Characters introduced in Asura Blade: Sword of Destiny
Yashaou
A traveling swordsman in search of worthy opponents.- The Chains of Commanding: Averted. The sequel reveals that he was a competitor for the leadership of his clan, but as doing so would prevent him from being able to explore the world and fight exiting duels with other warriors he basically sabotaged himself so that he could continue his adventuring ways.
- Expy: Yashaou may remind you Crono, another sword-wielding, redheaded hero. His appearance also has some resemblance to Hayato Kanzuki particularly in regard to his hairstyle and wearing a metal plated headband. However, personality wise he's a bit more like Haohmaru.

- Alternate Self: In Asura Buster, there is another version of her (called "Alice!") as a Secret Character based on her play style from the prior game. Interesting to note that there is an in-story justification for this in that it is said that the younger Alice accidentally performed a time travel spell that sends her three years into the future.
- Genki Girl: Though she is a princess who is expected to observe royal decorum, but she is also an energetic and highly curious girl who wants to explore the world.

- Evil Redhead: As a notable contrast the heroic redhaired Yashaou.
- Family-Friendly Firearms: His pulse rifle is such a science-fiction-y style laser weapon. However, he also has grenades and also a Bayonet attachment which are much more like real-world weapons. Averted in the case of S. Geist's other minions which Curfue can call up for his supermove.

- The Social Darwinist: He believes this about the post-apocalyptic world the Asura series is set in and thus isn't bothered by anyone "too weak" to survive.
