I don't like neither of them, pull, regardless of replacement.

Pull regardless of replacement

The pics are pulled (not reposting since they're in the OP) and the page is tagged.
I wish someone messaged me about this, as I am responsible for the images.
The one that was eventually used was sent to me thru private e-mail, one of 5 sent, as the image I did have would be hard for those with eyesight issues. Looking back at the other ones sent, they all have text issues.
The one dummied out was the original one I used, as I thought the menace was there and because of the small text it would not distract, Since I did download it, and because I was more familiar with the source, I kept it as something to return to.
It seems it shouldn't be too hard to find some movie where the menace is obvious, as there were plenty of examples.
I came, I saw, I waddled. With caption: "Forty-eight dollars", "Here's fifty", "And two, your change, and we thanka you."
This doesn't really show that there was a debt or if/how it was paid.
In fairness yeah, it was hard to get it across succinctly
I think I've found something, this book cover:
I made a cropped version with the title edited out:
I found the image on this blog and it's from an out of print 1970s pulpy mafia book series called Mafia: Operation which doesn't appear to have a work page as it's too obscure. But we could point it at Literature.Mafia Operation possibly?

That's the best one so far. I can go with either the one with the title or the one without.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.13.2
Art Museum Curator and frequent helper of the Web Original deprecation projectSince we want to separate this trope out from loan sharks, we should use the cropped version. The menace is clear enough, and theoretically could be used for other tropes as well.

Not much to say here other than all the meaning is carried by the text, which is too small to read easily.
Weirdly, the TLP also had this image commented out on it, which I don't think is much good either.
