Antagonists from the Original Series

    Adu Du
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/adu_du_galaxy_m1.png
The main Big Bad through Season 1 until the middle of Season 2. He is an outcast alien from Atata Tiga, who explored entire galaxies to find something to make him hailed as a hero of his planet.
  • All of the Other Reindeer: Adu Du was an outcast who was constantly being bullied by classmates, including Ejo Jo, and his neighbor.
  • Amnesiac Villain Joins the Heroes: In the second movie, the last thing he saw before getting a dent in his head was Ayu Yu, the sole female alien of the Crystal Miners. That memory warped into Ayu Yu being his wife who was taken hostage by bad guys, so he trains under Hang Kasa along with BoBoiBoy to defeat them. His memory does return by the end of the movie, however.
  • Anti-Hero: When he became an ally of BoBoiBoy's gang, he still restrained his arrogant and harsh personality, resulting in him constantly being warned against by the others regarding his attitude.
  • Anti-Villain: He decided to steal cocoa powder and planned to conquer the planet Earth so he could be the hero of his home planet, whilst keeping it under wraps to the best of his ability so he could have the glory all to himself. But he's better compared to some of the other villains such as Ejo Jo or Bora Ra, like him rescuing Probe and viewing him as a Robot Buddy despite his mistreatment to him.
  • Big Bad: In season 1 and season 2, he straight up was the main antagonist in series before Ejo Jo came to Earth.
  • Bullying a Dragon: His Mean Boss tendencies can cross into this, such as badmouthing BoBoiBot or Roktaroka, which leads to him getting viciously attacked by them.
  • Demoted to Extra: Originally, he was the main Big Bad in series. But as the story progresses, he became more neutral and other characters takes the Big Bad spot, so Adu Du ends up with less screen times.
  • Enemy Mine: Pulls this with BoBoiBoy's gang to fight Ejo Jo. And later on, despite him no longer being his ally, he will accept BoBoiBoy's help depending on the situation.
  • Evil Is Hammy: Adu Du is loud and hot-blooded, and he also always speaks in Large Ham quotes about himself being a great supervillain in the universe.
  • Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas: He greatly loves his mother, Ibu bu. This was used by his mother, who was unhappy to see him become a good guy, to betray BoBoiBoy's gang by pulling a Wounded Gazelle Gambit. And it worked.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones:
    • Despite his mistreatment to Probe, he still cares about him. After he witnesses Ejo Jo's battle robot P.E.T.A.I destroy him, Adu Du becomes absolutely furious and cries over his death which made him suffer a massive Villainous Breakdown.
    • He also greatly love his mom. See Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas in above.
    • During the Gentar arc of Galaxy Season 2, Adu Du triggers a distress signal after Probe was captured by Roksasa, and puts his all into rescuing his Robot Buddy.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Despite aspiring to help bad guys as supervillain Jero Jero, he still didn't want to help certain villains who did worse like Ejo Jo, even prefering to pull an Enemy Mine with BoBoiBoy's gang against him.
  • Ex-Big Bad: Originally, he was the main Big Bad in series. As the story progresses, he had a temporary Heel–Face Turn and joins BoBoiBoy's gang, until BoBoiBoy accidentally hit his mom. But even after his Face–Heel Turn, he barely gets the chance to be the top threat.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Gets angry and irritated easily, incapable of interacting with others in a civil manner, like him constantly threatening to shoot BoBoiBoy, Gopal, and Tok Aba to get cocoas instead of asking nicely for some. His temporary Heel–Face Turn involved him growing out of this.
  • Heel–Face Turn: At the start of Season 3, BoBoiBoy and Gopal tried to redeem him, and it worked, with him joining the BoBoiBoy gang to fight against some threats like Bago Go and his brothers. However...
    • Face–Heel Turn: He betrayed BoBoiBoy's gang after he accidentally hit his mom, becoming evil again.
  • Hypocritical Heartwarming: In Issue 1 of Galaxy Season 2, Adu Du manages to defend Probe from Ying and Yaya's combo attack while declaring that he will not let anyone to hit Probe since he is the only one allowed to do it. This makes Probe feel touched and immediately help his boss.
  • Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain: He was a loser who gets abused by his classmates in Ata Ta Tiga, like Ejo Jo. And frequently the BoBoiBoy gang ran circles through him, without him gaining any real upper hand on them. He also suffers many Amusing Injuries upon defeat.
  • Mean Boss: He is always nagging and angry with his minions if they have do something stupid or failed to do their mission, especially to Probe who is always being hit by his mug.
  • Pet the Dog: Beside his mistreatment to Probe, he will approve his opinion if he considers that his opinion was right.
  • Starter Villain: Along with Probe, he is the first Big Bad in the series before Ejo Jo took over this position.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Thanks to his training with Hang Kasa in The Movie 2, Adu Du becomes much more competent in combat during season 2 of Galaxy, such as being able to dodge the heroes' attacks or using any kind of weapon like the bow or the spear.

    Probe
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/probe_s1.png
Adu Du's battle robot and his Dragon.
  • Affably Evil: Probe is genuinely well-mannered, jovial, easy-going and comical, making him a great example of a foil of his boss, Adu Du.
  • Anti-Villain: The reason why he is so loyal to Adu Du is because he saved him in the past when his creators rejected and threw him away.
  • Beware the Silly Ones: Probe is the lovable comic relief to everyone. Even though he was a failed prototype of a combat robot, he is still one of the dangerous antagonists in battle.
  • Came Back Wrong: After Adu Du, with BoBoiBoy and Gopal's help, revive him, Probe temporarily suffers from amnesia and attacks all of them. He is successfully stopped by Adu Du, when he hit his head with mug to trigger his memory back.
  • The Chew Toy: He's frequently hit by Adu Du's mug or being smacked around due to his incompetence. At one point Computer hit him by said mug once.
  • Creepy Crossdresser: In "BoBoiBoy's Weakness", he becomes "Super Auntie Probe" because he forgot to put off his "Auntie Saodah" disguise before his cocoa-induced transformation.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: He is the first prototype of battle robots in Kubulus. However, due to the accident caused by a Kubulus scientist who spilled water onto him and caused major complications in his development, he was disposed of. Although he was able to activate his 'Super Probe' for the first time, due to the complications, the scientists were forced to scrap him. Later, he was found by Adu Du at junkyard. Having pity for him, Adu Du decided to rebuild him and made him his most loyal minion and friend.
  • Do-Anything Robot: Probe is shown to not only function as Adu Du's personal battle robot, but he is also able to transform into something like a car for transportation. One experiment of Adu Du's caused him to transform into a washing machine.
  • Enemy Mine: Probe willingly helps BoBoiBoy and his team to defeat BoBoiBot, only so he can become Adu Du's loyal robot once again.
  • Evil Virtues: Loyalty. He has great loyalty to Adu Du due to his past, and he will never' betray him willingly and always tries to make him happy.
  • Green-Eyed Monster: A non-romantic example. After Adu Du began to favour BoBoiBot over him, Probe is terrified that he will being forgotten by him. This resulted in his decision to inform BoBoiBot's weakness to BoBoiBoy, so he can defeat him and be made Adu Du's favorite minion again.
  • Literal-Minded: When Adu Du announced from outside BoBoiBoy's house that he had a present to give the latter, once Probe got clarification that the "present" was the Sleeping Monster, he proceeded to enwrap the monster in a colorful present box offscreen. This led to a Failed Attempt at Drama on Adu Du and the Sleeping Monster's end.
  • My Master, Right or Wrong: He always follows Adu Du's orders without asking too many questions.
  • Mind-Reformat Death: Subverted. When Probe came back to life after Adu Du successfully converted the energy from the P.E.T.A.I. robot's core into Probe's core, Probe acted as if he were on his initial battle robot programming with no memory of his master, just the initiative to serve him. It takes throwing a mug at Probe's head to make his memories come back.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: He has bouts of genius which come to form from his apparent dumbness, such as distracting Ying with a lame excuse before successfully immobilising her and kidnapping her anyway.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: He disguised himself as "Auntie Saodah" when he and Adu Du attempted to steal cocoa powder from BoBoiBoy's Granddad. Although both Gopal and Granddad were suspicious at him at first, they were still foiled by their disguise. Others weren't as easily fooled.
  • Plucky Comic Relief: Most of his interactions with his boss make him this to him.
  • Through a Face Full of Fur: He's seen blushing on a few occasions despite being a robot, who would have no logical reason to sport a blush.

    Adu Du's Computer
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/computer.png
Adu Du's Computer
Adu Du's other robotic assistant, a computer named Computer.
  • Affably Evil: Just like Probe, she's nowhere near as bad as her boss as she always snarks and remains polite throughout the series. She is evil because she is Adu Du's A.I program.
  • Expy: Of Karen from SpongeBob SquarePants.
  • Race-Name Basis: Adu Du only calls her "Computer", and since another antagonist also refers to his computer as such, it appears most aliens' computers are addressed this way.
  • The Informant: As his A.I program, her main duty is giving him information about the situation, calling someone or detecting intruders from far away.
  • Yellow Eyes of Sneakiness: In the original series, before her upgraded look in the Galaxy series.

    Multi-Monster/Mini-Monster
A monster who was created by Adu Du from a toxin in Junkyard.
  • Actually Pretty Funny: When the real Multi-Monster is being made to spin on a bottle by BoBoiBoy due to refusing to answer his question about Adu Du, the other Multi-Monster clones find that what BoBoiBoy is doing to their brother is quite "funny".
  • Defeat Means Respect: After BoBoiBoy decides to spare Multi-Monster who now becomes' Mini-Monster and is rendered helpless, Mini- Monster declares that he will always remember BoBoiBoy's kindness.
  • Green and Mean: His color is yellowish-green and he is one of Adu Du's minions, until he and his clones pull a Heel–Face Turn and he loses the "mean" part.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Decides to side with BoBoiBoy and help his team to escape from Adu Du's spaceship. As Computer mentions, all of them now live peacefully in Junkyard and have built their colony at Toxic Pool.

    Bago Go
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bago_go.png
Bago Go
A hustling space Arms Dealer from Atata Tiga.
  • Affably Evil: Although he is the biggest fraudster in-universe, Bago Go's jovial side is not a fake persona.
  • Aesop Amnesia: Bago Go claims after his defeat that he finally learned his lesson and would stop being an illegal space weapons dealer. However, in "BoBoiBoy Galaxy", is shown that he is still being a fraudster although he no longer sells weapons for space criminals.
  • Arms Dealer: His initial job until he and his brothers were defeated by BoBoiBoy and Adu Du.
  • Consummate Liar: Adu Du's computer already warned to his master to not always believe in Bago Go because he always tricks his customers. When he makes his appearance, she proved to be right.
  • Harmless Villain: He is one of the series' antagonists due to his liking of scamming many characters and his customers, but the series never treated him as a serious character but as a joke villain.
  • Massive Numbered Siblings: Bago Go is shown to have four siblings, consisting of two elder siblings and two younger siblings. Much like him, all of them are fraudsters too.
  • Money Fetish: A love of money appears to run in Bago Go's family, which makes him have no problem lying and asking an extremely high price to get quick bucks from his customers.
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: Bago Go starts as a space weapon dealer for seasons 1 and 2. During "Rise Up! BoBoiBoy Water", he claimed that he had learned from his mistakes and then became the owner of H.A.R.A.M Hospital. In "Nova Prix Space Race", Bago Go owns a space cosmetic brand named "Cosmic Cosmetic X9000," which was the biggest sponsor of the Nova Prix Race.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: He seems to view other living beings as his potential customers, thus he can try to keep them alive like sparing BoBoiBoy's gang from his brothers' wrath, even though he's just as angry as them for being deceived.
  • Wild Card: He will help you if you willingly buy his item for a super expensive price or make a deal with him.

    Ejo Jo
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ejo_jo.png
Ejo Jo
A former elite soldier who became a space bounty hunter. He used to be Adu Du's rival in their youth.
  • Ax-Crazy: A bounty hunter who is shown to be more aggressive and brutal than Adu Du. Seeing his enemies suffer fills him with delight.
  • Fangs Are Evil: He has fangs, and he is evil.
  • Knight of Cerebus: He is the first villain who gives both BoBoiBoy's gang and Adu Du's side a hard time which resulted in both sides deciding to work together to defeat him. Both on his first and second arrival on earth, Ejo Jo proved to be a Nightmare Fuel character of the series.
  • Oh, Crap!: His reaction when he sees the arrival of Kaizo on Earth.
  • Red Is Violent: He wears a red battle suit, and is absolutely brutal.
  • Running Gag: His combat robots and later his armor are named after food, like P.E.T.A.I and S.A.M.B.A.L.. Proof that he has a poor sense of naming his own creations.
  • Smug Super: Zigzagged. Can be Smug Snake depending on how fans see him. In terms of equipment and financial stability, Ejo Jo is more powerful than Adu Du. Despite him being able to defeat BoBoiBoy, his gang, Adu Du and Probe, he still can be defeated if he is distracted.
  • Too Dumb to Live: He should never have updated his status about his plans to seek revenge on Earth if he didn't want to be captured by other aliens like Kaizo.
  • Wake-Up Call Boss : Non video game example. The first appearance of Ejo Jo marks the first time BoBoiBoy and his friends face real difficulty in fighting a villain and shifted the comedic tone of the series to a much more serious one during their climatic battle.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: After his defeat by Kaizo and Lahap, it is unknown what happened to him in BoBoiBoy Galaxy. It's never clarified if he is still captured and imprisoned, or escaped from them.
  • The Worf Effect: Although Bago Go already healed him to be "Super Ejo Jojojo", he is still outmatched by Kaizo.

    BoBoiBot
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/boboibot_vector_7.png
BoBoiBot
BoBoiBot is one of Adu Du's creations, which was built by him based on BoBoiBoy to replace and destroy him.
  • Achilles' Heel/Logical Weakness: While otherwise he's an Effective Knockoff, he's a robot, thus he can be beaten by water. As a robot, his fat state is fixed in his BoBoiBot Water form unlike BoBoiBoy Water who can solve this with Training Montage, which'd always hinder some of his abilities in that form.
  • Defeat Means Respect: After being defeated, BoBoiBot praised BoBoiBoy by calling him "awesome" before he finally shut down for good.
  • Effective Knockoff: His "Elemental Power 2.0" and its second tier proved to be more powerful than BoBoiBoy. This almost made him impossible to defeat.
  • Faux Affably Evil: BoBoiBot will gladly help you with anything. . . if you are willing to pay some donation for him. If not, he will make sure you pay it by any means.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: He really loves to mock BoBoiBoy to the point of making him suffer massive self-doubt due to his uncontrollable fire powers and emotions, but otherwise he along with Adu Du helps the Rintis Island citizens with their problems. However, turns out that he'd extort them later with ridiculous fees for their service, along with making them suffer the consequences if they didn't pay up.
  • Kill and Replace: His initial purpose was to kill BoBoiBoy and make himself as the new hero of Rintis Island.
  • Robotic Psychopath: Compared to Adu Du's other robots like his minion robots and Probe, BoBoiBot willingly destroys anything around him from his own will even without being commanded by Adu Du to do so. And of course, he is also sadistic.
  • Sucksessor: Designed as a replacement for BoBoiBoy who wouldn't be compromised with human duties, it seemed that he was better at being a Rintis Island's superhero. That is until he revealed that he never provided his services for free. He and Adu Du would cause problems for themselves to fix and then charge the owners ridiculous amounts of money, and they would suffer the consequences if they didn't pay up.
  • Omnicidal Maniac: His response to Adu Du calling him "Trash Robot"? He attempted to drown the WHOLE island including his own master.
  • Villainous Breakdown: He is already mad when BoBoiBoy defeated him with his water power, but the real rage kicks in when Adu Du declare him a failure after attempt to upgrade him with the water power backfire, cause him to permanently disobey him and decided to drown the entire island.

    Bora Ra and Tengkotak
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tengkotak.PNG
From left to right: Yoyo Oo, Bora Ra, Kiki Ta and Gaga Naz
Tengkotak is a rogue and notorious group of power sphere hunters who posed as the main Big Bad in the first movie, BoBoiBoy the Movie. This group was lead by Bora Ra. After Bora Ra's death, the rest of the Tengkotak members were captured.
  • Ax-Crazy: Bora Ra is shown to be even crazier and more sadistic than Ejo Jo.
  • Bad Boss: Bora Ra has no problem turning on his allies that are even slight inconvenient to him, like Adu Du caring about Probe instead of being like-minded as the other members of viewing others as a tool like they do to the power spheres.
  • Bizarre Alien Biology: Yoyo Oo's Brain in a Jar contains 4 brains, believing it will make him even smarter.
  • Broken Pedestal: For Adu Du and Probe after the mistreatment they suffered under them as they joined them. Though Adu Du still primarily had a crush on Kiki Ta.
  • Cold Sniper: Kiki Ta is the resident sniper of Tengkotak.
  • Hero Killer:
    • Ochobot is destroyed on-screen by Bora Ra. Completely subverted by Klamkabot's Heroic Sacrifice where he revives Ochobot during the battle.
    • While their current condition is ambiguous, the comic showed that Bora Ra is possibly responsible for killing Fang and Kaizo's parents.
  • Homing Lasers: Gaga Naz is armed with artillery which shoots lasers from his back which home in on the heroes.
  • Knight of Cerebus: Bora Ra is the darkest villain in the franchise so far. His past also invoked that Bora Ra is a cruel monster who will do anything to achieve his goal in capturing power spheres.
  • One-Winged Angel: Gaga Naz, despite being rather large as he is, is able to transform into a larger hulking monster when permitted by Bora Ra to use that form.
  • Tertiary Sexual Characteristics: Unlike Ibu Bu, who is short and unattractive, Kiki Ta's design is more well-shaped like most attractive humanoid aliens in media.
  • Villainous Crush: Adu Du was shown to have a big crush on Kiki Ta, but it's more of a one-sided crush.
  • Would Hit a Girl: In Issue 7 of BoBoiBoy Galaxy, they hurt the Governor of Gogobugi's wife after they defeated him to find Enerbot, before they could chase their sons: 11-year-old Kaizo and his toddler young brother, Fang.
  • Would Hurt a Child: They have no problem in hurting or potentially killing a child to get the power spheres.

Antagonists from BoBoiBoy Galaxy

    Captain Separo
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/separo1.PNG
Captain Separo (hook hand deployed offscreen)
Captain Separo is one of the Power Sphere Hunters that captures Power Spheres for his own personal gain. He is the head of his ship of Space Pirates that are willing to do anything to get what he wants.
  • Arm Cannon: His Hookabot can transform into an arm cannon to attack his enemies.
  • Evil Old Folks: He is an elderly space pirate captain.
  • Red Herring: Separo's role as a Starter Villain turned out that he never was to be the Final Boss of BoBoiBoy Galaxy, as he was defeated in the middle of the series. Instead, Vargoba, another space pirate, is the final villain of the series, who is shown to be more brutal and powerful than him.
  • Starter Villain: He is the first villain that debuted in BoBoiBoy Galaxy.

    BAD DUDES
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bad_dudes.PNG
From left to right: Jokertu, Jugglenaut and Panto
The group of Power Sphere hunters which consists of three space Monster Clowns. Their base was located on a Circus planet.
  • All of the Other Reindeer: In Jugglenaut's flashback, it is shown that he was assigned to TAPOPS as a performer. However, the TAPOPS members were unamused and he was quickly replaced, which motivated him to seek revenge against TAPOPS.
  • Anti-Villain: Panto in particular appears to genuinely care for his power sphere, unlike other villains who treat them as objects.
  • Big, Thin, Short Trio: Going with the only revealed members to be the only members, Jugglenaut would be the big one, Jokertu the skinny one, and Panto the short one. However, Jugglenaut's bulk is merely a ruse.
  • Card Battle Game: Jokertu's specialty. When the heroes are trapped in cards, Papa Zola decides to use them as a deck to defeat him in a card game battle.
  • Enemy Mime: Panto is a mime and a member of the evil clown gang, but is shown to be sympathetic.
  • Evil Is Bigger: Jugglenaut is the biggest member of BAD DUDES and is the leader too. Subverted after his defeat, the truth is he's actually as small as Panto, making Jokertu is the tallest among them.
  • Meaningful Name: BAD DUDES does not only refer to the members of the group, but also doubles as a Punny Name in Indonesian and Malaysian language. In both languages, BAD DUDES sounds like Badut, which in Indonesian and Malay means clown.
  • Red Herring: Just like Separo, Jugglenaut was believed to become the Final Boss of the series. It turned out that the his final showdown on "Thunderstorm Strike" is not the final episode, therefore making him not a Final Boss of the series.
  • Token Good Teammate: Panto has a very close conection with Invibot and treats him like a friend
  • Your Mime Makes It Real: Played with with Panto. His episode has him conjure vehicles, weapons and a giant robot. His powers are explained to work when the power sphera of invisibility is in close proximity.

    A.B.A.M/B.R.R.O
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/abam.png
A.B.A.M.
A.B.A.M. (Accurate Ballistic Arrow Mercenary) , known as B.R.R.O (Ballistic Robot Ranged Offense) in the English Translation is a power sphere hunter who became a sort of an Arch Enemy to Cattus.
  • Arch-Enemies: To Cattus, as he is responsible for destroying his village in his search for Bellbot.
  • A.I.-cronym: Both versions of his name allude to his terrifying accuracy with his bow and homing arrows.
  • Cold Sniper: B.R.R.O's primary weapon is a bow and arrow which he wields with terrifying accuracy, thanks to his in-built program.
  • Combat Clairvoyance: One of his programs is to calculate his opponent's next movement.
  • Eaten Alive: Well, literally. Gopal turned his torso into rattan, and made Cattus eat him as the finishing blows.
  • Dub Name Change: A.B.A.M is his original name, but it was changed to B.R.R.O in the English dub and English Translation.
  • Robotic Psychopath: Pretty much like BoBoiBot, B.R.R.O is a sadistic robot who will attack anyone who attempts to stop him in his goals, in this case, capturing power spheres.

    Captain Vargoba
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/vargoba1.PNG
Captain Vargoba
Captain Vargoba is the leader of the Space Pirates Colony.
  • Ax-Crazy: He is one of the most brutal villains in the BoBoiBoy series who has no qualm to torturing and intimidating his opponents in a most severe manner.
  • Bad Boss: Casually admit that he has no problem to sacrifices his entire armada to fight-to-death against TAPOPS Higher-ups.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: After Sai comment how greedy his motive, Vargoba pridefully admit that he is not only greedy but also evil.
  • Darkest Hour: After the heroes successfully fulfilled their mission to get Stealthbot, his response is to immediately attack the TAPOPS station.
    • He shows just how powerful and evil he is by sending BoBoiBoy out into space in "Light of Hope". Thankfully Solar was reawakened just as he was about to capture Ochobot.
  • Fangs Are Evil: He has long walrus-like fangs, and is definitely evil.
  • Final Boss: His role of season 1, he is the final villain to be defeated in the season 1 finale.
  • Knight of Cerebus: Vargoba is not only known to be an Ax-Crazy Big Bad, but also highly no-nonsense, to the point where he also completely lacks a humorous moment unlike other antagonists.
  • Large and in Charge: He is one of the largest antagonists in the series, and he is the leader of a space pirate colony.
  • Magnetism Manipulation: The aptly-named Magnetbot which he wields on his back gives him the ability to summon his metal armor and weapons in the middle of a battle, as well as manipulate metal objects to throw at others from afar.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: It is shown that he has four arms inside his cape, and he wields up to three massive weapons (shield inclusive) with them.
  • Near-Villain Victory: He almost won in season 1 by striking the hero out into space to die, but was quickly defeated by BoBoiBoy Solar in the same episode.
  • Sadist: Takes so much pleasure beating and mocking the Heroes as a revenge for taking his Stealthbot to the point almost successfully kills BoBoiBoy by punch him out to space instead of just takes the all Power Sphere and runaway after defeating all the Heroes.
" Not nearly enough kid ! THIS IS TRUE PAIN ! "

    Retak'ka
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/retakka.png
Retak'ka
The Big Bad of BoBoiBoy: The Movie 2, who proclaims that BoBoiBoy's Elemental Powers are actually his.
  • Ambiguous Start of Darkness: Little is know about his history before he gained his powers aside from that Hang Kasa stated that he used to be a good boy. It's made even more ambiguous due to the explanation of the dark nature of Elemental Powers that can consume the user. It's also unknown if Retak'ka became evil because he failed to make himself stable enough to control his Gamma Form or because he let himself be corrupted due to his fear of being weak again and losing his powers.
  • Ambition Is Evil: His goal is to take as much power as possible for himself by any means necessary.
  • An Offer You Can't Refuse: Retak'ka makes a deal with the Crystal Miners to be his underlings. He offers to get them any kind of rare crystal if they will join him to find BoBoiBoy. The Crystal Miners agree to it, not only because for the crystals but also to avoid being tortured or killed by him.

After he gains the power to manipulate light and successfully gains his 3rd tier form, he is slowly consumed by his desire to not be weak again by taking the other masters of elemental powers and wreaking havoc on other planets by absorbing their natural environments to strengthen his power.
  • Elemental Absorption: His method to strengthen his power. Any place if Retak'ka absorb some element will be rendered to be barren.
  • Evil Counterpart: To BoBoiBoy. They both suffer Parental Abandonment and slowly get better new life with their new friends before gaining a Elemental Powers from a Power Sphere. After gaining 3rd tier form, they experience the twisted side effect of their powers. Unlike BoBoiBoy, who tries hard to not be consumed by his power by remembering that his reason for gaining a power was to protect his loved ones from threats, Retak'ka ends up being consumed by desire for more power and hates being weak by stealing the rest of the Elemental Masters power, which results in him becoming an irredeemable monster.
  • Flaming Hair: Has two when he enter Gamma form and Nova form in past.
  • Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse: Him being used and abused by others does not make his motivation nor character sympathetic.
  • Hero's Evil Predecessor: Retak'ka is BoBoiBoy's predecessor as one of the holders of the elemental powers along with Hang Kasa.
  • The Kingslayer: Four of Retak'ka victims are ruler of their respective home planet. Unlike most of example, Retak'ka didn't interest to takes over their planet as he only wanted to take their power :
    • King Balakung is killed by Retak'ka after successfully absorb his Timber/Darkwood power. Resulting many places on Rimbara become barren.
    • Downplayed on Kuputeri. Although he successfully takes her Tempest Power, Kuputeri manages to survive. Unfortunately, Windara ended being takes over by Evil Overlord named Reramos.
  • Light Is Not Good: Retak'ka's initial power is light manipulation. But he is a remorseless monster who likes beating and murdering everyone who dares to oppose his attempts to absorb the natural environments of planets.
  • Offscreen Moment of Awesome:
    • His raiding on TAPOPS Station. When BoBoiBoy and his gang arrived at the station, it's shown that all TAPOPS member were already defeated in their Curb-Stomp Battle against him.
    • In past, he engage a battle with the other 5 Elemental Master before facing Hang Kasa 100 years ago. He successfully kills Balakung, Satriantar ,Pyrapi and Mawais. While Kuputeri and Hang Kasa ended mortally wounded.
  • Prehensile Hair: Both Retak'ka Darkwood and Tempest form has this. As shown he can create many vines from his hair in Darkwood form and cuts Hang Kasa Crystal form with this in Tempest form.
  • Power Dyes Your Hair: Every time when he use his 3rd tier Elemental Form, his hair change depend on which element he uses.
  • Red Baron: He was known by his nickname as Master of the Seven Elements.
  • Really 700 Years Old: Before the events of the movie, he was imprisoned in crystal for over 100 years, suggesting him to be over a century old. Plus, his imprisonment froze his body from physically aging.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In the movie, BoBoiBoy finishes him off by blasting him into space. In the comic version of the film, he instead falls into the river below before TAPOPS arrests him along with the Crystal Miners.
  • Used to Be a Sweet Kid: As stated by Hang Kasa, he was never a bad person during their childhood.
  • Vile Villain, Saccharine Show: Retak'ka is the vilest antagonist in the series so far. He has no comedic moments, has no problem committing an on-screen massacre in Gur'latan and tortures anyone who dares to oppose him.
  • We Used to Be Friends: He used to be Hang Kasa's best friend, until Hang Kasa saw his true goals.

    Emperor Reramos
An Evil Overlord of Windara.
