We have some of those that are fine, like Metamorphosis 2013. If there's a genuine story outside the sexual violence it's keepable. But someone may have to read the whole thing first to decide that. The summary at the top is pretty detailed at least even if there's not many tropes added yet.

Note, this is an adaptation of a 2013 novel, so if kept the page should be moved.
The country of Masud was taken over by the rebels. Leila, Marika's twin sister, lets her escape by taking her place, and is now a prisoner of Minsk's former prince Khalifa. Leila was kind of Gilded Cage, so she only now learns young Marika was quite a monster when Khalifa turns her into a Sex Slave in revenge. Unbeknownst to Khalifa, Leila was actually his friend during his abuse days (who Marika learned to switch with For the Evulz). The Title Drop Smile of Condemnation is a Black Magic aphrodisiac that makes Leila unable to kill herself or reveal her identity.
Aside of all the melodrama that happened 10 years ago, Khalifa kinda has no idea how to run his new country to displeasure of his vassals and is too busy with his literal revenge boner. Then Marika returns to rub to him that he got the wrong person and the curse doomed Leila to die, so now Khalifa tries to fix everything. And Marika naturally is put into Cardboard Prison.
Despite being graphic, the manga has genital censoring, and sex almost stops appearing once the misunderstanding is cleared up. I think it being labeled as Josei instead of Hentai is warranted.
