    Tokime

Tokime/Joker Dopant

Voiced by: Akira Sekine

Portrayed by: Ami Noujo (Stage play)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tokime.png
WARNING: MAJOR MANGA SPOILERS
A Mysterious Woman who Shotaro met in a certain case. Akiko later hires her as part of the Narumi Detective Agency.
  • Adaptational Modesty: In Episode 5, her top from the manga gets torn, and in the following episode, she gets a new shirt with longer sleeves that also covers her midriff.
  • Audience Surrogate: She represents the newcomers to the Kamen Rider Franchise with her questioning what is happening particularly with Shotaro and Phillip's Transforming to Double. And even when Phillip is about to transform into FangJoker.
  • Clothing Damage: Her top was shredded in Episode 5 while trying to protect Monako from the Meganeura Dopant.
  • Combat Stilettos: Never once changes out of her high-heeled boots, even when running, fighting or performing acrobatics.
  • Distaff Counterpart: In a sense, she is one to Philip early in the original series, with both being mysterious amnesiacs who have an uncanny connection to Gaia Memories and the villains.
  • Identity Amnesia: When she first meets Shotaro, she has no clear memory of who she was. She starts to regain some of it back when cornered by Brachiosaurus in Bandou's Pocket Dimension and does not take it well.
  • Ms. Fanservice: The first chapters/episode go out of their way to not only show her figure, but even a Bathing Beauty moment (with full breast exposure in the manga to boot) and her panties when she gets dressed afterwards. Shotaro even specifically focuses on the side of her underwear because of the object she carries in it.
  • Pink Is Feminine: Not her, personally, but the Stag Phone that Philip gives to her is colored pink to distinguish it from the ones Shotaro and Philip use. Her hair color is also the same shade of pink as Bandou's.
  • Shameless Fanservice Girl: She is introduced using a public fountain as a shower and not caring that everyone could see her naked.
  • Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Played with. Tokime isn't exactly hunting for her ideal man, but as time goes on it's increasingly obvious there is some level of mutual attraction between her and Shotaro. By her own admission, his most endearing quality to her is his "half-boiled" kindness. Unlike Shotaro, she is more open about her feelings and enjoys teasing and flirting with him at times.
  • Sixth Ranger: To the Narumi Detective Agency.
  • Sleight of Handiness: While homeless, she pulled off tricks to steal.
  • Spider-Sense: The broken Gaia Memory she carries with her heats up whenever a Dopant is nearby, alerting her of their presence. Additionally, she has Super-Senses which allows her to personally sense danger as well. These abilities are due to her past as a Dopant herself.
  • Too Much Alike: Shotaro is able to discern that much of her initial tension with Philip comes from their similar personalities clashing.
  • What You Are in the Dark: An odd example occurs early, before she joins the team. In her amnesiac state, Tokime had no compunctions from stealing from people, robbing from the dead (notably taking watches and jewelry from the Road Dopant's victims' remains). However, when a couple of school girls recount a witch scaring them away from a tree, Shotaro notes that Tokime was scaring them away from one of the Road Dopant's portals (particularly just before a laser blast emerged from said portal). Shotaro deducing this convinced him of her good nature by the middle of the case.

Clients, victims and others

    Chuuta Tsubosaki

Chuuta Tsubosaki/Toadstool Dopant

Voiced by: Tarusuke Shingaki

A client who hired the Narumi Detective Agency to find his stolen bag.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: He's introduced as a bumbling client who turns out to have hired the protagonists in order to get to the Gaia Memory stashed in his bag.
  • Minor Crime Reveals Major Plot: The crimes revolving his case reveals to the Kamen Riders that there is a mysterious alternate city connected to Fuuto.
  • Mushroom Man: He once used the Toadstool Dopant as a trial sample when he first visited Fuuto.
  • Poisonous Person: The kind of mushrooms he could create as the Toadstool Dopant are of the poisonous variety.

    Renji Tachikawa

Voiced by: Katsuyuki Konishi

An "entrepreneur"/Yakuza boss whose business is disrupted by rumors of the witch of T-junction and the murder of one of his subordinates.

    Shintaro Majima

Voiced by: Kenji Akabane

A game director at Maxsoft who hired the Narumi Detective Agency to protect Meg Kazamatsuri.
  • Red Herring: When the heroes learn that there's an informant who tells Murder where Meg is, Tokime assumes he's the informant, backed up the show framing him as sketchy and being a bit aggressive. He not only turns out not to be the informant, but to be the one looking for said informant.
  • Screw the Rules, I'm Doing What's Right!: Majima ends up quitting Maxsoft after realizing the higher-ups had put Monako under danger by having her appear at the fan event even as "Murder" had appeared, which also shows that the source of his bandaged fingers were from punching a computer monitor in disgust. His dedication to his programmer meant that she quit Maxsoft to continue working alongside him.

    Monako Moriguchi

Monako Moriguchi/Meg Kazamatsuri

Voiced by: Machico (Machiko Saito)

A videogame programmer at Maxsoft who created the game Monster El-Dorado. She also acts as the live action idol actor for the in-game mascot character, Meg Kazamatsuri.
  • Cleavage Window: Her costume as Meg shows off the gap between her breast.
  • Defeating the Cheating Opponent: The reason Murder targets her is because she beat him when he was cheating using an illegal Game Mod that lets him Dual Wield. Obviously, having created the game means she'd be able to deal with some cheater. She used the ability that does bonus damage attacking weapons and since Murder's modified character dual wields, those attacks are essentially a Cherry Tapping Finger Poke of Doom.
  • Hidden Buxom: Downplayed. Her ordinary clothes don't really show off her figure, but her bust does get shown off when she dresses up as Meg.
  • Idol Singer: One of her talents and job as Meg to promote the game.
  • Opaque Nerd Glasses: She normally wears "coke-bottle" glasses but when dressed up as Meg The Glasses Gotta Go. They sometimes are clearly transparent to the perspective for certain scenes.
  • Reluctant Fanservice Girl: She would rather code in her regular outfit in private than sing, dance and flaunt her looks to a crowd as Meg. It wasn't until Shotaro convinced her otherwise that she decides to sing anyway.
  • She Cleans Up Nicely: Normally dress more homely but really stands out dressed as Meg.
  • You Don't Look Like You: Downplayed; The anime adaptation of her costume as Meg is like taking the basic design of her manga costume and changing the color to be a brighter scheme to invoke Gold and White Are Divine with additions that make her look like someone who wouldn't be out of place in the world of the Symphogear franchise.

    Midori Koizumi

Voiced by: Saori Onishi

A Maxsoft secretary, and leader of the make-up team for Meg.
  • Green-Eyed Monster: She informs Murder of Meg's schedule and whereabouts, due to being jealous of her getting to be in the limelight despite her reluctance.

    Kuya Kagamino
The current head of the Kagamino family. He is in search of a wife.
  • Nice Guy: He looks intimidating, but he pretty much doesn't have a malicious bone in his body.
  • Red Herring: He is set up as an intimidating alcohol drinker, but as it turns out, he isn't the Alcohol Dopant, and he doesn't even drink alcohol to begin with. Lampshaded by Philip when he notes they'd have immediately known that he's not the Alcohol Dopant if he told them he doesn't drink alcohol.
  • Self-Made Man: Aims to be this after his grandmother's demise by trying to get a job.
  • The Teetotaler: Doesn't drink alcohol. When Shotaro points out that it looked like he was drinking whisky, he reveals it was just an oolong tea to keep up appearances, to Shotaro's dismay.

    Kiku Kagamino

Alcohol Dopant (original)

Kuya's grandmother and a former acquaintance/business associate of Ryubei Sonozaki. She is also one of Museum's benefactors, for which she was given the silver Gaia Memory, Alcohol. She used this Memory to support her family through various illegal activities. Her continued use of the Alcohol Memory caused her to evolve into a High-Dope, with the added abilities of telekinesis in human form.
  • Anti-Villain: Her reason for using the Alcohol Memory was to protect her family's best interests, and her last words to Kuya are to encourage him to live a normal life.
  • Beware the Silly Ones: Despite being a tiny grandma, she proves to be extremely dangerous as the true user of the Alcohol Memory, to the point of forcing Double into their CycloneJokerXtreme form.
  • Distaff Counterpart: She's one to Ryubee Sonozaki in quite a few ways. She not only does a lot of morally questionable things for her family's sake, she also dies in her own burning mansion after confronting the Kamen Riders.
  • Evil Parents Want Good Kids: She used the Alcohol Memory to ensure the prosperity of her family, commiting crimes including robbery and murder, but she kept both Kuya and his parents in the dark about it, and knowing she didn't have much longer tried to set him up with a woman that could keep protecting the family from the shadows. Even as she dies, she told Kuya to live a normal life.
  • Miniature Senior Citizens: She's an old lady who's rather tiny. Though she's much larger as the Alcohol Dopant.
  • Never Gets Drunk: Or at least is capable of holding her liquor to an impressive degree, since she's been able to handle the power of the Alcohol Memory long enough to become a High-Dope.
  • Psychic Powers: Her nature as a High Dope means that she's developed powers outside of her Gaia Memory, including Telekinesis and the ability to plant ideas in other people's minds.
  • Remember the New Guy?: She reveals to Philip that she knew the Sonozakis, and even hosted them while they were doing archaeological digs.

    Kuya's wife candidates
Women who were brought to the Kagamino residence in the mountain settlement of Kiritoshi to have one be chosen among them as Kuya's wife.

Kanna Kubokura

Voiced by: Mika Kikuchi

  • Can't Hold Her Liquor: Because she has a low tolerance to alcohol, the Alcohol Memory simply knocks her out while she entirely forgets about the experience. Considering what happened to the two other users after her, she's lucky that's all that happened to her.
  • Nice Girl: A humble, earnest, and modest girl who cannot abandon others in trouble.
  • Office Lady: She's the only one of the candidates who has this mundane occupation at a pharmaceutical company.
  • Red Herring: There's an implication that she's the culprit behind Alcohol Dopant's attacks due to her not showing up at the crime scene and also claiming that she forgot the experience, which was assumed as lying. Turns out that she was unconscious the whole time and really forgot the experience, as she Can't Hold Her Liquor when using the Alcohol Memory.

Koyomi Zaizen

Voiced by: Hitomi Ueda

  • Geisha: She was an apprentice geisha from the Kansai region.
  • Pet the Dog: A retroactive example, only seen in a flashback (and a supposition from Philip at that). When Koyomi found Kanna unconscious in the hallway after having been rejected by the Alcohol Memory, without her mask, she didn't report Kanna to any of the staff. Considering that this would have robbed Kanna of any chance of becoming Kuya's bride, this is surprisingly generous of her.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: Outside of some arguments she had with Kei, we don't get to see her much before she becomes the first victim of the Alcohol Dopant. Or rather, the first of its users to die.

Kurumi Namba

Voiced by: Yū Sasahara

Kei Arito

Voiced by: Shizuka Ishigami

  • Alpha Bitch: Though her body was striking, her personality led her to be easily angered, starting fights with the other candidates with any provocation. She also used the Alcohol Memory to try and kill Kurumi in the bath, seemingly without provocation.
  • Drop Dead Gorgeous: Outside of being very buxom, her dress is designed to show off her figure (including having sections showing off her hips). She dies of the Alcohol Memory's effects while in a bath, so her corpse ends up naked.
  • Hard-Drinking Party Girl: She can handle her booze. This allowed her to use the Alcohol Memory, but attempting to transform in a hot bath costed her her life.
  • Ms. Fanservice: A flirtatious former gravure idol with a rather large, bouncy chest, she aimed to get Kuya's attention with her body, even attempting to seduce him the second night into the trial.
  • Red Herring: She was suspected as the culprit behind Alcohol Dopant's attacks due to her temperamental nature. Though she did use the Alcohol Memory, the real culprit is Kiku, Kuya's grandmother.

    Tadashi Kimura
The butler of the Kagamino family.
  • The Butler Did It: Technically averted. While he knew who the Alcohol Dopant was, his only action in the arc is to burn down the Kagamino estate after Kiku's defeat, executing her last will.

    Rando Engineering Workshop

Ritsuka Rando

A 12-year old who hired the Narumi Detective Agency to help find her grandfather Rentaro.

Reiichi Rando

Ritsuka's father and Rentaro's son, the current head of the workshop.

Rentaro Rando

A semi-retired engineer, who went missing after completing a commissioned work.
  • He Knows Too Much: Zigzagged. He follows Nikaido into the Other Fuuto, but the latter chooses not to make a move, instead letting the shadow city deal with him. It's only after Rentaro gets out of Other Fuuto with Tokime's help that Nikaido decides to take the proverbial gloves off.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Is understandably shocked that the parts he once made for a client turned out to be parts for anti-personnel mines. This makes him apprehensive to work with Nikaido, though the latter's reassurances eventually cause him to relent.
  • Ultimate Blacksmith: Well, machinist, but the point stands. He owns a small, but well-regarded machine parts shop, and his talents are such that a terrorist organization commissioned him to make parts for anti-personnel land mines. Then Nikaido shows up...

Antagonists

STREET

    In General
  • Evil Counterpart: If the Gaia Driver was a counterpart to the Lostdriver, the Gaia Driver Rex is a counterpart to the Doubledriver, letting users add the power of a second Gaia Memory to the main one the user already has.
  • Transformation Trinket: The members can use the Gaia Driver Rex to transform to their Dopant forms.
  • Villainous Gentrification: Their aim is to create a new Fuuto populated exclusively by superhumans that fit a narrow, elite criteria. Many of the organization's schemes revolve around infrastructure development such as conscripting the Road Dopant to create streets and highways, or hiring local engineers to craft essential mechanisms for energy management.

    Yukiji Bandou/Aurora Dopant (Unmarked Spoilers
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yukiji_bandou.png

Voiced by: Daisuke Ono

Portrayed by: Yuki Kimisawa (Stage play)

The user of the Aurora Gaia Memory and the leader of the organization known as STREET. He ordered the creation of Shadow Fuuto and seeks to cultivate an elite society comprised of Gaia Memory users who have evolved beyond the constraints of typical memory users, also known as High Dopes. He appears to know Tokime.
  • Big Bad: Appears to be this so far, as the leader of a group of Dopants similar to Museum.
  • The Blank: When activating the Aurora memory his face loses all it's features besides his mouth.
  • Celestial Body: As a Dopant, his body is reminiscent of the night sky.
  • Contrasting Sequel Antagonist: Both Bandou and Ryubee Sonozaki were leaders of groups of Dopants with a vision for humanity. While Ryubee preferred to act indirectly, running an underground crime syndicate while putting up a front of a respectable citizen, Bandou isn't afraid to intervene and get his hands dirty. Ryubee's Memory allowed him to strike fear into his enemies' hearts, preferring not to kill them unless as a last resort, while Bandou's Memory allows him to disintegrate his targets, even people whom he deems has failed him.
  • Corrupt Corporate Executive: He used to be the CEO of a company called Kai Operations, which was one of the parent companies of Foundation X.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Chastises Mihara for his Never My Fault attitude before killing him.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: Courtesy of being voiced by Daisuke Ono.
  • Faux Affably Evil: He's rather affable to Gaia Memory users who show High Dope potential, but shows off his darker side to those who can't quite fulfill said potential, as Mihara learns to ghoulish results. He even comforts Nikaido during his last moments.
  • Light Is Not Good: Aurorae are light phenomena occurring around the poles as Earth's magnetic field affects the solar wind. Bandou is anything but a good guy.

    Hideo Chiba/Brachiosaurus Dopant

Hideo Chiba/Fildeo Herstein/Brachiosaurus Dopant

Voiced by: Natsumi Fujiwara

One of Bandou's men, a boy with a sadistic streak who is able to turn into the titanic Brachiosaurus Dopant and create his own version of the Masquerade Dopants.
  • The Brute: Seems to be this for Bandou's group. Bandou notes that his power is not suitable for assassinations, owing to how utterly massive he is.
  • Compelling Voice: His High Dope power allows him to command others with his voice.
  • Dem Bones: His Dopant form is a giant Brachiosaurus skeleton.
  • Kids Are Cruel: He's the youngest of the STREET executives and we first see him in human form sadistically toying with Tokime and trying to make her strip.
  • Irony: The largest and most imposing Dopant under STREET happens to have a young boy as its user.
  • Kaiju: The Brachiosaurus Dopant is easily one of the biggest Dopants in the series, towering over the city and being more of a bestial dinosaur than humanoid.
  • Mook Maker: He can spawn modified Masquerade Dopants from his own body called, "Bones".
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: He uses his High Dope power to try to brainwash Tokime into stripping for him.

    Kazuha Gojo/Scream Dopant

Voiced by: Miku Itō

A psychotic serial killer and one of STREET's top lieutenants who uses the Scream Gaia Memory.
  • Abhorrent Admirer: She has a thing for strong men, like Terui. Unfortunately, she wants to kill the men she's taken a liking to.
  • Elegant Gothic Lolita: Dresses up in this.
  • Past Victim Showcase: Shows of the selfies she's taken with her past victims to Terui.
  • Selfie Fiend: Takes pictures with the corpses of the people she's killed.
  • Super-Scream: Her power is this, causing a massive and devastating blast of sonic waves. She isn't limited to throwing them from her mouth either.

    Mamoru Nikaido/Reactor Dopant
A Dopant with the powers of a nuclear furnace.
  • Atomic Superpower: As the name suggests, it is a Dopant with the power related to a nuclear reactor.
  • Evil Is Burning Hot: Can produce heat so hot that Double's HeatMetal form can barely withstand it.

Mamoru Nikaido/Reactor Dopant I

Voiced by: Kenji Nomura

One of Bandou's men, who acts as an enforcer as well as the power manager of Shadow Fuuto. He's also the leader of the Road Dopants Corps that is responsible for constructing Shadow Fuuto.
  • Affably Evil: Compared to his co-workers and his underlings, he's the most level headed of the group who's more interested in developing and protecting Shadow Fuuto.
  • Arc Villain: For all intents and purposes, he's the Final Boss of the anime, with the rest of STREET alive and able to continue their plans.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: Subverted. He is the first of STREET's lieutenants that the Riders beat decisively, but he is also the only one in Bandou's inner circle to transform without using a Gaia Driver Rex, implying his raw power as a Dopant is way above normal.
  • Power Incontinence: Downplayed. His High Dope power allows him to retain the energy he builds up as the Reactor Dopant after transformation, though this leads to issues such as having to use a machine to safely dissipate said energy or the fact that his upper clothing inevitably gets burned off after he de-transforms.
  • Red Herring: He's juxtaposed with the Brachiosaurus Dopant in his debut, leading the Riders to assume that's his Dopant form. While he is a Dopant, he's using a different memory entirely... all while Tokime learns who Brachiosaurus' true user is.
  • Taking You with Me: His inability to dissipate his own energy safely comes in handy when he fights the Riders, as he tries to detonate to prevent them from getting back to the Other Fuuto.

Independents

    Road Dopant
A Dopant with the power of making pathways.
  • Blood for Mortar: One of the main abilities of the Road Dopant is to vomit up a sort of instant asphalt as a road, created from their own biomass. While useful, especially in conjunction with the Dopant's ability to create pathways through another dimension, it has the effect of requiring the user to replenish themselves with human bodies just to get enough nutrients to survive.
  • Degraded Boss: This dopant at first seemed like a Monster of the Week, but in Superhuman r Mamoru Nikaido (Reactor Dopant) reveals that hundreds of them fill Shadow Fuuto as its builders and gatekeepers.
  • Elite Mook: Road is actually one of the most powerful mass-produced Memories in Street's arsenal, and its strength and abilities are far above that of other mass-produced Memories like Masquerade. It's also strongly implied that each user is a High Dope as well.
  • Evil Is Burning Hot: Can emit searing heat. Makes sense since to prepare asphalt for roads it needs to be hot enough to be in a fluid state first.
  • Finger Firearms: Can shoot explosive projectiles from its fingers. How it connects to roads is via the concepts of "drive-by shooting" and "Car Chase Shoot-Out" which usually are done in vehicles that are driving on the road.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: The Road Dopant can make roads out of their own biomass. Unfortunately, using it requires the user to ingest an exorbitant amount of nutrients to replenish their bodies, far more than normal food could provide. The only way it can be replenished in any sustainable way is to eat other human beings. Even then, this still leaves the user ravenous even when not transformed.
  • Mundane Utility: While its ability to make portals is good, STREET employs hundreds of them in order to build Shadow Fuuto via their ability to make asphalt from biomass.
  • Semantic Superpower: Has the powers over roads. This includes creating paths, either as a sort of asphalt on the ground or to a different space. Also can manifest powers necessary to create or related to paths like emitting heat or creating wheels (made of flame no less) to be more mobile.
  • With Great Power Comes Great Insanity: According to Nikaido, those who continually endure the side effects of the Road Memory eventually become feral, losing most of their higher cognitive functions and relying mostly on instinct. Nikaido also notes this increases their impulsivity, noting that even when he tells them a hundred times not to touch him while transformed one of them still does so after a while, leading to them burning to death.

Sabu/Road Dopant I

Voiced by: Kazuyuki Okitsu

An "employee"/gang member of Tachikawa. He is secretly using a Road Memory to build roads to, from, and in the alternate Fuuto.
  • Ax-Crazy: His powers have rendered him extremely violent. Sabu has a hard time controlling himself, ultimately, giving himself away to his boss once he couldn't hold it anymore.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: While still easily defeated by Shotaro and Phillip in their encounter, he gave them quite a fight and has strength and abilities far beyond the typical "mook" Masquerade Dopants. It is later revealed that Sabu's Gaia Memory, Road, is actually a mass-produced Memory and that there are hundreds more in Shadow Fuuto. Also, Nikaido, the boss of the Road Dopants, reveals that Sabu himself was a provisional member of the Road Dopant corps; in short, he just barely made the qualifications and all the Roads in Shadow Fuuto are much stronger than he was. Even Phillip was surprised a Memory like Road was able to be mass-produced after their encounter.

    Meganeura Dopant
A Dopant based on the Meganeura, an extinct species of dragonfly-like insects.

Mutsuo "Murder" Mihara/Meganeura Dopant I

Voiced by: Kōji Okino

A freelance game journalist. He uses the Meganeura Memory to go after Meg Kazamatsuri.
  • Achilles' Heel: While he is a talented gamer, his reliance on brute force tactics to the point of cheating allows Meg to wipe the floor with him, causing him to go after her. This extends to his fight against FangJoker, where Philip points out that his inability to use the compound eyes his Dopant form gave him made him vulnerable to the Shoulder Fang coming at him from behind.
  • Asshole Victim: Bandou's punishment for him is pretty much more about what happens than who it happens to here.
  • Alliterative Name: His first and last name, his nickname, and even his Gaia Memory all have names starting with Mnote .
  • Catchphrase: "Suck on my blade!" It's what allows Monako to identify him.
  • Evil Is Petty: To a ridiculous extent. Even before getting his hands on a Gaia Memory, he was willing to try and assault someone for beating him at a game... in which he was blatantly cheating.
  • Sore Loser: The reason he wants to kill Meg is because she beat him in Mon-Rado, when he was cheating by putting an illegal Game Mod that lets him Dual Wield.
  • Stalker without a Crush: Spends his days wanting to get even with Meg by killing her, regardless of what happens to him. He almost succeeds in this, but Tokime and Philip interfere with his goal and defeat him before he gets the chance to kill anybody.
  • Would Hit a Girl: Tries to beat up Meg after losing to her during a Mon-Rado live event, only to be carted off by security. After this, his obsession to get revenge eventually drives him to full-on murder attempts on her as Meganeura. When Tokime rescues Meg from falling to her death over the city, he opts to kill them both the instant he realizes that Tokime won't back down.
  • You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Bandou essentially vaporizes him after he reveals that Mihara never quite had what it took to join STREET after being defeated by FangJoker.

    Caracal Dopant
A Dopant based on the Caracal, a species of wild cats.

Mayu Chono/Caracal Dopant I

A woman who bought a Gaia Memory in desperation after a marriage scam.
  • Non-Malicious Monster: The first Dopant of the series to have done nothing particularly wrong, as she simply stayed in the sewers while many cats from all over Fuuto came to her, worried for her health.

    Alcohol Dopant
A Dopant based on alcohol.
  • Artifact of Death: The Alcohol Memory is a silver memory, meaning its power is on par with the memories used by the Museum Executives. However, due to its nature, it requires someone who has a very high alcohol tolerance or it could kill the user from alcohol poisoning.
  • Cyclops: Has a single eye.
  • Eye Beams: Can shoot a heat beam from their eye that can ignite their alcohol excretions.
  • Feel No Pain: Because of the Memory, the user is drunk out of their minds while transformed, so the Dopant feels little if any pain, allowing the user to shrug off near any attack. Even being set on fire just causes it to laugh and talk about how good it feels.
  • Incendiary Exponent: The Alcohol Dopant has a heat ray it can fire off at will. While this is dangerous enough, due to due to being made of and excreting alcohol from its skin, melee combat causes anyone fighting it to be coated in alcohol and at much further risk. However the same alcohol means that the Dopant itself is likely to be lit on fire.
  • Intoxication Ensues: Anyone who becomes the Alcohol Dopant becomes flat out drunk, impairing their reactions and decision making on top of the normal adverse effects of using a Gaia Memory. Depending on factors of the individual or circumstances, users can have either adverse reactions (from either getting so soused they can't remember what happened to dying instantaneously from alcohol poisoning) or be empowered greatly. However, even if they are able to endure the inebriating side effects at first, any circumstance resulting in the user having too low a tolerance for alcohol results in their untimely death and ends their transformation.

    Puzzle Dopant
A Dopant based on the concept of puzzles.
  • Detachment Combat: It can split parts of its body at will, using this ability lets it both avoid attacks and, when meeting victims, appear as a floating hand.
  • Rubber Man: Has shades of this, as it can bend parts of its body to make puzzles out of them at will.

Paul Tojo/Puzzle Dopant I

A chiropractor who seeks to become an elite member of STREET.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Thinks he's on the level of a High Dopant and that he's stronger than Double. Even after being proven wrong on both accounts by Shotaro, he still gloats to the police that he won't break and spill the beans on STREET.
