Good Bad Translation if it was originally a mistake, but the creator embraced it when the fandom declared it So Bad, It's Good, and doesn't fix it in future releases or turns it into an Ascended Meme or Ascended Glitch.

Checking before I make a TLP about this.
Is there a trope for when an anime such as Baccano! is dubbed into English, and it's deliberately dubbed into English in a version of English for the sake of comedy; it can't be Engrish can it, or Woolseyism?
For example, they dub Baccano! into English from Japanese, and the resulting English translation turns everything he says into comedy, same for Claire (Gender Bender Name in this case for Claire) and all the other characters, even though the original work wasn't a comedy per se?
I'm not talking about bad translations that happen by mistake, but deliberately mistranslating for the sake of comedy on a dub.
