back lolThat's Looks Like Orlock, probably won't fit with Feral Villain description.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThis has apparently already been pulled by ~infitroper, so I'm pinging them here. I agree to pull this, but you can't act unilaterally.
Edit: Gah, typo

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessTake 2: ~Infitroper
They pulled it on "not an example" charges, which isn't a reason in and of itself...
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI put the image back on the page because we didn't have enough consensus to pull it yet.
Macron's notesWhy not Keep Until Better Image Suggested as TIINAE? I wasn't too involved in the Generic Doomsday Villain TRS, but in the current I see a contrast between a hulking, crazy anthro animal and a presumably saner and not-feral one. The fact that he still has mental faculties at this point is not going to be known by the majority of readers.
This account is now inactive because the actual Fivey (my sheep who I loved dearly) passed away and it feels wrong to use her name anymore.
At the very least, I think the image text should be either changed or removed, as it is misleading. The trope is specifically talking about villains being feral as their defining trait, but the text clearly states that he is being uncharacteristically feral.
13.1 is good.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Even if the movie's not an example, the image does a decent job of illustrating the concept. I'd say to just put the trope on This Image Is Not an Example and keep the image until or unless a better replacement can be found.
But at least quality bump with 13.1 while we're here.
Looking at the cleanup thread for Generic Doomsday Villain and what Feral Villain is supposed to be, I think we should just move the current picture on Generic Doomsday Villain to Feral Villain.
Maybe that's not quite right (that clean up hasn't finished yet), but it seems like is in line with the goal of the cleanup thread.
Agreed. Especially if Generic Doomsday Villain gets erased as a trope.
I concur with that. Especially since the narration in the image is in line with the page quote, which I think is a pretty accurate representation of the spirit of the trope.
Agreed.
Sounds like a great idea for now.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThat's actually a pretty good idea.
I'd like to apologize for all this.to move the image from Generic Doomsday Villain to this page.
1 prefer 13.1 to the image of Generic Doomsday Villain.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Crowner's hooked.
Crown Description:
On the recently launched Feral Villain, an image of post-Villainous Breakdown Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective was added. The problem is that even in this wild and deranged state, Ratigan's got too much presence of mind to qualify for this trope, so he's not an example. An example citing him as this trope was actually removed because TRS determined he didn't qualify.
