Bang IS a Joke Character story-wise (until CP where he developed enough to stand along the casts in fights, unlike before which is beaten by Tao). Valkenhayn only rarely fights.
Even then in CF there's still some stronger than him (not counting Embryo weakenings); Azrael, Amane, Nine (only beaten via distraction), Izanami, Susano'o (Ragna didn't overpower him but used his Achilles' Heel), Es, Take-Mikazuchi Nu.
Kagura, Hakumen (40%), Terumi and good chance Relius are equals to base Ragna that point. Also base Azrael too.

Two random thoughts about the concept of a Chrono Phantasma:
All Mirror Matches throughout Blaz Blue are characters fighting Chrono Phantasmas of themselves from a few seconds in the past
Or at least, that would be my guess on Mirror Matches during and after CP. They could still count for CT and CS even if the concept didn't exist until after these games, because in-universe it was still a thing.
The second thought, tying into the first is if a Chrono Phantasma can even exist at the same time as the original. Celica is the only reference point, and her original older self is long dead by the time she's brought back. I Also wonder if them dying is something that's always going to happen or not. Kokonoe seemed to be sure of it, but as I've said, we've only ever seen one.

I've played it. Its pretty good, though I don't like that it focuses mostly on the CP remixes.

Playing Under night in birth latest has given me a new appreciation for Blazblue's levels. Like UNIB's or Persona Arena's levels don't even compare.. BB's are really exotic and filled with vibrancy lacking in the above mentioned games(though that sort of makes sense considering the context in which the levels take place).
Like despite being 10 years old Halloween is still a really awesome looking level.

Depends. Those with lesser intelligence tend to be more driven by their instincts (which make them act more like an animal) while more intelligent ones act more human. Compare Taokaka and Kokonoe for instance.
