    Return of the Roarnote  
  1. "Return of the Roar": Set in the African Savanna, the film follows Kion as he assembles the members of the 'Lion Guard'. Throughout the film, the diverse team of young animals will learn how to utilize each of their unique abilities to solve problems and accomplish tasks to maintain balance within the Circle of Life, while also introducing viewers to the vast array of animals that populate the prodigious African landscape.

    Season 1 
  1. "Never Judge a Hyena by its Spots": When Kion gets separated from the rest of the Lion Guard, he finds himself lost in the Outlands where he meets Jasiri, a friendly female hyena, who rescues him and helps face off against Janja and the other Hyenas.
  2. "The Rise of Makuu": When a crocodile named Makuu takes over as leader of the crocodiles and his aggressive antics send the Pride Lands in chaos, Kion questions whether to intervene or respect animal traditions.
  3. "Bunga the Wise": After floodwaters threaten the Pride Lands and Bunga comes up with a quick fix, Kion and the other members of the Lion Guard learn that the quick and easy solution to a problem is not always the best.
  4. "Can't Wait to be Queen": When Simba leaves Kiara in charge of Pride Rock for the first time, Kion reluctantly agrees to obey her which proves difficult when Janja tries to take advantage of Kiara's inexperience and hatches a plot to take over the Pride Lands.
  5. "Eye of the Beholder": Ono is the "Keenest of Sight" and his powerful gaze has come through for the Lion Guard on a number of occasions, but when he loses vision in one of his eyes he questions his value to the team. In spite of his handicap, can Ono prove his worth to the Guard...and to himself?
  6. "The Kupatana Celebration": During a celebrated holiday in the Pride Lands, Kion and his friends rescue a jackal pup from Janja but soon discover that he is in a family of con artist jackals and the matriarch, Rairai, manages to even dupe Kion into letting them stay.
  7. "Fuli's New Family": At the end of the day, everyone in the Lion Guard is ready for family dinner - everyone except Fuli, who hunts all alone. Her friends are worried about her. Wouldn't she rather eat with the egrets, hippos, or lions? The Lion Guard is on a mission to find a new family for Fuli!
  8. "The Search for Utamu"note : Fuli learns a lesson about teamwork when she takes on a mission alone and overexerts herself, leaving herself defenseless against attacking vultures. Meanwhile, Bunga tells the rest of the Guard how he came to live with Timon and Pumbaa.
  9. "Follow That Hippo": Beshte finds he has a fan in a young elephant, who has put together a Lion Guard fan club. But when Janja and his clan threaten the young animals, it's up to Beshte and the Lion Guard to rescue them.
  10. "Call of the Drongo": When the Lion Guard encounters Tamaa, a drongo bird who mimics predators to scare off smaller animals, they step in to stop his deceptive ways. Can the Lion Guard put an end to this talented, but troublemaking bird's tricks?
  11. "Paintings and Predictions": Believing that Rafiki's paintings predict the future, Bunga enlists the rest of the Lion Guard to Save Kion from danger.
  12. "The Mbali Fields Migration": Kion and the Guard must lead a large herd through the Outlands to find a less crowded gazing ground.
  13. "Bunga and the King": When Bunga and Simba are trapped underground, they discover a shared family background - they were both raised by Timon and Pumbaa.
  14. "Never Roar Again" note : While trying to save his mother from a group of hyenas, Kion fears that he has lost control of his Roar and vows to never use it again.
  15. "The Imaginary Okapi": When Beshte befriends a shy okapi, the Lion Guard thinks Beshte has an imaginary friend.
  16. "Too Many Termites": The Lion Guard mistakenly chase off aardwolves instead of hyenas and the Pride Lands become overrun with termites.
  17. "The Trouble With Galagos": The Guard must help a leopard stand up to a bully challenging his territory.
  18. "Janja's New Crew": Janja replaces Chungu and Cheezi with two new hyenas in an attempt to sideline the Lion Guard.
  19. "Baboons!": When The Lion Guard rescues a baby baboon, Fuli is charged with returning the baboon to its mother.
  20. "Beware the Zimwi": When tales of a mysterious creature plague the Pride Lands, the Guard must conquer their fears and track down the elusive beast.
  21. "Lions of the Outlands": The Lion Guard must choose whether to side with the hyenas or the lions when Jasiri, the good hyena, asks for help.
  22. "The Lost Gorillas": The Lion Guard help a pair of gorilla princes return to their home in the mountains.
  23. "The Trail to Udugu": Simba is left in charge of the Guard when Nala takes Kion and Kiara on a journey.
  24. "Ono's Idol": Ono meets his idol, legendary eagle Hadithi, and learns that his hero isn't what he expected.
  25. "Beshte and the Hippo Lanes": When Beshte's dad is injured while creating hippo lanes, Beshte must step in and take over the job.
  26. "Ono the Tickbird": Ono must fill in for a rhino's seeing-eye bird while the Guard helps the rhino and tickbird resolve their differences.

    Season 2 
  1. "Babysitter Bunga": When Muhimu the zebra asks Bunga to babysit, his unorthodox style soon catches on, and he is put in charge of several more young Pride Landers.
  2. "Savannah Summit": While Simba gathers the animal leaders for a Savannah Summit, the Lion Guard learns of a plot against Twiga the giraffe.
  3. "The Traveling Baboon Show": The Lion Guard must work together to chase away a baboon comedy troupe that has been distracting the other animals with their antics and stealing their food.
  4. "Ono and the Egg": Ono begrudgingly becomes the protector of a hamerkop's egg left in his nest and chases off an African harrier hawk who has come to the Pride Lands to hunt for tasty new treats.
  5. "The Rise of Scar": While Kion and the Guard help the animals prepare for the dry season, Janja and his crew plot to use him to use his Roar of the Elders in anger and summon the Pride Lands' greatest villain, Scar.
  6. "Let Sleeping Crocs Lie": After the Lion Guard accidentally wakes a group of hibernating crocodiles who become furious that they now have to suffer through the dry season in the Savanna, Scar seizes the opportunity to wreak havoc in the Pride Lands.
  7. "Swept Away": With Beshte alone in the Outlands, Scar uses the opportunity to attack the Lion Guard’s strongest member.
  8. "Rafiki's New Neighbors": When a noisy bachelor herd moves in next door to Rafiki's tree, the Lion Guard try to help the animals find new homes.
  9. "Rescue in the Outlands": When Jasiri and two hyena cubs are in danger in the Outlands, the Guard enlist the help of Thurston the Zebra to repel a tsetse fly infestation slowing down their efforts to help them.
  10. "The Ukumbusho Tradition": Makini and the Guard are excited to attend their first Ukumbusho, but bees threaten to ruin the important celebration!
  11. "The Bite of Kenge": A ferocious monitor lizard named Kenge bites some of the members of the Lion Guard, temporarily paralyzing them.
  12. "Timon and Pumbaa's Christmas": Rafiki tells Makini the story of when the Lion Guard enlist the help of animals throughout the Pride Lands to surprise Timon and Pumbaa with its first Christmas celebration.
  13. "The Morning Report": After Zazu is captured by the hyenas per Scar's orders, it's up to the Lion Guard to rescue him.
  14. "The Golden Zebra": Facing a water shortage in the Pride Lands, the Lion Guard must appease zebra leader, Dhahabu, to gain access to a new watering hole.
  15. "The Little Guy": Beshte tries to help Hodari, a tiny gecko who wants to be a crocodile.
  16. "Divide and Conquer": The Guard faces two attacks, so Kion enlists the help from Tamaa the drongo to help them be in two places at once.
  17. "The Scorpion's Sting": After Simba is stung by a scorpion, the Guard must travel to the Outlands to find the cure.
  18. "The Wisdom of Kongwe": Fuli and Makini are tasked with escorting one of the Pride Lands' wisest animals, a tortoise named Kongwe, to Pride Rock.
  19. "The Kilio Valley Fire": After Scar's minions set fire to Kilio Valley, the misplaced elephants are forced to the Pride Lands and create chaos amongst the other herds.
  20. "Undercover Kinyonga": The Lion Guard meets a color-changing chameleon who is willing to spy on Scar out in the Outlands.
  21. "Cave of Secrets": The Lion Guard finds a mysterious cave that could contain what they need to defeat Scar, but they must traverse through dangerous hazards to learn its secrets.
  22. "The Zebra Mastermind": The Outland villains learn about Thurston's boast about being the brains of the Lion Guard and try to capture him in order to finally defeat them.
  23. "The Hyena Resistance": Jasiri offers to help the Lion Guard in their battle against Scar by forming a hyena resistance in the Outlands.
  24. "The Underground Adventure": While escaping a fire, Kion, Kiara, Tiifu, Zuri, and Bunga must navigate through a network of underground tunnels and meet an adorable golden mole with a sweet singing voice.
  25. "Beshte and the Beast": A gorilla warrior named Shujaa comes to help the Lion Guard in the battle against Scar.
  26. "Pride Landers Unite!": Kion is tasked with gathering the Pridelanders to prepare them for their fight against Scar.
  27. "The Queen's Visit": After being threatened by Scar's attacks, Queen Dhahabu asks Fuli, Tiifu, and Zuri to become her permanent personal body guards.
  28. "The Fall of Mizimu Grove": Scar makes an appearance when Timon and Pumbaa decide to put on a show in Mizimu Grove.
  29. "Fire From the Sky": To combat the vultures dropping flame sticks from the sky, the Lion Guard seeks help from Hadithi and a martial eagle named Anga.

    Season 3 

  1. "Battle for the Pride Lands": Kion and the Guard rally every member of the Pride Lands to face off against Scar and his army in a final showdown which will leave both sides forever changed.
  2. "The Harmattan": The Guard starts their search for the Tree of Life and get caught in a powerful Harmattan storm along with Makucha's army.
  3. "The Accidental Avalanche": When Kion loses control of the Roar and accidentally harms a snow monkey habitat, he must make amends.
  4. "Ghost of the Mountain": A pack of red pandas claim Bunga as their "chosen one" and the Guard must keep them safe from a legendary mountain ghost.
  5. "Marsh of Mystery": Makini gets herself and Ono trapped in a cave where they discover something they've never seen before.
  6. "Dragon Island": The Guard ventures onto a peninsula to find the next moja kwa moja stone, and are attacked by Komodo dragons.
  7. "Journey of Memories": When Makini's memories of her first journey to the Tree of Life result in getting the Guard lost in the desert, they must learn to travel by night and navigate by the stars.
  8. "The Race to Tuliza": Fuli gets lost in the territory of a male cheetah, Azaad, who refuses to show her the way out until she races him. Meanwhile, Kion's patience is tested by a group of raucous flamingos.
  9. "Mama Binturong": The Guard's ability to find the Tree of Life disappears when Makini's staff is stolen by a scheming Binturong.
  10. "Friends to the End": Kion's scar bothers him more as he gets closer to the Tree of Life, and Bunga thinks this un-Kion-like behavior is proof the venom in his body is turning him evil.
  11. "The Tree of Life": The Guard reaches the Tree of Life where they encounter another group of lions, the Night Pride, who mistake them for a threat.
  12. "The River of Patience": While Kion heals at the Tree of Life, villains attack; Kion is eager to defend the Tree but must learn to focus and find patience in order to heal fully.
  13. "Little Old Ginterbong": Mama Binturong pretends to be an animal in need and enters the Tree of Life to gather information for the villains.
  14. "Poa the Destroyer": While touring the Tree of Life, looking to make new friends, Beshte accidentally frightens the community.
  15. "Long Live the Queen": When Rani worries she isn't ready to become queen, Makini reveals the special gift Queen Janna left for her.
  16. "The Lake of Reflection": When Kion's confidence as a leader is lacking, the Lake of Reflection flashes back to a young Lion Guard, helping Kion remember his past and embrace his role as a leader.
  17. "Triumph of the Roar": When a new army of predators seizes control of the Tree of Life, it's up to Kion to channel his Roar to drive out the bad guys with the guidance of the first Guard leader, Askari.
  18. "Journey to the Pride Lands": After learning that the Pride Lands are threatened, Kion uses the Roar to help the Lion Guard return home as soon as possible.
  19. "Return to the Pride Lands": Kion and the Guard return to the Pride Lands where they find Vitani has formed her own Lion Guard in their absence.
