BIO from October 14th, 2021: Yoshihara Kira had always had a rough life, until one day when the pro-hero Midnight approached her and offered her a chance at a better life. What new and exciting things will happen to the blond when she joins U.A.'s hero course? What happens when her past catches up to her? But more importantly, why is her Quirk so different from everyone else's?

Current BIO: Musutafu, the place where it all began. The place where the greatest hero in all of Japan was born, and where his backstory took place. This was the place where the future number-one pro hero was born. But this isn't about him. This is about a person who just wanted to live a normal life and got dragged into this mess. That... is Yoshihara Kira's story.

Dynamite And A Laser Beam - Redux is a My Hero Academia Fanfic by DeathyJazzHands55 where Yoshihara Kira, an OC created by DeathlyJazzHands55 who is the distant relative of Yoshikage Kira from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and gets adopted by Nemuri Kayama to train and become a pro hero with her Stand, Killer Queen, the variant of which comes from Jo Jos Bizarre Adventure Jojolion. The Story is still ongoing, so this page is unfinished for the time being.

Dynamite And A Laser Beam - Redux provides examples of:

• Abusive Parent: Yoshihara's mother is a horrible parent in every sense of the word. An example of this is in Vol 1 - 6: Our Mission Part 1 when she repeatedly slams four-year-old Yoshihara's head against the coffee table when she refuses to eat rancid Miso Soup. In Vol 3 - 3: Sports Festival Prep - Part 1, through Yoshikawa's thoughts, it is found out that she had successfully poisoned Yoshihara's food in an attempt to kill her.
• Abortion Fallout Drama: While not the focus of the whole story, In Vol 9 - 2: The Final Exam's - Part 6 it is revealed that Yaoyorozu Momo leaked information that Yoshihara had an abortion to "save her life" which was a lie set up so that she didn't get arrested for having said Abortion, as it is illegal to have an abortion in this AU. This impacts her reputation even more than it was originally, and that isn't exactly a good thing...
• Action Girl: Due to being the main character of this fic, Yoshihara is one by default seeing as she gets into plenty of fights, Stand battles or otherwise, during her path to becoming a pro hero. Another example of this is Karera Sakunami, a key member of the group of main and supporting characters who also want to become a hero. This also extends to all of class 1 - A and 1 - B girls from canon MHA who make an appearance in this fic.
• Acquainted with Emergency Services: Yoshihara has been to the hospital on numerous occasions due to her being a Crime Magnet and attracting Stand Users who want her dead.
• Adaptational Badass: In this fanfic, instead of being JUST a stay-at-home Mom, Inko Midoriya is not only a Stand User, but a former Assassin for Hire, previously going by the Alias: Tornado, though back in her heyday, she was more commonly known as The Villain Killer.
• Adaptational Villainy: As of Vol 9 - 2: The Final Exam - Part 6 Kyoka Jirou becomes a member of The League Of Villains after Tomura Shigaraki does an Affably Evil, convincing Kyoka to join The Dark Side.
• Adaptational Jerkass: Yaoyorozu Momo is far from the kind-hearted airhead she is in the canon of My Hero Academia but rather a spiteful, and hateful version of herself. She is the main reason why Yoshihara can never seem to catch a break, always starting problems and going above and beyond to harass the Stand Users of Class 1 - A, even going as far as to stalk Yoshihara to try and dig up dirt on her to make her look like the Black Sheep.
  • Jirou later in the story joins the League of Villains.
• All of the Other Reindeer:
  • Much like Canon, Izuku Midoriya is treated horribly by pretty much everyone else around him. This only stops when he meets Yoshihara.
  • Because of the events of Vol 3 - 7: C'est la vie, Heart Attack - Part 1 and Vol 3 - 8: C'est la vie, Heart Attack - Part 2 Yoshihara ends up becoming The Black Sheep of U.A., being regarded as nothing more than a villain and gets continuously harassed by others in her class and beyond.
• Anyone Can Die: Not Just OCs can die in this fic, as shown off in Vol 6 - 7: Stains, Vipers, and Bones - Part 3 anyone in this fanfic can die. Tenya Ida meets his maker at the hands of Takiyuma Yangu and his Pit Of Vipers.
  • In the immediate next chapter, Vol 6 - 8: Stains, Vipers, and Bones - Part 4, Inko Midoriya gets killed by a vengeful Nicholas Asahina. Although, unlike Takiyuma, Inko is able to pull a Taking You with Me by stabbing Nicholas through the throat in her final moments.
  • In Vol 9 - 7: Training Camp From Hell - Part 5 Tsuyu Asui meets her end thanks to Takiyuma Yunga. This is the second student from Class 1 - A he was responsible for killing.
• Anti-Hero: Yoshihara fits the role of an Anti-Hero far more than your typical everyday hero. Her ruthlessness and callousness to her enemies, as well as her penchant for killing her foes rather than arresting them makes her fall into that category.
• Asshole Victim:
  • Many people that Yoshihara kills are this.
  • In Vol 8 - 7: Final Exams - Part 3 Katsuki Bakugo is beaten to a pulp by Yoshihara Kira and Josefumi Kujo. Though, considering all of things he did, he kinda deserved it.
• The Atoner: Yoshikage Kira, after dying, becomes a guardian spirit to Yoshihara, helping her unlock her Stand's fullest potential, and also helping her steer away from the path he took in life.
• Bad Powers, Good People: Killer Queen, Yoshihara's Stand, is a Stand that is first and foremost, meant to kill which doesn't help her image when training to become a hero. Even its Jo Jos Bizarre Adventure Jo Jolion counterpart has more than the capacity to murder anyone it so chooses.
• Badass in a Nice Suit: Yoshihara Kira's hero costume is a white and green pinstripe suit, inspired by her relative Yoshikage Kira's disguise as Kosaku Kawajiri, and the suit he wears, paying homage to where one of her inspirations comes from.
• Battle Cry: Most Stands with main characters tied to them, or major villains, have battle cries that they use in combat. These are all of the current battle cries that are in the fanfic.

• Battle Royale: In Vol 4 - 5: The Sports Festival - Part 2 The second event in the Sports Festival was changed from the Calvary Battle to a Battle Royale called ALL OUT WAR. The first 16 people to get 600 points move on to the final event. Each person taken out was worth 100 points, the exception being the people who came in 1st through 5th place in the Obstacle Course race.
• Big Bad: The main, overarching villain of this fanfic is a man by the name of Taisuke Yagi, leader of a gang by the name of Damnatio Ad Bestias, a gang that rules the Criminal Underground of Japan with an iron fist. He is also a powerful Stand User, whose Stand, Mr. Blue Sky, was recently revealed in Vol 9 - 4: Training Camp From Hell - Part 2. His Stands ability, as stated by Jirou when sparing it, is complete mastery over Time and Space. He can Bend Space around him, Stop Time, Rewind Time, Erase Time, and Fast Forward Time. Effectively giving him every power a main villain from Jojo has had, and then some. His only downside is that he can only do one at a time, and they each have cooldowns, with Stop Time being the shortest, and Erase Time being the longest. It's no wonder why he had the balls to openly threaten All For One with his death, especially with the power his Stand has.
  Taisuke Yagi: Oh trust me, sir. If there is anything to say about me and my word, it's that it's solid. Besides, angering one of the world's most powerful men would be a surefire way to commit suicide, wouldn't you say? Besides, all those Quirk-having losers won't even be able to attack who I'm going to send in, on the account that they're a Stand User. Besides, sir, it also allows me the knowledge that I know you won't be able to take their non-existent Quirk if he intrigues you. Because allow me to be honest, All For One, you don't scare me. So even if you were to come after me in the weakened state that you're in, I can assure you that your death will be solidified.
• Big Bad Ensemble: Between All For One, Taisuke Yagi, Takiyuma Yangu, and Tooru, there are plenty of villains to go about, all of which are a great deal more powerful than the other, and all of which do not want to deal with the heroes.
• Big Bad Wannabe: In this fanfic, All for One is not the Big Bad, but rather the Big Bad Wannabe. The true villain of this fanfic is Taisuke Yagi, otherwise known as Blackwell in the hero world, or as The Boss of Damnatio Ad Bestias; a powerful Stand User whose Stand was recently revealed in Vol 9 - 4: Training Camp From Hell - Part 2. It is one of the most powerful Stands thus far introduced in this AU, with the only Stand stronger than it being Wonder Of U on an objective level.
• Body Horror: As typical of fanfic in the same category of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the amount of bodily harm, violence, and gore is kicked up to an extreme, where fights often have gruesome injuries tied to them, and an almost unreal amount of blood loss.
• Breaking the Fourth Wall: Taro Tatsugi does this in his fight with Yoshihara Kira after she is dying thanks to Renegades ability
  Taro Tatsugi: I win! You lose! Dynamite and a Laserbeam is over!
• Broken Bird: Yoshihara's life before meeting Midnight/Nemuri Kayama was one of constant strife. An abused youth forced to live on the streets for the majority of her childhood, causing her to become The Sociopath in order to cope, shutting off any and all emotions she had and permanently warping her mind to being incapable of having them. Though recently, she is slowly but surely recovering.
• Brutal Honesty: Yoshihara does this on one particular occasion. In particular, when she is talking to Izuku outside of Aldera Junior High after school about getting into U.A. and about Katsuki Bakugo as he is The Bully towards him.
  Yoshihara: Midoriya, let me level with you. I may not know you that well, but from what I heard, you plan to go to U.A., right?"
  Izuku: I know… pretty stupid, right. B-But I made a promise to someone, so I can't break it. I'm going to go to U.A. regardless of what anyone says!
  Yoshihara: Oh yeah? Well then, as your new, and from what I can assume your Only Friend, it's my job to push you. From what I saw back there, to me, that doesn't look like someone who is ready to go to U.A., so you know what, I want you to prove to me you got what it takes. By the end of this semester, once we all graduate, I want you to stand up to that bastard I just punched in the face and say, "I'm going to U.A., and there is nothing you can do to stop me," to his face without stuttering, or flinching, or in any weak-ass muttering voice. I want to hear that from my classroom across the hall. Think you can do that?"
  Izuku: But… Kacchan is also my friend….
  Yoshihara: Really then, well, where was this "Kacchan" when you were getting bullied by that blond prick?
  Izuku: That was Kacchan…
  Yoshihara: Midoriya, that… that wasn't your friend. I hate to break it to you. That asshole was nothing of the sort. He's just that, an asshole. If you thought that guy was your friend, then I'd hate to see what you saw as a jerk.
  Izuku: But—
  Yoshihara: No "buts," Midoriya. He isn't your friend. The sooner you realize that the better your life will be. Okay?
• But I Can't Be Pregnant!: In Vol 5 - 6: Heroes Names, after a night of fun with her now Boyfriend Izuku Midoriya, Yoshihara wakes up with symptoms of her potentially being pregnant. At every possible turn, she denies that it is a reality, and thinks it to be just an illness.
• The Captain: Josefumi Kujo is this, as the main group of characters in this fanfic are Yoshihara Kira, Izuku Midoriya, Josefumi Kujo, Inko Midoriya, and Karera Sakunami are all led by him and mostly take orders and listen to him, seeing as he has the most experience as a Stand user, outside of maybe Inko.
• Catch and Return: C'est La Vie, Yoshikawa Kira's Stand, has the ability to suck up projectiles and shoot them back at the opponent, and it does so with perfect accuracy. An example of this is when she is about to be attacked by one of Yoshihara's bubble bombs. As soon as it gets too close for comfort, C'est la vie sucks it up with its right hand, and spits it back out with its left at a wall.
• The Chosen One: Just like in Canon My Hero Academia Izuku is The Chosen One, but unlike in My Hero Academia he is not the sole focus of the story.
• Classified Information: Stands in this crossover fanfic, as a whole, are kept a secret from the outside population. Those who do know about Stands are either in on the secret, such as The Speedwagon Foundation, other Stand Users, the Hero Protection Safety Committee, and the main cast of characters. There is no in-between. As of Vol 7 - 8: Soul Theory with Sugimoto-Sensei Every Student in U.A. High School has been added to that list of people who are in the know about Stands.
• Closet Punishment: Yoshihara's mother did this quite a bit, practically forcing Yoshihara to live in her childhood home's closet.
• Creature of Habit: Yoshihara is deadset on doing her morning routine of waking up, having a shower, eating breakfast, and going to school [If on a school day] or going on a run [if school is out].
• Curb-Stomp Battle: In Vol 5 - 1: The Sports Festival - Part 6 the first battle in the qualifier rounds is Izuku Midoriya versus Tatami Utsagi. The fight ends before it begins as Midoriya uses Full Cowling to speed past her Leading The Pack Stand to defeat Tatami in one shot. In the same chapter, Todoroki insta freezes half the arena, defeating Sero easily, and Yoshihara beats Mina Ashido without even lifting a finger thanks to Killer Queen.
• The Cynic: Yoshihara's personality very much falls in line with this due to her abusive upbringing and her life after she escaped the hellhole that was her home, and who could blame her?
• Dark and Troubled Past: Yoshihara suffered a childhood of abuse at the hands of her mother and ran away from Morioh to live in Musutafu.
• Dark Secret: Yoshihara is a clinical sociopath, which is a secret to everyone with U.A. and beyond. The only person who is aware of this trait of hers is Izuku Midoriya and herself for obvious reasons.
• Dark Action Girl: Yoshihara isn't above killing her enemies, despite everyone else's wishes. If you're a villain, and get in her way or harm anyone she cares about, the only option you have is to pray that she doesn't get her hands on you.
• Death by Adaptation: In Vol 5 - 6: Hero Names it is revealed that Tensei Ida succumbed to his injuries after the Hero Killer: Stain attacked him.
  • In Vol 6 - 7: Stain's Vipers, and Bones - Part 3, just before Tenya Ida is about to take out Stain once and for all, Takeyuma Yangu, a Vampire with a Stand, kills Tenya before he has the chance to finish off Stain.
  • In Vol 6 - 8: Stain's, Vipers, and Bones - Part 4, Inko Midoriya is killed by Nicholas Asahina and his evolved Brittle Bones Nicky - Act 2.
  • In Vol 9 - 7: Training Camp From Hell - Part 5, Tsuyu Asui is killed thanks to the fleshbud implanted into her skull by Takiyuma Yangu, the same Vampire her killed Tenya Ida.
  • In Vol 10 - 3: Training Camp From Hell - Part 9, Yaoyorozu Momo is killed by Kyoka Jirou, blowing a hole through her chest with her Stand Imagine Dragons.
• Deus ex Machina: In Vol 3 - 5: Sports Festival Prep - Part 3, during Izuku's fight against Nicholas Asahina, an assassin who works for Damnitio Ad Bestias, when all hope looks lost, and when he is about to lose to Brittle Bones Nicky and have his soul turned into a coin, The vestiges of One For All summon themselves to help Izuku defeat and ultimately best Brittle Bones Nicky and Nicholas, causing them to flee.
• Deuteragonist: Unlike in canon My Hero Academia Izuku Midoriya is downgraded to being the deuteragonist, as both a non-stand user who has been dragged into the world of Stands and as the person who holds One for All.
• Driven to Villainy: Due to a set of unfortunate events caused entirely by Taisuke Yagi, Kyoka Jirou ends up becoming a villain in this fanfic.
• Establishing Character Moment: At the beginning of Dynamite and a Laser Beam - Redux Yoshihara Kira is chased into a corner store by a random thug, and kills him without hesitation once he is distracted, showing her willingness to kill, even if the reason is petty or justified.
• Even Evil Has Standards: Twice, this happens. The first time this happens is when Dabi is asked to kill a child Yoshihara before the events of the story, to which he does the opposite and saves her life. The second time this happens is when Takiyuma Yangu finishes brutalizing Kyoka Jirou because he felt like it, after which both Kai Chisaki and Tomura Shigaraki are disgusted by his actions, to the point where they both vow to make him pay.
• Enemy Mine: In Vol 10 - 1: Training Camp From Hell - Part 7 Tomura Shigaraki saves Yoshihara Kira's life from Takiyuma Yangu and the two team up to fight the monster after calling a truce.
• Evil Is Bigger: Compared to all of the other characters in MHA, those from Damnatio Ad Bestias tend to be bigger than everyone else, namely Taisuke Yagi, who stands at a massive 6 foot 6 inches, about the same height as All MIght in his buff form.
• Evil Is Petty: Takiyuma Yangu's whole deal is that he wants to kill Yoshihara Kira for being related to Yoshikage Kira, who was the man who murdered his brother 150 years ago. If that isn't petty I don't know what is.
• Evil Matriarch: Yoshihara's mother Yoshikawa Kira is a shining example of being an absolutely evil mother. in Vol 3 - 3: Sports Festival Prep - Part 1 she celebrates Yoshihara's supposed death by her attempted poisoning after she did not find her home after she got back from work. However, she is FURIOUS when she finds out that she is still alive and is working to become a pro hero. After this, she decides to go to Musutafu on a vacation so that she can make sure her daughter dies for good this time.
• Fatal Flaw:Yoshihara is a clinical sociopath, and struggles with expressing even a hint of emotion unless it is faked.
• Fearless Fool: Kaminari is this. in Vol 2 - 5: Kira Takes On U.A. - Part 3, as even after Kyoka is hit by a Non-Lethal K.O. attack that puts her out of commission, instead of running away, Kaminari uses a clever strategy to beat both Yaoyorozu and Kira in the battle trial, securing a win for the hero team.
• Femme Fatale: Being the head of the debt collector division, Makoto Takiyama uses her sex appeal body to get her way and to coax the debts out of the people who owe Damnatio Ad Bestias. If that doesn't work, she simply kills them using her Stand, Die Very Rough.
• Foreshadowing: All the way back in Vol 1 - 8: Renegades it is shown that Yoshihara is capable of using The Spin when she activates her ranged version of Killer Queen's first bomb. In Vol 10 - 1: Training Camp From Hell - Part 7 it finally pays off.
• First Friend: Yoshihara is this to Izuku Midoriya in this fanfic.
• From Zero to Hero: This applies to (mostly) everyone within the Stand User Group that Yoshihara has formed, as they were all normal civilians, outside of Josefumi Kujo, and Karera Sakunami who both worked for The Speedwagon Foundation before this. As of Vol 3 - 4: Sports Festival Prep - part 2 and Vol 3 - 5: Sports Festival Prep - Part 3 it is revealed that Inko Midoriya in her younger years used to be an assassin working for Damnatio Ad Bestias.
• Green-Eyed Monster: In Vol 1 - 8: Renegades Taro Tatsugi, one of Yoshihara's enemies, is solely driven by his envy and anger at the fact that she took his spot in the Recommendation Exam at U.A., so much so that he now wants to kill her.
• Good Is Dumb: Karera Sakunami embodies this. She is dumb and impatient, but kind-hearted. This is embodied by her Stand: Love Love Deluxe. It has a rather simple ability, showing her impatient side seeing as how most stands have complicated abilities; while hers is simple and to the point.
• Good Is Not Nice: in comparison to most of the cast of My Hero Academia with the exclusion of Bakugo Katsuki and a few others, Yoshihara is the direct opposite of nice, and is extremely brutal to villains in her fights, namely to Yoshikawa Kira, torturing her with Sheer Heart Attack in Vol 3 - 7: C'est la vie, heart attack - part 1 before then finally killing her with a punch to the chest, impaling her in Vol 3 - 8: C'est la vie, heart attack - part 2.
• Grass is Greener: The whole reason why Yoshihara Kira is in Musutafu, to begin with, is because she ran away from Morioh at a young age to seek out a better life and to leave the toxic, abusive household that she had previously lived in.
• Gratuitous Italian: Any Italian Character that shows up within Dynamite And A Laser Beam - Redux always, without fail, at least speaks some Italian. The worst of this happens to be Maria Bucciarati, who often speaks paragraphs in Italian.
• Grew a Spine: Much earlier in the story than in canon, Izuku Midoriya becomes a lot more confident in himself due to the situations that he gets into.
• Hero with Bad Publicity: Yoshihara's trying to be a hero but her rep is terrible.
• Hero's Evil Predecessor: Being a part of the Kira Bloodline, Yoshihara's great-great Grandfather, Yoshikage Kira, acts as this to her. They even share the same Stand.
• Heroic Lineage: Josefumi Kujo and Yoshihara Kira come from the Joestar Family, though Yoshihara is only related to it due to Jouta Kujo, Yoshimura Kira's father being a Glorified Sperm Donor meaning they both have the The Joestar Birthmark on top of both of them being a member of the Joestar Family.
• I Just Want to Be Normal: As she has explained on numerous occasions, Yoshihara simply wants to live a normal, quiet life, but finds herself having to deal with heroic nonsense on a daily basis. While she openly chose this, she only decided to go down the path of a hero because it was convenient for her to do so, seeing as she didn't want to stay in the dead-end job she had before.
• Just Between You and Me: In Vol 5 - 3: The Sports Festival - Part 8 Yoshihara goes on a lengthy rant to Neito Monoma after he finishes a rant of his own about The Reason You Suck. The speech itself is her version of Yoshikage Kira's famous My Name is... speech from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
• Jerk with a Heart of Gold: For the majority of the story, Yoshihara is a jerk. This is mostly due to the fact that she says whatever is on her mind, and isn't great at social cues due to being to her lack of emotions.
• Loony Friends Improve Your Personality: This happens to Yoshihara when she meets and befriends Karera Sakunami and later on other members of Class 1-A, such as Mina Ashido.
• Lack of Empathy: Due to her nature as The Sociopath, Yoshihara has lacks empathy toward others' pain and suffering, especially when she is inflicting that pain and suffering on others. The only exception to that rule is her Boyfriend Izuku Midoriya and her cousin Josefumi Kujo.
• Misery Builds Character: Most of, if not all of the battles the main cast get into result in them suffering a great deal, be it physical, emotional, or mental pain. This results in them getting stronger and soon thereafter beating their opponent, usually in a very brutal fashion.
• Murder Is the Best Solution: It doesn't matter what fight Yoshihara gets into unless it is regulated at U.A., Yoshihara's first goal is to kill her opponent so that she never has to deal with it again. This doesn't start until Vol 1 - 8: Renegades when she realizes that there are opponents out that with terrifying abilities that will go out of their way to kill her or her friends. Every fight she gets into after that (that isn't directly a training exercise or is being watched by thousands) Yoshihara will do anything in her power to kill her opponent.
• Near-Death Experience: After her fight with Taro Tatsugi, and his Stand Renegades, Yoshihara suffers from several fatal injuries and only BARELY makes it out alive thanks to an Alternate Universe version of Tooru, whose Stand Wonder Of U. Having its power reversed, it protects her from dying on multiple occasions during the surgery that is supposed to save her life.
• New Powers as the Plot Demands: Stands fit this role, as they don't exist in the My Hero Academia universe, but do now because of Dynamite And A Laser Beam - Redux being a crossover Fanfic with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
• New Rules as the Plot Demands: Once Again, with Stands, as those without Stands cannot see them, this extends to Quirk Users, who cannot see nor interact with Stands.
• No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: In Vol 2 - 8: Invasion At The USJ - Part 2,Josefumi does this to Makoto Takiyama, a member of Damnatio Ad Bestias who joined up with the League of Villains in the attack on the USJ. Josefumi does this when Ochako and Ida are turned into Damsel in Distress when Die Very Rough uses its paralyzing Venom Ability on the two, slowly killing them by shutting down their nervous system.
• No Sympathy: Most of the main cast for Dynamite And A Laserbeam does not show empathy toward their enemies. The only exception was Dakima Stroheim because he was tricked into attacking them.
• Odd Friendship: The optimistic cinnamon-roll Izuku is genuine friends with the cynical, borderline-sociopathic Yoshihara.
• The Oldest Profession: Formerly. Prior to Meeting Nemuri/Midnight, Yoshihara used to be a sex worker to pay for a dingy apartment, seeing as she couldn't find another job that paid enough to keep the lights on. She heavily regrets this, seeing it as something that made her life worse.
• Once Done, Never Forgotten: When Yoshihara kills her mother in broad daylight and is arrested for it, when the media gets hold of this information and spins it to make it look like a U.A. Student went insane and killed an innocent person, no one ever lets her forget it.
• Out-of-Character Moment: This happens to Yoshihara when she first meets Izuku in Vol 1 - 2: Welcome To Musutafu - part 2 After the Sludge villain incident. She is even self-aware of this at the end of their conversation.
  Yoshihara: Dude, I can't believe I actually found you! Do you know how hard it was just to track you down? I swear, even with that weird hair of yours, you blend in with everyone else here. It's nuts! I've been meaning to ask you a bunch of questions about that. I don't know what it was, but the way you ran in there and tried to save that kid while all the other heroes did nothing, it was awesome! Or, well, actually kinda upsetting since you were the one who basically saved that kid, then All Might swooped in, but that doesn't matter. Oh my god, I can't believe I'm actually talking to you!
  Izuku: U-Uh… are you okay? Your face i-is a little red….
  Yoshihara: O-Oh! Oh my god, I'm sorry. I… I'm just excited, you know. I usually don't do this. It's kind of out of character for me to just fangirl over a guy I just met, but… it still amazes me that you saved someone, all without using your Quirk!
• Original Character: Most of the enemy Stand Users that the cast goes up against are original characters. There are very few exceptions, but that doesn't stop characters from dropping dead.
• Only Friend: Yoshihara and Izuku were this to each other before going to U.A.
• Otaku: Yoshihara has a habit of collecting and reading Pre-Quirk Era Manga, such as Soul Eater, Demon Slayer, Fire Force, Sailor Moon, and the list goes on.
• Parental Abandonment: suffering from a case of Disappeared Dad, Yoshimura Kira vanished from Yoshihara's life before she even met him due to China's strict working law. Though she would have digital contact with him for a few years, he would be fully cut out of her life when he would stop calling, due to him being declared dead after a villain attack. Later, in Vol 7 - 1: In Loving memory it is revealed that Yoshimura is still alive, and had been in a coma for 11 years, rather than having been dead.
• The Power of Hate: Takiyuma Yunga's whole motivation is this. The only reason why he's attacking and going after Class 1 - A is because he wants to kill Yoshihara Kira. The only thing Yoshihara Kira had ever done to earn the ire of Takiyuma was being related to Yoshikage Kira, the man who killed Takiyuma's younger brother, Shigekiyo "Shigechi" Yunga 100+ years ago.
• Re-Power: In this crossover, Inko Midoriya has her Quirk Attraction of Small Things swapped out with a Stand named Fly, Fly Away which is a super-powered up version of her base Quirk. Not only are Inko's powers swapped out, but Hitoshi Shinsou's as well. In Vol 3 - 3: Sports Festival Prep - Part 1. Due to being attacked during The Incident, aka the attack on Downtown Musutafu, Shinsou was hit by the Stand Bullets and survived, gaining his Stand, Everybody Loves Me. In Vol 4 - 5, Everybody Loves Me's ability was revealed to be puppetry. By hooking a person by the shoulders, Hitoshi can control said person by way of a wooden marionette. Anything that happens to the puppet, happens to the person, minus fatal damage.
• Rage Breaking Point: in Vol 3 - 8: C'est la vie, Heart Attack - Part 2 Yoshihara experiences this when Yoshikawa Kira threatens to kill her friends after finishing with her. This causes Yoshihara to unleash all of her pent-up anger and punching a hole straight through Yoshikawa's chest through her Stand, C'est la vie, killing her.
• Rich Bitch: In this fanfic, Yaoyorozu Momo is a massive bitch, and she knows it, targeting Yoshihara and those who are friends with her by singling them out and pointing out their wrongdoings, despite doing worse things than all of them combined
• Scars Are Forever: As a result of the abuse Yoshihara suffered, she has scars all over her body from the physical abuse she received at the hands of her mother, Yoshikawa Kira.
• Sexy Mentor: In this story, Nemuri Kayama/Midnight mentors the main character, Yoshihara Kira, and as in canon, is a smoking hot babe. She knows this, and does sometimes, intentionally or not, flusters Yoshihara on the regular.
• Shameless Fanservice Girl: Nemuri Kayama/Midnight: Just like her canon counterpart, Nemuri is this to a tee, though unlike in Canon, she has other, more logical reasons for her being this way.
• Sharp-Dressed Man: Taisuke Yagi is never seen without being dressed in his orange pinstripe suit.
• Sociopathic Hero: Yoshihara: She Fits this bill extremely well. as in her fight with Taro Tatsugi and his Stand Renegades, she outright murders him without hesitation after he taunts her, saying he is going to kill her when the reverse happens.

• The Strategist: In Vol 2 - 4: Kira takes on U.A. - Part 2 Josefumi Kujo comes up with a plan to defeat the hero team in the Battle Trial the moment he saw who his opponents were and explains it to Ojiro so he can follow the plan and stick to it, while also explaining his 'Quirk' at the same time.
  Mashirao Ojiro: So… what's the plan, Kujo-san?
  Josefumi Kujo: Please, call me Fumi-kun, we're classmates, not acquaintances. Anyways, I think I should tell you a bit about my Quirk first and foremost. My Quirk – Plunder, allows me to create bubbles out of my fingertips. These bubbles can steal an aspect from a person upon making contact with them, or if they pop in the area they are in. This extends to Quirks.
  Mashirao Ojiro: W-What, you can steal Quirks?!
  Josefumi Kujo: No. I can steal ASPECTS of Quirks. Basically, I can shut it down and prevent them from using it. I can also do that with any part of the body. For example, I can make it so you can't move your arm, or blink, or even see. I could take the friction out of your feet, or I can make the floor slippery. Basically, I can render someone completely useless in a fight.
  Mashirao Ojiro: Oh, okay. So, what's the plan then? You seem to be thinking of something, so what is it?
  Josefumi Kujo: Here's the thing. I've already enacted it. Tell me, who do you think the person who is going to give us the most trouble is?
  Mashirao Ojiro: Well, I'd have to say it's Todoroki, but I'm not sure I follow…
  Josefumi Kujo: Well, I asked All Might in advance if it was okay for me to set up my plan in advance, and he was okay with it. Right now, I have one of my Plunder bubbles near Todoroki's head. A little note about them is that since they're basically see-through, you'd have to squint to see them, and since Todoroki is completely unaware of what my Quirk can do, he won't even bother looking at it or thinking anything of it. That will be his downfall. I plan to make him unable to use his Quirk, completely. I had a feeling that he'd try and freeze the whole building to prevent us from winning and take the easy win for him and his team. But I won't let him do that. The moment that timer starts, that bubble is going to pop, and when it does… Todoroki will be rendered completely useless to his partner.
• Tangled Family Tree: The Joestar Family tree is notorious for not making any sense whatsoever. This extends into this fanfic, where Yoshihara Kira is found out to be a member of this very strange family, being considered a cousin to Josefumi Kujo, because his grandfather decided to have several bastard children out of wedlock, one of them being Yoshihara's father, Yoshimura Kira, later to be revealed to be a Sugimoto at birth.
• Tournament Arc: In Vol 4 - 4: The Sports Festival - Part 1 The U.A. Sports Festival is held every year with a variety of events, the final of which is a tournament-style event where the remaining 16 contenders have to fight one-on-one style fights.
  Qualifier rounds: Tatami Utsagi vs Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki vs Sero Hanta, Eijiro Kirishima vs Rikido Sato, Tenya Ida vs Mei Hatsume, Yoshihara Kira vs Mina Ashido, Tokoyami Fumikage vs Momo Yaoyorozu, Itsuke Kendo vs Tsuyu Asui, and Neito Monoma vs Mashirao Ojirou.
  Quarter-Finals: Izuku Midoriya vs Shoto Todoroki, Rikido Sato vs Tenya Ida, Yoshihara Kira vs Tokoyami Fumikage, and Itsuka Kendo vs Neito Monoma.
  Semi-Finals: Izuku Midoriya vs Rikido Sato, Yoshihara Kira vs Neito Monoma.
  Finals: Izuku Midoriya vs Yoshihara Kira.
  Winners of the Festival: Izuku Midoriya (1st Place), Yoshihara Kira (2nd Place), Neito Monoma (3rd Place)
• Torso with a View: During Volume 3 - 8: C'est La Vie, Heart Attack - Part 2 Yoshikawa Kira, Yoshihara's mother, is defeated when Killer Queen punches a hole through her Stand's chest, which replicates the same wound on Yoshikawa, ending in her death not too long after.
• Turn Coat: Though unwillingly at first after being Kidnapped by Takiyuma Yangu, Kyoka Jirou officially defects to The League Of Villains in Vol 9 - 2: Final Exams - Part 6 after Tomura Shigaraki gives her an empowering speech about their cause. She buys into it hook, line, and sinker.
• Unknowingly in Love: Due to her inexperience with love, Yoshihara doesn't realize she has feelings for Izuku Midoriya and is only made aware of it when Mina Ashido suggests she might have a crush on him. Even then, she is still in denial due to the fact that she doesn't understand anything about love, as it is a foreign concept to her.
• We Can Rule Together: In a bid to convince Kyoka Jirou to join The League Of Villains after she was kidnapped by Takiyuma Yangu, Tomura Shigaraki gives Kyoka a Hannibal Lecture style speech to convince her to join. And he succeeds in doing so.
  Tomura: I've been thinking. I want to expand the League. To make it bigger and stronger. I'll admit, I'm influenced by Blackwell. Sensei seems to think that I'm stupid, and a pathetic man-child. But I'm not a level 1 noob, nor am I some stupid whiner that bitches and moans whenever I don't get my way. Not anymore, at least. The Hosu City incident has taught me something. That it doesn't matter how much destruction you cause. It's the motivation and reasoning behind that destruction you cause. I can say that I want to destroy all the things I hate. But what will that do? I hate a lot of things, and with my Quirk, I can destroy a lot of things. I can kill whoever I want to kill. I can destroy anything I want to destroy. But what is my motivation? Other than destroying stuff?
  Tomura: Then I saw what the rat bastard vampire did to you. The League Of Villains is a place for anyone who had society spit on them. Who have been hurt by the world, and want to stab that world over and over again. When I saw what that vampire did to you. When I saw you writhing and crying on the floor, it reminded me of what my father would do to me. As far as I am concerned, you're a member of The League. Perhaps not in name, but in spirit. It reminded me of hearing about what Toga went through. What Twice had to go through. What I can only assume Dabi to have happened to him. Even Stain, who is in the same position as you. Everyone has been beaten down by the system in some way shape or form. Every single member of The League Of Villains is someone who has known nothing but suffering, all thanks to the hypocritical system that we live in.
  Tomura: Thus, I know what my motivation is. What I want The League Of Villains to be about. Our goal is to do unto the world what they did to us. Hurt us. Stabbed us. Mocked us. Discriminated against us. To show those who think they're the good guys that they aren't and that all they are and will ever be are privileged little shits. This is no longer about All Might, or whatever the fuck else I was about earlier. I've levelled up. I'm not just a Barbarian Class anymore. I'm a Warrior Class. And the first step is to put U.A. in its place. Attack the system where it makes the most of those brainwashed fools. Those who have lived a privileged life, all of those in Class 1 - A and Class 1 - B, will know our pain.
  Tomura: So, Kyoka Jirou, I'll ask you this once, and only once. Do you want to be a part of The League Of Villains? After this mission is over, we'll ask Blackwell to let you swap parties. Besides, you already have one foot in the pool, so why not jump in fully?
• The Worf Effect: In Vol 4 - 7: The Sports Festival - Part 4 Tatami Utsagi is built up to be a very powerful Stand User, easily taking out both Bakugo Katsuki and Josefumi Kujo in one go, and doing so with pathetic ease due to her Stand Leading The Pack's ability to split upon taking damage. In ''Vol 5 - 1: The Sports Festival - part 6, she tells Izuku Midoriya that she'll win, and in a spectacular showing of The Worf Effect she gets bodied by Midoriya in less than a second of the fight beginning.
  • Another instance of this happens in Vol 9 - 3: Training Camp Of Hell when Toshinori Yagi ends up fighting his Father Kasumoto Yagi, and his Stand Arrested Youth. The fight goes about just as much as expected. Kasumoto gets a few hits in, though they don't do anything to the man and ultimately gets one-tapped by Toshinori in his buff form, showing that it doesn't matter if you're a Stand User, All Might will still kick your ass.
• Would Hurt a Child: Taisuke Yagi, leader of Damnatio Ad Bestias, formally known as The Yagi Clan, has gone to great lengths with Overhaul to create The Stand Bullets, which are made out of the human tissue of Eri, a 6-year-old girl.
• Yakuza: Currently, the main villains of this story is a group of villains known as Damnatio Ad Bestias, led by an elusive man who, in Vol 4 - 3: Party Like It's 1999 was revealed that he was a pro-hero by the name of Blackwell. His real name is Taisuke Yagi.
