Suggestion: Pokemon Speak

A case of the Trope Namer, the image, and the quote all being from the same source. In addition to that speech bubble looking real crunchy, you still need to know the creature's name (otherwise it is One-Word Vocabulary). I don't know if Pikachu is in the JAFAAC-clear tier, but I found this comic from C-Section Comics that spells out the characters' names in the first panel.

i could've sworn was already a page image somewhere but i can't seem to find it so maybe it was either removed or i'm misremembering. either way to both suggestions with preference to OP

That one is good, but is it a full strip?

It's half a page within a whole comic.

I prefer it because it acknowledges that it's a language thing.

Meh. Just write "Yoshi." as the caption, brevity is the soul of wit.

i'd go with just "Friendly Floyd's Yoshi phrasebook isn't very helpful." it'd be better for the caption to clarify than just make a joke
