Did you know that there's a movie called The Year of the Sex Olympics?
No, really. The BBC aired it in 1968. It's apparently a satire on reality TV and the commodification of sex.
Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time. It's very sweet.
Dusty also sometimes greets me when I get home from work and follows me around meowing.
Stupid doomed timeline...Satire on reality TV, decades before it exploded in popularity
And don't forget Fahrenheit 451, which portrayed a culture that was addicted to TV and burns all their books because of Political Correctness Gone Mad.

"Take your weapon; strike me down with all of your hatred, and your journey towards the Dark Side will be complete."@Superjohn Try Shock SuspenStories #1, first story. Now that's a great ending!
Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time.Shock Suspen Stories had better on average stories, and didn't fall into the Strictly Formula the horror titles fell into.
"Take your weapon; strike me down with all of your hatred, and your journey towards the Dark Side will be complete."@Clancy Gardener: Can you make an EC Horror comic synopsis out of the above avatar sequence?
Like I said, I'm not much for horror. I will eat up stories filled with psychological angst, though. Even when I'm depressed myself, I think. I retreat from the world through escapism... into a place of psychological pain.
Not sure what that says about me.
I love it to death. I love getting spooked.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…PM, the real horror...
Is your daily life.
I react with horror when I see the monthly bills. Always.

I can't say goodbye to yesterday…Nobody ever makes horror about your daily life.
Imagine a horror from the viewpoint of an immigrant detained at ICE concentration camps
I want to make a minimalist horror movie. Nothing Is Scarier, after all.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…I love horror movies, one of the things I grew up with as a kid then again I love Halloween, the dark skies, and spooky creatures!
