exhaustive list as of this moment.
- Alternate Character Interpretation -Some people think I'm a hard working, intelligent, nice guy. Others see me as an arrogant workaholic with no social life who seems to take pleasure from being a Jerkass. I'll admit, my character alignment makes this easy.
- Arrogant Kungfu Guy- I admit it, I slip into this sometimes.
- Batman Gambit- Apparently a talent for these runs in my family.
- Berserk Button-I hate seeing people being picked on. It's a good way to set me off.
- Black and Nerdy
- Blessed with Suck
- Catchphrase-"Well, isn't that special." "That made NOOOOO sense," and my personal favorite, "And I care... why?"
- Crouching Scholar Hidden Badass I'm really trying to be this.
- Deadpan Snarker
- Enemy Within I once had a character in a story who was ruthless, calculating and a true Magnificent Bastard. He was about as close to neutral evil as any character I'd ever created and due to some anger management issues as a kid there was a period where he became a sort of second personality.
- Fetish Fuel -I have a really long tongue. The looks from some women alone are enough to make me believe this trope.
- First girl wins -In an interesting subversion it wasn't the first girl I met but the first girl I really considered dating when I got to my new situation who won.
- Geek
- Genius Bruiser -I think I fall into this more than the Crouching Scholar Hidden Badass
- Genre Savvy
- Good Is Not Nice
- I Just Want My Beloved to Be Happy
- I Know Karate
- Knight in Sour Armor
- Kuudere Found out I'm a male version of this
- Lawful Neutral To some, it looks like I flip between this and Neutral Good. However, in truth I'm just one of the nicer forms of Lawful Neutral.
- The Hero Only when I'm with my main group. And isn't everyone the hero of their own story?
- Heroes Want Redheads What's happened recently with my latest girlfriend.
- The Lancer when I'm with one of my other friends' groups and most of the time when I end up in a Five-Man Band and I'm not The Smart Guy. However, this is by choice since I don't particularly like being the hero.
- Love Dodecahedron- subverted thank goodness. It looked like it was coming but nothing happened.
- Love Triangle -Hopefully this ends soon. (Resolved)
- Manipulative Bastard -A few people believe this about me. Again, I admit I use this a weapon of last resort when someone pisses me off.
- Papa Wolf-don't mess with my friends. Also, don't mess with kids around me.
- Power Perversion Potential -Comes up in almost every story I write and since I'm an illustrator this ought to be obvious.
- Power Trio -These tend to follow me. I'm usually the Superego.
- Proud to Be a Geek
- The One Guy -I mainly hang out with women. This trope was unavoidable.
- Otaku
- Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness
- Shipper on Deck -I've been guilty of this a lot and recently was on the receiving end of a shipping.
- The Spock
- The Stoic
- There are no Therapists -Averted as I'm usually the therapist.
- Unlucky Childhood Friend
- Unwanted Harem Wonderfully averted.
- Xanatos Gambit-I'm not opposed to doing these if I must.
