Please direct me to where that rule is specified, because I can't find anything on such a rule, and I have in my time on this site seen one or two character pages which seemed well-managed by an/other trope/s at first glance and did permit this with Walking Spoiler character folders.
I have a problem with the opening quote, which is actually a fairly big spoiler for the midpoint of the film, and I suggest it be changed or, failing that, removed entirely.

The trailer shows a Pazuzu statue atop the volcanic ruins that get nuked. Does that qualify as a Shout-Out or an Easter Egg?

Depends on which kaiju he setting is associated with. If it implies evil, like Ghidorah, it probably counts as a shout out as it implies ancient demonic evil. It wouldn't be an Easter egg as the statue is a real thing the Exorcist used, it didn't create it.
The temple is Godzilla's, but the director confirmed on Twitter that it was a nod to the Exorcist.

[Posting this here since the MonsterVerse - Other Humans Discussion page seems to be largely a ghost town:] Considering how much of Emma Russell's character folder is spoilers, and how numerous trope entries' links which are spoilers on their own are outside of the spoiler tags, does anyone else think the folder should be changed into an Unmarked Spoilers character folder with a warning in the heading?
