https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/adszmf6_9490.png
Species: Human(s)

Their group consisted of: Acid Breath, a guy with the ability to spit acid from his mouth; Frightwig, a girl with Combat Tentacles as her hair; and Thumbskull, their Dumb Muscle.
  • Hidden in Plain Sight: How were they able to avoid the heroes tracking them to the circus? By dressing up as and wearing clown masks and doing their crimes right next to the circus, making it seem like some random thugs were blaming the circus. It was only because of Izuku catching them in the act and recognizing their Quirks that they were caught at all.
  • Quirky Miniboss Squad: the three of them are little more than Elite Mooks for Zombozo and have no other characterization.

  • Evil Uncle: To Charmcaster. Not that she is much better...

  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: He has black markings on his face, his powers give off a black and red glow, and he wears a black and red cape.
  • Weather Manipulation: His Quirk in a nutshell, though he needs his staff to make sure he doesn't get hit by his own attacks.

  • Big "WHAT?!": He is in total shock when SixSix is immune to his Quirk.
  • Black-and-White Insanity: This is him when it comes to heroes. Either you're a true Hero like All Might or you're a fake that deserves to die.
  • Logical Weakness: His Quirk only works on human blood types, and is useless against aliens like SixSix.

  • Big Brother Mentor: Baron Highway is this to Turbine.
  • Expy: Baron Highway's powers are similar to the Juggernaut.
  • Freudian Excuse: The reason the Road Crew are living a life of crime is because after Baron accidentally got his boss killed, no one wanted to hire him anymore. While that's tragic, them trying to steal U.A.'s secrets to make weapons and sell them to the highest bidder hardly justifies.
  • Hate Plague: Road Rage's Quirk allows him to make people extremely angry when he swears at them, causing them to not focus properly when in a fight, which is what he did to Four Arms.
  • Rocket-Powered Weapon: Baron Highway's main weapon is a rocket hammer.

  • Adaptational Backstory Change: Instead of being a thousand-year-old ghost who creates chaos and destruction with his weather control powers he's a wannabe rock star who was rejected from several studios due to his terrible voice.
  • Canon Immigrant: Was taken from Danny Phantom.
  • Composite Character: Has elements of S.A.M from the original Ben 10 and Vortex from Danny Phantom.
  • Dreadful Musician: He wants to be a famous rock star but he's a terrible singer.
  • Fun with Acronyms: S.A.M stands for Storm Accumulating Monster.
  • Maker of Monsters: Under the effects of the Quirk enhancing drug Trigger, S.A.M is able to shape rain and storm clouds into terrifying monsters.

Kolar

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kolar.jpg
Species: Tetramand
A Tetramand who was imprisoned in the Null Void by Nezu for committing murder. While he was there, he created a machine that would remotely lock on to and activate a Null Void Projector, creating a portal that would allow him to escape. Unfortunately, he activated the projector on the Mt. Fuji Plumber Base that the Midoriya's were visiting at the time.
  • Adaptational Explanation: It's never stated what crime Kolar did that warranted his punishment to be sent to the Null Void. Here, his crime was other than illegal weapons shipping, it's murder.
  • Genius Bruiser: He's somehow able to find a way out of the Null Void and hack into the Plumbers' Mt. Fuji base security system.
  • Playing the Victim Card: Kolar paints Nezu as a sadistic monster for sending him into the Null Void. Then Hisashi reveals that Nezu sent him there after the Tetramand murdered an untold number of people.
  • Uncertain Doom: The last time Kolar is seen is when the giant worm smashed through him. Izuku wonders if Kolar's alright but Henzu, not caring at all, just shrugs off that he might have.

A human crook with a rather personable attitude. He is a former member of the Tracksuit Mafia, who decided to form his own gang after his former boss, Tombstone, was arrested after being defeated by Henzu and Izuku.
  • Adaptational Backstory Change: In this fic, he started out as a member of the Tracksuit Mafia.
  • Affably Evil: He's remarkably friendly for a crook, as he genuinely likes his gang instead of treating them like minions, and encourages healthy exercise and diets.
  • Boisterous Bruiser: Loves to boast in battle.
  • The Brute: Acts as this to his employers, often someone to throw at an opponent to beat them up. Though he’s a bit smarter than most.
  • Catchphrase: "Bro".
  • Composite Character: Between Fistrick from Ben 10 canon and the tracksuit mafia from Hawkeye.
  • The Dragon: He was this to Tombstone before it got disbanded.

A villain who was hired by David to stage a villain attack on I-Island so he can regain his Quirk Amplifying Device. He's the main antagonist of the I-Island arc alongside Malware and unknown to David is a true villain in disguise.
  • Affably Evil: Despite being a dangerous and sadistic mercenary who is only in it for the money, Wolfram is quite friendly with his clients as he doesn't bat an eye at Malware's true nature as an alien and tells the mutated Mechamorph that if he ever needs help in ruling the world or anything, he can always give a quick call.
  • Brought Down to Normal: According to Cinder, due to the overuse of the Quirk Amplification Device that was enhanced by Malware, Wolfram's Metal Manipulation Quirk shattered in of itself and the Muscle Augmentation strained his body to the point were he can't even stand and his vocal chords were damaged.
  • Extra-ore-dinary: His Quirk allows him to manipulate all manner of metals with a touch. This gets amplified with the Quirk Amplifying Device and even further once Malware merges with it to further enhance his power and absorb almost all the technology on I-Island. This comes at a great cost, however, as once Wolfram's been defeated, it's revealed that the Quirk Amplification Device pushed his Quirk so hard that it literally shattered in on itself, so he's basically been rendered Quirkless for the most part.
  • Fusion Dance: He performs one with Malware when the alien merges with the Quirk Amplification Device to further enhance its effects.
  • Sadist: He enjoys the pain he inflicts on the heroes.
  • Secret Secret-Keeper: He's apparently aware of the existence of aliens as he knew of Malware's true nature.
