The angry trudges though mud, searching a clear path. The answer's not out there, it reflects from within.

Sinners who belong to the ANGER Libram.

  • Tranquil Fury: In spite of what first impressions may suggest, ANGER Libram Sinners aren't overtly angry, with most of them having levelheaded, normal banter with The Chief, unlike the VIOLENCE Libram's outright Ax-Crazy attitudes. Don't be fooled however, because they're classified as ANGER for a reason, which means a crime driven by anger led to their incarceration - or even that they are a Misanthrope Supreme with a doctrine against the entirety of DisCity.

MBCC File ID: MBCC-S-189
Sinner Ability: Justice Obsession
Tendency: Fury
Skills: Righteous Obliteration, Truth Revealed, Enemy of Evil, Righteous Triumph
Affiliation: FAC
Birthplace: Eastside
Birthday: September 15
Height: 162cm

An intern at the Eastside Public Security Bureau, A burgeoning detective with an inquisitive mind.
  • Badass Adorable: Cute, chipper, clusmy, and perfectly capable of bashing Corruptors to bits with her cane.
  • Black-and-White Morality: In her eyes, those who are on the side of the law are good, especially if your name is Shalom, and those who break it are bad. This way of thinking is questioned and mocked by Coquelic, the members of the Garden, and even Shalom herself, during the Flora Unfurl event. She gains a fuller perspective in the end, but never really gives up on the pursuit of goodness and justice either.
  • Break the Cutie: The Flora Unfurl event is not kind to her in the slightest. First, her adoptive parents die before the event proper can even begin. Then she spends the duration of it being mocked, kidnapped, almost murdered, having her entire worldview turned upside-down, and being abandoned by the person she idolized the most.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Deconstructed. While Christina is very intelligent, and possessed of natural detective skills, she is prone to resorting to violence, gets caught up in her obsession with justice, and doesn't have much actual experience to her name. Her profile even mentions that her application for internship was turned down four times before her uncle, an FAC official, stepped in.
  • Cane Fu: Her weapon of choice is a custom-made, sturdy cane that she wields like a club.
  • Conveniently an Orphan: Twice over. First, her birth father, an FAC soldier, was killed in the NF 103 incident (the same one Rahu survived), with her mother passing away shortly after. Then, she was adopted by friends of her parents who also worked for the FAC, who died in the BR-002 mission only a short while before the event starts. Ironically, this second mission was overseen by the person she holds in greater regard than anyone else, Shalom.
  • Don't Leave Me: It is mentioned in her profile that Christina suffers if she believes she is of no use to people. It is part of the reason why she's so eager to keep Shalom's approval.
  • For Great Justice: Enforced: Her sinner ability gives her a power-up in proportion to how much she believes she is enforcing justice.
  • Sherlock Homage: The developers explicitly sited the detective as inspiration for her, both in her role and in her outfit. Though, she was also made to be more relatable to the player than most types, being more inexperienced and in the dark about some of the going-ons behind the scenes in Dis-City.
  • Silly Rabbit, Cynicism Is for Losers!: Coquelic is proven right that the situation is more complicated than Christina thought, and Christina is seemingly betrayed by the one person she trusts and is forced to question the justice she believes in. However, after regaining her resolve, Christina continues to pursue truth and justice, and in the end is the only one who figures out Shalom's plan to control the Garden and successful stops it, while Coquelic's rage ironically blinds her to Shalom's manipulations, which would have allowed her to play into Shalom's hand if not for Christina's intervention. Christina in the end declares that vengeance will never heal her and successfully save Coquelic by reminding her that her love for the Garden is more important than her needs for vengeance.
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behaviour: As a young girl, she was so obsessed with getting to the truth of the mines incident in NF 104 that she hid outside Nirvana with a knife in order to get someone to confess. She wound up stabbing a Paradeisos envoy, who turned out to be Shalom.

  • Bittersweet Ending: His interrogation ends with Demon being acquitted from the false charge against himself, exposing those who betrayed him and granting him some measure of peace by the end. However, his behavior demonstrates little care for his own wellbeing and he may never find salvation in the end after losing his adoptive family.
  • Death Glare: Maintains a near constant death glare in the first phase of his interrogation.
  • Gentle Giant: Somewhat. He is highly suspicious of the Chief at first and is very hostile in the first two phases of his interrogation. After they earn their trust however, he tends to be very well-behaved and mild-mannered generally. When his shield is accidentally taken by another Sinner, he worries about inconveniencing THEM.
  • Hunk: The tallest Sinner (191 cm) in the game by a fair margin as second tallest Sinner named Donald (188 cm) and pretty easy on the eyes to boot.
  • Long-Haired Pretty Boy: Has long dark hair and is very attractive.
  • Made of Iron: Arguably embodies this trope the most in a class designed to embody this trope.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: He is very uncooperative and violent in the initial phases of his Interrogation. However, by the end, and in most of his dialogue, he is generally well-mannered if a little closed off and is protective of others.
  • Unstoppable Rage: Goes on a years long one after his adoptive father was murdered and his sister kidnapped. So unstoppable in fact that even after being pumped full of sedatives, he breaks free of his restraints after the Chief touches his button one too many times.

The head doctor and boss of SALVA Hospital.
  • Deadly Doctor: She won't hesitate to fight to defend SALVA hospital. Her metal arm isn't just to help patients after all.
  • The Cobbler's Children Have No Shoes: Her file at 10% Compliance reveals while she's willing to give health advice to other patients, she lives an unhealthy lifestyle by staying up late to fill out paperwork and binge on junk food.
  • Hobbes Was Right: A firm supporter of this—at multiple supervision events, she criticizes The Chief and the MBCC's efforts in reforming the Sinners in check through understanding and concessions to them, and advocates them to take a harsh hand against them, believing there's little point in taking a soft instance against criminals... even though she's an inmate herself.
  • Mad Doctor: Subverted as while she does have Mania, she is unexpectedly very rational for someone who is a Sinner which contradicts her surface symptoms. She doesn't force frontal lobe lobotomization on people, she gives them a choice: death or life.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: There is no doubt that Iron is a good-intentioned medical director who wants to do anything and everything to cure Mania. The problem, however, is how she is willing to perform various forbidden surgeries that distort people's minds. This is ironic considering how Iron herself states how she hates Mania for distorting human hearts, but her obsession has let Mania warp her good-intentioned desire to cure Mania.

A Robot Maid suffering from amnesia, with no recollection of her family and/or childhood beyond a vague training as a fighter. While working as a waiter in family restaurant the place was trashed by gang members sent to "retrieve" her, leading to her retaliating in what came to be know as the "Family Restaurant Murder Case".
  • A Day in the Limelight: She is prominent during the Night of Wonders event as she teams up with Hecate as one of three search teams to find the missing Chief in the museum. Labyrinth's past is also briefly revealed as she used to serve a female master named Mary, but she failed to protect her master.
  • Goggles Do Nothing: She wears glasses even though she's a robot and probably doesn't need corrective lens - it does have a purpose in enhancing her "cute maid" look she's going for however.
  • I Am the Noun: She refers to herself as a "tool" who serves her master. After Hecate reassures Labyrinth that she can still save her current master during the Night of Wonders event as Labyrinth was relieving her fear of losing her current master just as she lost her past master named Mary, Labrinth acknowledges Hecate as an equal as she says "It is the connection between excellent tools".
  • Let Us Never Speak of This Again: Labyrinth makes Hecate promises not to tell any Sinners and Master about her Heroic B So D moment regarding how Labyrinth did not act befitting her status as a tool who loyally serves her master without flaws because she always wants to be viewed by other Sinners and master as an excellent tool who never makes a fool of herself. Hecate agrees.
  • My Greatest Failure: Labyrinth has vague memories of her old Master who she needed to protect - a girl called Mary, which, while not never explicitly stated what happened in there, are traumatizing enough that any attempt to go past her amnesia to remember it ends in failure.
  • "Not So Different" Remark: This is what Hecate discovered while she and Labyrinth travel together in order to find the missing Chief/Master as one of three search teams during the Night of Wonders event. On one hand, Hecate and Labyrinth are indeed different because the former is a human while the latter is a robot. This means that while Hecate is still prone to human errors despite being the one of most mature Sinners, Labyrinth is not prone to human errors. This is best shown when Hecate has trouble navigating inside the museum because she is emotionally affected while Labyrinth does not get lost thanks to her computing. On other hand, however, both Hecate and Labyrinth are similar in their devotions to Chief/Master. In fact, they later seem to form a bond due to commonality.
  • Robot Maid: Yep. Though as detailed below, she can do quite far more than just domestic functions, and has been noted to be equiped for locating targets, fighting, accounting and etc, even if she's more comfortable with just doing maid services.
  • Servile Snarker: Being submissive both to The Chief and other Sinners doesn't stop her from making mocking comments towards what she considers to be poor choices, such as provoking Hecate for not knowing that the Chief has gone to the museum to have a break or her increasingly stressed behavior while trying to navigate the museum in the Witching Hour event.
  • Super-Powered Robot Meter Maids: She's de jure just an AI designed for maid work, but given her ability to decapitate an entire gang with a kitchen knife and has exceptional fighting abilities without even accounting for her Sinner powers, she can de facto perform work one would leave to a Robot Soldier instead.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: Is recruited in an early chapter but fails to make any appearances past that in the main story.
  • The Bus Came Back: Returns in the Night of Wonders event as one of the Sinners assigned to rescue the Chief from the Witching Hour as a duo with Hecate.

Danger Rating: S
MBCC File ID: MBCC-S-048
Sinner Ability: Bloodthirsty Guardian
Tendency: Endura
Skills: Dark Night/Rain Burst, Eclipse Shadow, Payback, Retaliation
Affiliation: FAC, Shalom
Birthplace: Syndicate
Birthday: December 28
Height: 181 cm
Voiced by: Tang Yajing (CN), Yui Ishikawa (JP)

An FAC soldier searching for answers regarding the mission that wiped out her squad.
  • A Day in the Limelight: The Rain Burst event takes place from her perspective, as the Chief is currently in a coma following the events of chapters 11-12.
  • All for Nothing: The Rain Burst event and probably her entire quest for revenge. Given that Shalom's predecessor is the one who issued the order that led to the death of Rahu's squad, it is likely that the actual target she had been looking for is dead all along, and as reward for all her effort, Rahu is shackled and controlled by Shalom to use for Paradeisos instead. Or so it seems, as following Shalom does eventually put her in a position where she can gather information and allies from Paradeisos and potentially contribute to fighting against the organization that sacrificed her squad.
  • Amazonian Beauty: It is hard to see right away that Rahu is muscular at first glance considering how Rahu doesn't show much skin compared to Zoya, but she is able to wield a pair of giant blades that protrude from her shields easily. Rahu is also the second tallest female Sinner in the game (Zoya: 183 cm and Rahu: 181 cm). For overall height for both gender, however, Rahu is 6th tallest overall as Demon is 191 cm, Donald is 188 cm, Levy is 185 cm, and Mr. Fox is 182 cm tall at the time of writing.
  • Ambiguously Gay: Her feelings towards her former commanding officer are portrayed as more intense than simple commander/subordiante bonds, as are her feelings towards Shalom which the latter uses to manipulate her. The song that accompanies their scenes together is part of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, which was famously dedicated to a love of his.
  • Animal Motifs: Dogs. Both Garofano and Shalom compare her to a stray hound because of her capacity for loyalty and ability to follow orders, while simultaneously lashing out and trying to accomplish things on her own without any clear plan. Her half-mask can also be viewed as a muzzle.
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: Rahu's goal is to confront the members of Paradeisos in order to figure out the truth regarding that fateful mission. By the end of the Rain Burst event, she is one step closer to doing so... as a brainwashed and subservient "tool" of Shalom.
  • Berserk Button: Anything to do with Paradeisos.
  • BFS: Rahu's power manifests as a pair of giant blades that protrude from her shields. It is noted that these are not a part of the shields' construction, but rather Mania warping them in response to Rahu's needs.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Her original FAC squad was sent on a mission into the Dis-Sea, which quickly went south. Despite repeated calls for support and requests to retreat, they were told by their liaison to stand their ground, leading to all of them but Rahu to perish, with Rahu only surviving because her commanding officer sacrificed herself to save her. She's been searching for the liaison ever since, with only their callsign as a lead.
  • Deal with the Devil: Faced with one at the end of the Rain Burst event. After sustaining fatal wounds protecting Shalom from an attack, she is given a choice: die there, and have all of her struggles amount to nothing, or allow Shalom to use her power on her, healing her wounds but making her subservient to the Sinner. She chooses the latter.
  • Death Glare: Her default expression.
  • Everyone Has Standards: She finds Garofano's methods to obtain information to be deplorable as she killed innocent people for her own goals and released Corruptors on people. While Rahu may be ruthless and impatient, she won't kill a person as long as they are not a part in her revenge.
  • Foil: Despite how Sinner Demon and Rahu are associated with FAC, are in Endura class tendency, and even in the same ANGER Libram, they differ quite a bit.
    • While Demon's ultimate grants himself and his allies shields that keep the team alive, Rahu's ultimate is a Stance System where one of two stances called Guardian Blade ramps up her attack, attack speed, and increases her range, at the cost of lowered defense and losing a percentage of her max HP every second.
    • While Demon's rank was the captain when he was still in FAC's Special Task Force's captain, Rahu's rank was below the captain as a subordinate in FAC's elite division when it still existed.
    • Both of them were betrayed by higher authorities leading to the deaths of their loved ones. While Demon's quest is largely successful, though it leaves him no happier in the end, Rahu's quest leaves her brainwashed and controlled by the very sort of people who sacrificed her squad and fails to take revenge on the one responsible (who is in all likelihood already dead for years now), at least in the short-term.
  • Luckily, My Shield Will Protect Me: Rahu normally uses two FAC-issued shields, one on each arm, which she uses to great effect both in-story and as a playable unit.
  • No Social Skills: Rahu doesn't really know much aside from being a loyal soldier and her desire for revenge, leading her to be blunt and robotic in how she interacts with people. A few of her lines and surveillance events lampshade this, with her expressing confusion at things like the Chief just wanting to have a conversation or spend time with her.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Not her, but the main target of her revenge, who she only knows by their callsign. Shalom eventually reveals the callsign does belong to her, but that she took it over from the previous user, who was the one who oversaw the suicide mission.
  • Restraining Bolt: Her demon-like half-mask serves this purpose, dampening her Berserker Rage enough that she doesn't completely lose her grip on reality.
  • Revenge Before Reason: Though she admittedly wasn't in the best state of mind following the loss of her Squad, she still wound up seeking out black-market Mania crystals in order to become a Sinner, just to get a better chance at accomplishing her goal.
  • Shut Up, Hannibal!: Delivers one, both verbally and with her shields, to Garofano after the latter tries pulling the Commonality Connection card.
  • Stance System: Her gimmick as a playable unit: her ultimate switches between her shields and blades, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. While using her shields stance which is called Armguard, she functions as a normal Endura, being able to block multiple enemies, but with a lower attack, while also regaining a percentage of her health with every attack. While using her blades stance which is called Guardian Blade, she loses the multi-block, but ramps up her attack, attack speed, and increases her range, at the cost of lowered defense and losing a percentage of her max HP every second.
  • Sole Survivor: Of her original squad, coupled with a hefty dose of Survivor's Guilt.
  • Suicide Mission: Her squad was sent on one by an agent of Paradeisos, with the "who" and "why" being driving questions of her investigation. By the end of the Rain Burst event, she hasn't found an answer to either one, and has lost her free will in the process.
  • Taking the Bullet: Rahu winds up shielding Shalom from an attack by Coquelic, the mentor of the Garden. In doing so, she winds up also being hit with Shalom's counter-attack, leaving her with fatal wounds. Shalom offers to heal her at a price, an offer which she agrees to.
  • Undying Loyalty: Her loyalty to her former captain is the only thing keeping her from being fully overrun by Mania and turning into a Corrupter. It eventually extends to both the Chief and Shalom, the latter of whom doesn't hesitate to use it to manipulate her as a "tool" for her own purposes.
  • Unstoppable Rage: Fittingly enough for someone in the ANGER libram, Mania Contamination has caused Rahu to become susceptible to uncontrollable fits of rage. In fact, the first thing she says to the security detail present at Shalom's mansion is to steer clear during battle if they don't want to be hit by friendly fire. However, she does retain some semblance of reason as she was able to tell Shalom was lying when the latter purposefully pushed her Berserk Button, stopping herself from attacking.

  • A Day in the Limelight: Receives focus on her childhood and backstory during the Dreamy Bubble limited-time event.
  • The Gunslinger: Roulecca looks and acts like The Gunslinger with her revolver.
  • Lotus-Eater Machine: Her character introduction in the main story starts with being one of the victims of the Sleepwalking incident where they are trapped in a sweet dream while they vomit out black goo made from bad memories in real life. In her sweet dream, she is just a little girl who is playing with the rest of the Four-Leaf Clovers family at the beach despite how everyone else besides her is dead in real life.
  • Mafia Princess: Roulecca is the daughter of the Four-Leaf Clovers criminal family. Her position as a Mafia Princess does not exist anymore since the Clovers, except her, were all killed by gangsters.
  • Revolvers Are Just Better: Given how Roulecca's lucky power makes everything she does better, her revolver is luckily better.
  • Spoiled Sweet: As revealed in Dreamy Bubble, Roulecca has been Spoiled Sweet by her family members. In fact, so-called Roulecca's "good luck" happens because her family members secretly helped her win without her noticing anything wrong.
  • Tragic Keepsake: Roulecca's revolver was the last gift that she received from her father before her entire family was killed by gangsters.
  • Unluckily Lucky: Despite how her power as a Sinner allows her luck to solve everything, this is how she views her luck. This is because she thinks that her "luck" in surviving the Four-Leaf Clovers family massacre is not worth it. In fact, one of the things that she vomited out as a black goo during the Dreamy Bubble event was her luck.
