Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.

for ongoing cleanup projects.
"It's an aversion" just means "it didn't happen." So it's not an example. If the role wasn't ended, then there's no Role-Ending Misdemeanor. Even if that weren't the case, Dongwa Chan is absolutely edit-warring so that's no bueno.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Trivia cannot be played with, and thus cannot be averted. There's no evidence in the entry that this even got him close to losing his job - just that fans got mad at the victim.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Alright, I've removed the example citing this ATT along with a note that it should not be re-added so as to not start an Edit War.
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup Of Complaining | Troper Wall^ Be warned that they might send a "rudeness notifier" your way. They've done that at least twice.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessREM is trivia, there is no averting, inverting, subverting or playing with for trivia tropes
I didn't choose the troping life, the troping life chose me^^ I'll keep that in mind.
TRS Queue | Works That Require Cleanup Of Complaining | Troper WallNoticed this at last. So, if it's not an example of a Role Ending Misdemeanor, then what is it an example of?
Edited by DongwaChanNothing, probably. It's just a thing that didn't happen.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessMuch like there is no nobel prize for attempted chemistry, there is no place for an attempt at a role ending misdemeanor
I didn't choose the troping life, the troping life chose meAt best, this would be a subverted example, but trivia can't be played with. If it isn't a straight example, it isn't an example.
Yeah, I say remove it. It didn't actually happen.

Dongwa Chan added the following example to RoleEndingMisdemeanor.Music yesterday:
It was then deleted later that day by thelivingtoad with the edit reason ""almost happening" means it's not an example of this trope."
Today Dongwa Chan re-added it with the edit reason "Its an aversion actually but is still worth noting".
What should be done about the Edit War? Furthermore, should we keep the example, or remove it?
