    Vilgax

Vilgax the Conquerer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/image_9023.png
Species: Chimera Sui Generis
Quirk(s): Omega Beams, Turbulent Exhale, Bio-Fist, Seagle Shield, Inflame, Infernal Sword
The most dangerous and feared being in the universe, Vilgax is a sadistic, violent, and ambitious alien Evil Overlord, who has conquered several planets, including his home planet Murray (which he renamed Vilgaxia), destroyed five others, and created a black hole. He is obsessed with getting the Omnitrix so he can use it to conquer the galaxy.
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: Instead of gaining his powers by stealing them from the champions of ten worlds he conquered, he gets them by absorbing the Quirks from a trio of Nomus with a device called the Charlotte Project.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Hisashi Midoriya AKA Cinder.
  • Barrier Warrior: His fourth Quirk, Seagle Shield, is a transparent, golden shield of light that blocks all attacks.
  • Big Bad: To the extraterrestrial side of the story.
  • Big Bad Duumvirate: He forms one with All For One and the League of Villains in Chapter 52.
  • Combat Tentacles: He can covert his arms into tentacles to tear people apart.
  • Composite Character: This Vilgax has his appearance from the classic series and also has the ability to stretch his tentacles like in the reboot. He later developed powers that are similar to his UAF incarnation.
  • Crossover Villain-in-Chief: The biggest threat in the story as a galaxy wide warlord feared by all who know of him. He is also the one to reach out to the League of Villians for an alliance. To compare All for One only has eyes on Japan.
  • The Dreaded: His threat is really THAT dire that many planets surrender to him immediately rather than suffer his wrath. The calm and collected Nezu even sweats in terror when he learns that he's within his solar system. So much so that most beings in the universe refuse to work for him, forcing him to rely on robots, the only exceptions being bounty hunters and Psyphon.
  • Evil Counterpart: Vilgax has conquered nine star systems, which parallels Deku's playlists of nine aliens, he later doubles down on this by using the Charlotte Project to absorb nine Quirks from three Nomus. This is a reference to both Izuku being the ninth wielder of One For All in canon and a reference to UAF, where Vilgax had conquered ten planets and absorbed the powers of the heroes of said planets to parallel Ben's ten aliens.
  • Evil Cripple: The wounds sustained in chapter one prevents him from acting. As of chapter 51, this no longer applies.
  • Eye Beams: His first Quirk, Omega Beams, gives him the power to shoot devastating, omni-directional, ruby rays of doom. This is an obvious reference to Darkseid.
  • Evil Overlord: The main constant with Vilgax.
  • Growing Muscles Sequence: His fifth Quirk, Inflame, causes Vilgax's muscle cells to burn and expand his strength tenfold.
  • It's Personal: It's implied that going after Izuku is more than just to obtain the Omnitrix but to spite Hisashi Midoriya who is Izuku's father.
  • The Juggernaut: Vilgax after getting his cybernetics from the Classic series which made him an unstoppable force of nature. To further prove that, Vilgax and All For One has an off-screen battle and All For One didn't seem to lay a single dent onto the alien warlord. note
  • Loophole Abuse: While he can unleash his troops on earth, it will make him come to conflict with the Plumbers. By forming an alliance with the League of Villains, he can use them to seek the Omnitrix since the Plumbers jurisdiction is only meant to handle extraterrestrial matters rather than criminal activity on earth.
  • The Man Behind the Man: Vilgax's responsible for the space-based villains coming to Earth.
  • Orcus on His Throne: Even after he is healed, Vilgax still stays on his Flagship and waits.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: As much as he wants the Omnitrix, he knows that going headlong into a planet populated with super-powered earthlings is a fool's errand. So he has to bid his time and watches the growing conflict between heroes and villains unfold and find the right opportunity to strike.
  • Power Fist: His third Quirk, Bio-Fist, allows Vilgax to transform his arm into a powerful gauntlet, which can only be formed from biological materials, like bones, coral, teeth, bark, shells, horns, feathers, fur, etc.
  • The Rival: Despite working together, All For One sees Vilgax as the first person to rival him in terms of knowledge and cunning, and finds that exciting.
  • Spontaneous Weapon Creation: His sixth Quirk, Infernal Sword, let's Vilgax summon a black inky substance from his body that forms into a devastating blade.
  • The Strategist: He correctly predicted that the Magistrate would not aid Nezu in his rescue efforts of Izuku and All Might, which would result in Nezu and Hisashi taking matters into their own hands/paws.
  • Super-Breath: His second Quirk, Turbulent Exhale, is this.
  • Villain Respect: Despite his hate for Cinder, Vilgax doesn't have a doubt that the Plumber/Hero will foil Ragnorak's attempt to absorb the Earth's Sun. He also has great respect for All Might's power, spirit and status.

    Rojo

Akai Kitou

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rojo_9.png
Species: Human
Quirk: Attachment
A petty criminal who committed several thefts, she stole the remains of one of Vilgax's drones that were destroyed by Izuku. She investigated the drone's remains, causing them to fuse with her through her Quirk, turning her into a cyborg. Though she initially attempted to use her newfound powers for crime, she was contacted by Vilgax who forced her to chase Izuku for him.
  • Adaptational Name Change: She gets an actual name, in the story.
  • Arm Cannon: She has this.
  • Brought Down to Normal: Downplayed. By Uraraka and Grey Matter.
  • The Bus Came Back: Returns from her arrest from before U.A. starts during the road trip arc.
  • Cyborg: She fused with one of Vilgax's drones while attempting to use the machine for her own benefit.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Started as a random petty thief. Fuse her to one of Vilgax's Mecha-Mooks, and you get a dangerous powerful cyborg.
  • Ms. Fanservice: She wears a very form-fitting bodysuit that highlights her toned athletic figure.
  • Powered Armor: She creates this by using her Quirk to fuse alien technology from the Rustbucket to her body to make up for loosing her upgrades.
  • Secret Secret-Keeper: She knows about the Omnitrix's true nature and the existence of aliens.
  • Technopath: Her Quirk allows her to interface and understand machines by attaching them to her body.
  • Token Human: To Vilgax's faction, until Henzu joined after the warlord made a deal with All For One. note
  • Villain Has a Point: She brings up a good point about how most pro heroes won't save Uraraka because if they fail it'll be "bad press, with bad press comes a loss in popularity, which equals a real loss of money."

    Psyphon

Psyphon

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/psyphon_4.png
Species: Unknown
Psyphon is Vilgax's servant and right-hand man. He is and will always be extremely loyal to Vilgax, following his will completely. When he arrives on Earth, Vilgax assigns him with seeking out the League of Villains.
  • The Dragon: He is Vilgax's right-hand man and is trusted to carry out his most important orders.
  • Eviler than Thou: Psyphon proves this by utterly curb-stomping the League of Villains.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Is mentioned in chapter 1 over 30 chapters before his actual appearance
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: He naturally possesses red eyes.
  • Undying Loyalty: He is incredibly loyal to Vilgax. Considering Vilgax is not above threatening him occasionally, this truly is loyalty.

SixSix: Eeslf keil moes rraacchte eeemndvlopt tjus ccurorde. (Translation: Feels like some character development just occurred.)
  • Combat Pragmatist: Upon finding Izuku SixSix's first move was to prevent Izuku from using the Omnitrix by encasing it in a metallic sphere to make his job easier.
  • The Dividual: He's not very different from SevenSeven in terms of personality or appearance.
  • Expy: He's already a canon one to Boba Fett but between the occasional swear, the silly wit, and the fourth wall breaks he's given here, he's also become one to Deadpool.
  • Family Theme Naming: Both he and his brother are named after numbers.
  • Hero Killer: He's mentioned to have killed several Plumbers before.

SevenSeven

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sevenseven_7.png
Species: Sotoraggian

  • Bounty Hunter: He's hired by Vilgax to get the Omnitrix.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Like his brother he does this often, his backwards language hiding it.

  • The Dividual: He's not very different from SixSix in terms of personality or appearance.
  • Expy: He's already a canon one to Boba Fett but between the occasional swear, the silly wit, and the fourth wall breaks he's given here, he's also become one to Deadpool.
  • Family Theme Naming: Both he and his brother are named after numbers.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: He has various small arms that can show up through various openings of his armor.
  • Nightmare Face: Downplayed. He has this but not to SixSix's extent though it did give Rojo quite the scare.
  • Only in It for the Money: He doesn't care about the morality of his employers or what he's told to do, as long as he gets paid.
  • The Unintelligible: His language is gibberish to humans.
  • You Remind Me of X: Iida mistakes him for Six Six during the Forest Arc.

    Henzu Uuichi

Henzu Uuichi — Nue

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/henzu_11_5.png
Click here to see his human form pre-mutation.
Species: Human (formerly), 1/12 Human, 1/12 Conductoid, 1/12 Kineceleran, 1/12 Galvan, 1/12 Tetramand, 1/12 Splixson, 1/12 Piscciss Volann, 1/12 Geochelone Aerio, 1/12 Orishan, 1/12 Biosovortian, 1/12 Nosedeenian, 1/12 Petrosapien (currently)
Quirk: Osmosis
Izuku's former best friend. He was a delinquent who didn't like heroes but stuck with Izuku until he felt betrayed by Izuku "gaining a Quirk". After which he grew to utterly hate his former friend, joining the League of Villains because he thought it'll be fun.
  • Adaptational Name Change: Word of God has stated that this is Kevin, just having been born in Japan and given a Japanese name meaning that this would apply.
  • Adaptational Nationality: As he is Kevin per Word of God. This applies due to him being born in Japan.
  • Adaptation Species Change: Rather than being an Osomosian like his canon counterpart Kevin, Henzu's a human with a quirk.
  • Adaptational Superpower Change: His mutated form has different aliens compared to his original series counterpart, Kevin 11. Justified as Izuku has a different lineup of aliens compared to Ben's. To wit:
    • Kevin 11 was a fusion between a Pyronite, Vulpimancer, Petrosapien, Kineceleran, Galvan, Tetramand, Lepidopterran, Piscciss Volann, Galvanic Mechamorph, and Ectonurite.
    • Henzu's mutated form is a fusion between a Conductoid, Kineceleran, Galvan, Tetramand, Splixson, Piscciss Volann, Geochelone Aerio, Orishan, Biosovortian, Nosedeenian, and Petrosapien.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Izuku and Bakugou.
  • Body Horror: After absorbing energy from the Omnitrix during the USJ, he's mutated into a monstrous hybrid of Izuku's aliens at the time.
  • Entitled Bastard: He lords over Izuku and sees his friendship with him as meaning that he can get constant favors from him.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Despite joining the League of Villains and later staying with Vilgax to be trained, even he's disturbed by Ragnarok's job of destroying suns to harvest energy that would be sold.
    • Even though any attachments he had towards the Midoriyas are long dead, he blatantly dislikes Hisashi for abandoning his family.
  • Foil: To Bakugo. Both are former friends of Izuku who left him to pursue their own goals. Bakugo wants to be a Pro Hero while Henzu doesn't mind being a villain.
  • Hybrid Monster: He initially can morph and combine many of Izuku's aliens into one form. However, after his second attempt to claim the Omnitrix for himself, he is permanently stuck in his current amalgam form and unable to return to his human form. Naturally, he blames Izuku for this.
  • Kick The Son Of A Bitch: Sure having the Sludge Villain attack Bakugou is horrendous but given that the latter bullied his best friend, Henzu might have a good albeit twisted justifications.
  • Only Friend: He was this to Izuku before their fallout.
  • Pet the Dog: An asshole he is but before falling out, Henzu did genuinely care for Izuku. He even apologizes to him whenever he ropes the kid into his reckless schemes.
  • Secret Secret-Keeper: He knows about the Omnitrix's true nature and the existence of aliens.
  • The Sociopath: He sees no problems with killing innocents, whether it's for his own amusement or profit.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: He's forced to work with Izuku when they are both trapped in the Null Void.
  • Toxic Friend Influence: Despite being the only person at their school who didn't treat him like crap, Henzu often tries to encourage Izuku to do bad things, culminating in their falling-out with each other.
  • Villain Has a Point: Henzu might be a member of the League of Villains but he's not wrong in how unjust society is to those that don't fit their standards.

    Sunder

Sunder the Retriever

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sunder.png
Species: Unknown
A Bounty Hunter from an unknown species who was searching for Izuku with the intention of stealing the Omnitrix and sell it to the highest bidder. While being transported to Incarcecon he is freed by Psyphon and hired to work for Vilgax.

    Ragnarok

Ragnarok

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ragnarok.png
Species: Unknown
An alien criminal whose job is to destroy suns so he can take their energy and sell it to other planets, uncaring if billions of people die in the process.
  • Adaptational Backstory Change: He is just an alien criminal with no connection to Hisashi or Henzu.
  • Bald of Evil: Well, he does have hair, but the top of his head is bald.
  • Implacable Man: He consistently No Sells attacks better than any other villain his side of Vilgax, which is impressive given that he's no larger or more physically imposing than the average human.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: His name is Norse for destruction, and like his name, his motive is to sell energy from destroyed suns.
  • Omnicidal Maniac: His job is destroying suns and killing solar systems to take energy from them and sell it.
  • The Power of the Sun: Ragnarok can shoot solar energy rays from his body either to attack or blind enemies to make an escape.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: His clothing is black on the outside and red on the inside.
  • Skeletons in the Coat Closet: His outfit has protrusions that resemble ribs.
  • The Sociopath: It takes a real special kind of person to make a living of destroying the suns of inhabited worlds for profit.
  • Tricked into Signing: He made a deal with Vilgax that if he failed to deliver him the energy from Earth's sun he would join him. Unbeknownst to him, Vilgax stole the activation key for his ship and gave it to the Plumbers, knowing he would be defeated by them and forced to join him.

    Techadon

Techadon

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_20220430_164235_chrome2.jpg
Species: Techadon Robot
A robot that was made by the weapon masters of Techadon, and now serves Vilgax in a mission to take the Omnitrix.
  • Adaptational Badass: Granted the Techadons weren't easy to beat in the cartoons but here, it's a force to be reckoned with.
  • Brought Down to Normal: The Techadon has a device that is capable of shutting down the Omnitrix.
  • Composite Character: The Techadon takes over Vilgax's drone's role as the one that attacked Xylene's ship.
  • Cool Sword: The "Resonance Blade" is the Techadon's preferred weapon to take on Petrosapiens.
  • In-Series Nickname: It gets called a "Samuroid" after its fight against Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka.
  • Kick The Son Of A Bitch: The Techadon's first victims were a group of villains that were part of the attack on the USJ.
  • Regeneration: Even with only a small piece, it can rebuild itself and adapt to it's opponent.

    Malware

Malware

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/malware3.png
Click here to see his Incomplete form
Species: Galvanic Mechamorph (Mutant)
A formerly incomplete Mechamorph created and abandoned by his Galvan father.
  • Berserk Button: There are two things that can really rile this alien up.
    • Never refer to him as an abomination.
    • His "father".
  • Even Evil Has Standards: When Malware frowns upon David Shield for ultimately choosing his quirk amplification device than his own daughter. Given his backstory, leaves little wonder why.
  • Evil Counterpart: To Melissa Shield due to them being children of scientists.
  • Foil: To Izuku Midoriya. Both were ostracized by society for their unfortunate circumstances. Both also had been left by their fathers. While Izuku eventually forgave his father and proved to everyone that he can become a hero, Malware hated his father to death and became a monster everyone had believed him to be.
  • Fusion Dance: He performs this with Wolfram to create the monstrous Apex kaiju.
  • The Man Behind the Man: He's ultimately the Big Bad of the entire I-Island having hired Wolfram and his mercenaries and orchestrated the entire plot. Even when he and Wolfram are in their Fusion Dance form, it's clear Malware was the dominant one in the relationship.
  • Manipulative Bastard: He coerced David and his assistant into helping him with his plans.
  • Tragic Villain: Malware is a monster but had he not mutated and shunned by his own kind, he would not have become that way. Izuku can't help but express sympathy for him.
