I'm surprised this page doesn't mention Huge Schoolgirl as a possible overlapping trope, since they tend to be Shrinking Violets who are ostracized for being...well, huge.
Commented out the following Zero Context Examples from the Anime and Manga section. None of them are very informative to readers who aren't familiar with the work.
- Isaku from Blade Of The Immortal.
- Lafarga from Magic Knight Rayearth, when not Brainwashed and Crazy.
- Ryu "The Owl" Nakanishi in Gatchaman. Ditto for his other incarnations (Tiny Harper, Hoot Owl and Ollie Keeawani).
